I've already reviewed this restaurant and can confirm, as I did then, that the risottos are fantastic, as are the desserts. It's a small place with limited seating. Reservations are recommended. I think it's an excellent choice to specialize in a product that offers thousands of variations.

We ate there on a Saturday evening. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent. The rice, of course, was the star, perfectly cooked and paired beautifully. I recommend getting the tasting menu so you can choose more than one risotto. Excellent value, and they even gave us a discount to use next time we return, and we'll definitely be back. The restaurant is small, so reservations are essential.

A small restaurant with meticulous attention to detail, both in its decor and table layout, this is a place better suited to romantic dinners or couples than to groups of young partygoers. Three of us went and opted to drink only water, skipping wine. For our appetizer, we opted for a selection of five cheeses, the ingredients of which were explained to us in detail by the waiter. For our main course, we chose a tasting of three risottos, selected from the menu. The risottos were impeccably prepared, and all three featured a unique combination of cheeses and surprising ingredients, such as pears, citrus fruits, and high-quality cheeses, brought together in an extraordinarily flavorful way. The experience was truly enjoyable, and the food was exceptional. However, I cannot give this experience a 5-star rating because, despite the beauty of the restaurant, it is remote in a small village, and the price was a bit high compared to other similar restaurants in the region.

Thursday evening by reservation. We chose the outdoor seating. We had already reviewed the menu at home, so we came prepared. We chose a trio of risottos, an appetizer, and dessert. The risottos were cooked to perfection, with intriguing and surprising combinations. Must try. I'll be back. Adequate price.

Last update: It was packed, so reservations are required if you don't want to be left without a table. On this occasion, we were sitting outside, and to maximize the space, my companion and I had two tables next to each other, which made conversation difficult since we both faced the library. Service after 8:30 PM is slow; you have to wait 20 minutes for the risotto (again, for cooking, of course), but we had to wait another 20 minutes before being acknowledged by the only waiter in the room when we arrived. Consequently, we spent almost two hours at the restaurant for a risotto and nothing else. Speaking of which, the €4 water and cover charge was excessive, considering the time it took. I went to this place by phone reservation because it has very limited seating, which makes it very exclusive (though there was room). Parking right in front (paid until 7 pm), very clean and spacious facilities, friendly and attentive staff, which would lead me to give it 5 stars. However, unfortunately, you can't change the menu items, so for those with intolerances like me, ordering is extremely difficult (they were all listed on the menu). The portions are generous and the prices are a bit high, but that's understandable given the quality of the dishes. We were extremely satisfied with the taste. The appetizers, however, were a bit less so, given their price.

Small risotto restaurant. Quiet and elegant. The menu features sophisticated dishes, primarily focusing on classic or more sophisticated risottos, a few main courses, and unique artisanal desserts. You can choose from a variety of menus, including tasting menus (for two). The appetizers are decent. The ingredients are excellent, and the prices are slightly higher, justified by the quality of the products used, but not by the perhaps somewhat small portions. Overall, very good; I'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

In the center of Casalpusterlengo. We arrived by chance and without a reservation. We were eventually assigned a table outside, but given the warm late October evening, it was fine. All the dishes are rice-based. It seems simple to describe, but believe me, it's not. The combination of flavors and compositions is excellent. The three different rice dishes were all exceptional. Despite being isolated from the rest of the diners, we were served decently. Prices are a little above average. Recommended.

A single room with only 10 tables provides you with a familiar atmosphere. The menu is not to much complicated : starters , risotti and a selection of cheeses and desserts. You can choose among traditional risotti and special ones. The bill is in line with the expectation.

Eating at this restaurant was truly a pleasant surprise. The refined setting creates the perfect atmosphere for enjoying excellent risottos, paired with quality wines if desired. At lunchtime, you can choose a menu for €15, excluding wine. I'd say I'll be back.

Il cibo era anche buono, però abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti per un tagliere di formaggi e non mi sembra una cosa lunga tagliare 4 fette di formaggio in croce, invece per il risotto c'era stata riferita un'attesa di 20 minuti quando ne abbiamo aspettati 40, quando abbiamo chiesto delle spiegazioni al cameriere ha risposto in maniera maleducata e scontrosa.

Troppo tempo d attesa il cameriere aveva detto 20 minuti per il risotto invece mio figlio ha dovuto aspettare piu d un ora per riuscire a mangiare qualcosa .prima e ultima volta

There comes a time for every restaurant where the downward trend begins: it's truly a shame that such a reversal of trend must begin with out-of-control prices: sometimes, perhaps, euphoria plays bad tricks. 2 tower menus, a bottle of Franciacorta, 2 desserts = €128???. It's fine if the company pays, but when the morality of the place is at risk, it's best to find alternatives.
