A true gem! Osteria della Braia in Castellaro is a charming spot where you immediately feel warmly and simply welcomed. The cuisine is authentic, generous, and bursting with flavor: typical regional dishes prepared with care and passion. Every plate was a delight! The ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. The setting is just as pleasant: a convivial atmosphere in a pretty village full of character.

Fantastic jewel of a family run bar/ restaurant! From the coffee and brioche in the morning to the wood fired oven pizza in the evening to the local traditional dinner menu at night. This place will not let you down. Stefano will always do his best to accommodate you, and the father/son team work makes this a great place to eat. Always welcoming and friendly even when they are rushed off their feet. This is a really popular place in peak season so you need to book. The recent renovations have made this an even better experience. Highly recommended!
It is really nice Osteria. Food is Good and service is very friendly.. located in a small square in a beautiful little middle age village. You should try it.

Outstanding experience. Our experience at this restaurant was the cherry on top to a very pleasant holidays in northern Italy. The place is located in a lovely piazza full of locals enjoying their summer time. The staff is welcoming an friendly, looking to please you as much as they can. Food and wine have nothing to envy of the above. We had fried courgette flowers, spaghetti and tagliatelle with seafood and of course tiramisu and a little tart with cream. Limoncello shots on the house. I can’t recommend enough this little jewel in the heart of the Italian Riviera. Hopefully, we will see you soon!

Such a lovely place, tucked away in a small village. The zucchini flower were really good, crispy and full of flavour. The pizza were also good, and really good prices. The service was top.
A charming and quaint place in a lovely village. Good and well-presented food. Cons: After a reservation, we were seated in a semi-open smoking area. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, but if the place had been full, we would likely have had to stay there, which is really unpleasant for non-smokers. There are placemats on the table, but since the choice is disposable paper, they're a bit greasy. Parking is very difficult. Definitely not suitable for those with limited mobility. It would have been nice to have a very brief introduction from the house appetizer.
A great little restaurant in a small medieval town with even better food. Almost always busy. Friendly and hospitable staff. A beautiful experience.
