We tried their gourmet pizzas. We were pleased with the size of the pizza, as gourmet pizzas are usually smaller than regular ones. The dough was good, crispy on the bottom, and just the right thickness for my taste. The prices were slightly lower than average, and the food selection, which also includes burgers and other cuts of meat, was varied and satisfying. The decor was beautiful and quaint!

We've been to Trappisten in Casorezzo several times and, overall, we've always had a great experience, especially the pizza, which remains truly delicious, with reasonable prices. This time, however, for a celebration organized well in advance and with a pre-arranged menu, the service was rather chaotic. Too many people for a weekday evening, and apparently they weren't expecting it: dishes served late, the order of the dishes was haphazard, orders were confusing... in short, they could have done better. We'd like to point out that the staff immediately appeared very helpful and friendly: you can tell they're young men and women who put in a lot of effort and humanity. The problem isn't the individual worker, but rather management that needs improving, with better organization and the right number of staff based on reservations and attendance. The air conditioning is a sore point: poorly positioned, it blasts directly onto customers' heads, and a sign that says "Don't turn it up, don't turn it down. It's fine like this" doesn't help matters. A more balanced cooling system would definitely improve comfort, because while the evening might be pleasant, the headache you bring home isn't. In short: a place with potential and excellent pizza, but management on busy evenings and the attention to customer comfort need to be reconsidered.

I discovered this place through friends. I had lunch with them and had a burger, which I found very good: juicy and flavorful. The fries are a must. The red beer is also good. From the menu, I saw they also offer very tempting first and second courses; I think I'll be back to try some of them. The service was good and fast.

A youthful place with quality products. You can choose between sandwiches and pizza. The beers are excellent. The three of us ordered two specialty pizzas, a Piemonte sandwich, and two 0.4L beers for €55. Worth trying even without a reservation.

Very good pizza, typical Neapolitan dough. Very light and not at all salty. The desserts didn't match the quality and tastiness of the pizzas, especially for the price. Overall, I recommend this place for the excellent pizza.

Recommended by friends, we came to eat what's supposed to be authentic Neapolitan pizza 🍕. We were immediately and kindly escorted to our table, although we weren't told that the menu was accessible via QR code. The service was quick and courteous. The appetizer was good, and the pizzas arrived fairly quickly. One of the two, however, was undercooked: the sausage was poor quality and the broccoli rabe was very bitter. The other pizza was too oily, though the flavor combination—prosciutto, stracciatella, fig jam, and walnuts—was a success. The ambiance is simple, but unfortunately, it was very cold. We weren't able to enjoy the dinner or stay long, and our digestion also suffered, both due to the undercooked pizza and the temperature of the place. It's a shame, because the pizzas look truly inviting.

Disclaimer: This isn't my first time eating here, and I've never had a bad experience, but tonight we weren't there at all. I order the usual beer, which turns out to be bitter. I mention this and they tell me it's the "artisanal" approach that makes it different. Hmm. They ask me if I want to change the menu, but I decline. The pizza arrives, and it's poorly rolled out and therefore much smaller. It's okay to make a mistake, but you remake it. It's not like you serve it at the table like that. EDIT: I'm commenting now because this time the pizza was poorly rolled out and smaller than usual. Mistakes happen, but serving them at the table doesn't. The other times, my fellow diners have already left positive comments when we came together.

A pleasant place to share good draft beers, artisanal pizzas, excellent Italian meat burgers, and appetizers. The atmosphere is that of a beer house, a restaurant, and pub, simple and convivial. The pizzas are truly delicious, with well-leavened dough like the classic Neapolitan pizza with a thick crust. You can have any pizza filled with ricotta, just like in Naples. You can choose between classic pizzas and truly gourmet specials. The burgers are delicious, the bread is baked in their oven, and the meat is exclusively Italian. There's also a vegetarian option. The appetizers, accompanied by sauces, can get things started; the bacon fries are delicious. The selection of draft beers is decent. You can choose from an international selection of the best lagers, weisses, stouts, ambers, and reds with varying alcohol content and varying textures, which are constantly rotating. You can finish with a delicious Trappistamisu, a beer tiramisu, of course. Affordable prices also apply to specialty pizzas and calzones. Tables are also available on the covered outdoor terrace. Recommended for its good value.

Attracted by the positive reviews, we decided to try it. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The place was very hot, we were sweating! Despite the presence of two air conditioners and the request to the staff to turn them on. But even more disappointing was the quality of the food: we wanted to try a burger and a pizza to get an overall impression of both dishes. The burger was completely tasteless, and unfortunately, the bread became rock hard after a few minutes, as if it had been defrosted improperly. The pizza had frozen ragù on top, and the buffalo mozzarella from Campania was anything but mozzarella from Campania. Pandistelle cheesecake: biscuits and cream. More than a cheesecake, it tasted like a mousse, and it cost €6.50! The prices are not trivial, and for the quality, it's absolutely not worth it. Not recommended!

Quite difficult to find parking. Pleasant place. Pizzas for all tastes, including specialty pizzas with quality and unique ingredients. The appearance of the Neapolitan-style pizza with a high crust. It's fabulous, seeing those arriving at nearby tables and those passing by. But upon closer inspection, mine arrived exactly like the others, but obviously mine was more so. Burn on one side, well-cooked on the other. All the same. I ordered the wrong type of pizza: fried zucchini, zucchini cream, and knife-point sausage. I didn't notice that it was without tomato or mozzarella, my fault. There was a large burrata in the center. Anyway, personal tastes, I didn't like it. So, to be on the safe side, I ordered a plain Margherita. Beautiful to look at, but obviously more burnt on one side than on the bottom. All the same. I think the pizza chef doesn't rotate the pizzas and the oven is too hot, so he takes them out faster, but the mozzarella doesn't melt well in the center, even though the pizza is very thin. Which, by mistake, I didn't like zucchini; in a hurry, I accidentally ordered it, but I only ate half, leaving the zucchini out. But no one said anything.
