We went to Quadrifoglio because other options were unavailable. But we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza and the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The Panna & Speck pizza (photo) is delicious.

A young, friendly atmosphere, and a spectacular, unique cheesecake. Thin-crust pizza for those who like it; I generally appreciate it very much, as it allows me to savor the quality of the ingredients without feeling heavy. The atmosphere is a bit noisy; unfortunately, you can't stop customers from making noise.
The only Pizzeria in Cassano. Very good pizza and excellent service. I would say it includes everything you would expect from a good Pizzeria in a small Italian town.
