Service is better than it used to be, that's for sure, but it still needs some improvement. They need to pay a little more attention to the orders to get them out correctly, other then that, i would have scored them a little higher.

Called in Takeout at 7:30. Was told 25 minutes to pickup. Gave them 30 minutes. After 10 minutes at window, I paid and was asked to pull up. 20 minutes later and 7 other paying customers served and gone, my food is brought out. I drive literally 2 minutes to my location, my entire order is cold. The breadsticks were cold and hard and had some buttery looking paste poured all over them that didn't melt. Obviously, because they were cold! Assumed my food would be hot since I waited 30 minutes in line. Called back as soon as I got home to tell the manager. As soon as the employee picked up, I was asked if I could hold and was immediately put on hold W/O any option. I finally hung up after being put on hold for 28 minutes 38 seconds. I will NEVER spend another hard earned dollar at this place again !!!!! Service and Quality were both terrible!

Visited the Pizza Hut today in Carthage for the buffet. My 11 year old son, who is Autistic and has a TBI, and I both went to the pizza station. I was attempting to find him a pepperoni and sausage piece of pizza, when he noted a piece of ham also on the pizza. I attempted to place this piece onto my plate when an employee literally screamed at my child for touching the piece. At this point I spoke to this employee and stated he did not touch the piece and she continued to state he did. If this had been the case I for one would have removed the entire pizza, from the bar. At this point, I placed the plates on the pizza bar and left the restaurant with my child crying stating he was hungry. Another customer had followed us out onto the parking lot and stated the employee was horrible rude and should have never screamed at my child. She continued to say how wrong this situation had transpired. I only stated to the patron that he had not touched the piece. I have never been treated in a restaurant environment in such a way as today. This is not acceptable for any person, adult or child to have to be treated in the manner.

Pizza was undercooked toppings were piled up on one side did not have toppings on all the slices. Could not even pick up a piece without everything falling off. I ate 2 slices. Because I was super hungry. And now I regret it.My stomach hurts and may throw the rest of it away...

Disgusting place especially that massive mold spot in the ceiling. the supposed pizza buffet is disgusting. unclean nasty old pizza with flies buzzing. Wont ever come back.

Ok Ok

Been coming here for months very often. However this store took away the use of coupon codes in general so therefore I am a lost customer. Doesn’t make sense to take away something that most other stores have. Feels very targeted

Ordered over the phone for carry out. Arrived and was told there was no order for me in the computer. I was questioned if I called the correct location. I redialed the number I called and the phone rang. (The employee wasn't sure of the phone number lol). have a call recording app on my phone and played the call back. The order was finally put in manually and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Kinda defeats the purpose of calling ahead?

They don't get the order right. No fountain drinks or sweet tea the last couple of times I've been. Feels like they pulled people off the street to run the place. Very unprofessional. Pizza Hut used to be the best. Not anymore.

Went in with about 8 of us. Immediately told us that large and personal size pizzas weren't available, so we had no choice but to order medium-sized pizza. We were the only customers at the time. Waitress took our orders. When our food came out, she "forgot" my order. Said she would discount my bill, it was a whole 50 cents. I will NOT go back.

Went to this Pizza Hut during my lunch break. I arrived at around 12:30pm. I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. A few people came in after I did and sat down. The waitress took care of them and got their orders. The waitress did not even bother to check in on me. At around 12:52 I looked on the floor and saw a cockroach walking around. I will not be returning to this place. Immediately went to Bojangles and actually got excellent customer service.

Better off going to food lion and buying a frozen pizza. I never had any good food from here. My last experience here was really bad. Everyone I talked to was rude. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minute nobody never came. Finally went inside where I was ignore and waited another 10 minutes until someone finally asks what I needed. The pizza tasted terrible! Hot wings was cold and tasted old. Do not come to this dump!

Took the family here to eat and was seated right away. One other table of customers in the restaurant already eating. Waited for 15 minutes with no service. During that time there was a spider crawling on me. I can definitely see why this particular restaurant stays empty.
