This lovely restaurant, run by the same family for three generations, is reminiscent of an old-fashioned tavern in its simplicity. It's beautifully decorated and welcoming, and the staff are extremely friendly. The food is delicious, traditional dishes, and reasonably priced. The outdoor veranda is beautiful; dining al fresco in the summer is a real pleasure. We'll definitely be back to further appreciate the flavors of the Aprà restaurant.

A very beautiful restaurant in its simplicity. Location: Quite rustic, nothing fancy. The beauty of this restaurant is precisely its lack of sophistication, but rather its old-fashioned style. Food: From appetizers to first courses, second courses, and desserts, everything is very traditional. The staff passes through the dining room with large plates, and then each table gradually chooses what they want to eat. The portions are decidedly generous. We ordered everything, and everything was undoubtedly good, but the real highlight was the Fassona beef tartare served among the appetizers. Staff: Kind, helpful, fast, and definitely delightful.

Trattoria di una volta. E anche la cucina quella di una volta. Non si cerca un abbinamento raffinato particolare ma si va alla sostanza e la sostanza è molto buona. Chiedo un piatto che non è in programma per il pranzo il cameriere chiede alla cucina se è possibile prepararlo e mi dicono di sì. Un gesto carino. Rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo.

We went to APRA' for our company Christmas dinner and had a positive experience. It's definitely a historic restaurant, a true local institution, well-known and renowned for years. It's one of those places that has its own identity and history: you can clearly sense that they know what they're doing and have nothing to prove or learn. We found the food to be good, high-quality, simple, and authentic, fully respecting Piedmontese tradition. No-frills dishes, well-made, and loved for their authenticity. The service and ambiance were average: nothing exceptional, but nothing negative either, neither bad nor bad. Overall, we had a good time; we liked the restaurant, and the cuisine is the typical Piedmontese one would expect. It's not a place that will amaze, but it's solid, reliable, and the food is good. Highly recommended.

A friend's birthday party here. We had a wonderful meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dishes arrived on time and for all 23 people at the table. All the dishes were delicious. The braised beef plin was spectacular, as were the tagliolini with ragù. The location is age... That's the only reason it's missing a star.
