Absolutely delicious! You should definitely stop by if you're in the area. The food was impeccable. I ordered the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Ramen and it was packed with flavor. The pork had a good ratio of meat to fat an awesome taste, the noddle were cooked to perfection for good texture, the broth was exploding with flavor. I also ordered the fresh water eel, yellowtail, and the salmon. All very fresh. The prices were very affordable too. Give this spot a try.

On my way to Bakersfield I stopped here. Instead of a subway sandwich ( next door) I saw they have Ramen. I tried the beef ramen, and it was delicious. In addition I asked for a spicy sauce and I got a delicious and hot sauce, ( I got a sample to take home)

The food is incredibly fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced, with generous servings that leave you satisfied. Very nice atmosphere, wonderful presentation and delicious food. Everything from the dressing on the salad to the sliced ginger is top quality and left me not wanting the meal to end. Service was perfect and I really enjoyed the relaxing Japanese music they played. I don't pass through this area often, but when I do I will make a point of stopping here.

The ramen was the star. Tonkotsu ramen was very tasty and filling. The Philly roll was good everything nice and fresh. We enjoyed the pork gyoza along with the calamari. Service was excellent and the staff attentive. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

DELICIOUS! I got the black garlic tonkotsu and the broth was incredible. Fried chicken appetizer was cooked perfectly in texture and flavor, and sushi was so good we didn't even dip it in sauce! Editing to add, service was FAST! We will definitely be returning.

Wow! Best Ramen I have had in SCV/Castaic Area! The serving size is big. The Spicy edemame was delicious as well! The place is a little smaller but nice energy. Friendly staff! Glad they are here in Castaic. Will return 100%

They just got their liquor license. The food is phenomenal. The fish is the freshest in town. 10/10 would dine again. Since we started going here we haven’t been to a single other sushi restaurant in town. My parents love it. My wife loves it. My toddler loves it.

We had the tonkotsu ramen and one of the chicken ramens as well as the bao and it was all so delicious! Very nice restaurant atmosphere and staff. Even though we came in just a bit over an hour before closing the servers were very kind. I look forward to coming back!

Also, if you like salmon, I don't know what they do to theirs or where they get it, but it's always awesome. I feel like their sushi chef uses voodoo magic on it before he serves it... With that said, the servers are always super polite and pleasant! Quick too!

This cozy restaurant is definitely one of the next spots you'll wanna hit when it comes to quality food, service, and amazing staff ! The price you pay is definitely worth every penny, as you're served a very generous portion of food that can definitely make you want seconds but not able to fit anymore more in ! The Servers are so polite and very attentive no matter what time of the day or night. If you haven't already, try this place out for yourself. It's a must whenever you're in the area !

If you're a woman coming in to dine alone the female waitress they have will act super annoyed at you. She totally ignored me today for over 10 minutes. I sat at the bar in the middle of the room where she passed me several times. She definitely saw me, but wouldn't even give me a menu. Does Takuma Ramen know they have a sexist waitress who discriminates against women? In the past even when I came when it wasn't busy she acted annoyed that I was there and wouldn't bring me water. I still left her a good (20%) tip then, but today after being obviously & intentionally ignored I had no choice but to just leave. Look at my profile. This is my first ever negative review. I like to leave positive reviews and support businesses. I love Japanese food and Takuma's other waiters are excellent, but because of this hostile female waitress I want to warn other women in this case.
