The burger was good, the fries just a bit dry like they have been under a heat lamp and having a little side area for the condiments was clean, the only drawbacks were that a good portion of the tables were not wiped down clean even though they were slightly empty at the time I went in and the other drawback is the bathroom which you need a five-digit code to get in and when you asked for the code it seems like a bother to the lady manager that is slightly big that was on site, she looked very irritated that she constantly was giving out the code to the customers but then again they did put a code lock on the bathroom doors, so maybe put the code on customers receipts IF you don't like constantly getting asked for the bathroom code, just a thought on that, overall nice place, burger good.

If you like In-and-Out, you'll LOVE The Habit! Burgers are better, and so are the fries! A nice, clean interior, excellent staff, and efficient process.. A great place for a quick bite!

I ordered food for myself and a friend of mine wanted ed only a shake. They didn't tell me until after my food was ready that they couldn't make a shake because they were all out. They offerede a refund but that it would take a week for it to process and that if it didn't go back to my bank I had to stop back in. Had I known they couldn't make shakes that day, I would've gone somewhere else. All they could offer my friend was a cup for a free drink.

Since this place is pretty new, there is always a line out of the door. Unlike other Habit locations where u can order by phone, this place doesn't allow it. However, they do allow online orders to bypass the lines. The food is decent and doesn't blow a hole in your wallet. We often come for the BBQ salad and Caesar salad. Just tried the Peach and Ginger Nektar. It was delish..not too sweet or too bland. Will definitely get that next time when the line is shorter...

Decided to try Habit Burger one more time as my first time was years ago(5+) and was not impressed. Well, I was once yet again met with the same disappointment. I ordered the charbroil burger with an oreo shake and green bean fries. A kids burger meal. Total was about $29! I was not expecting what i received for the amount that I paid for. The burgers were really small. The kids burger was the same size as mine and if you see on the receipt the kids burger cost MORE than the "regular" burger and it doesn't come with anything but the patty! I had to pay $1.10 for a slice of cheese!!!! Outrageous! My bottom bun was soggy and it couldn't have been from sitting there because we dined in. The patties were way smaller than the buns, as you can see on the picture I had eaten about half of my burger and still had bun and toppings left. As far as taste goes, it was nothing special. I actually would much rather go to McDonald's for that price! YES! I said it. Only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the green bean fries were actually decent, and the shake wasn't bad. But as far as burgers go? Big 👎! Will not be returning.

They say...sit down and relax...it will be worth the wait....unbelievable!! We waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and fries, we saw the couple right in front of us walk out with their to go order. After a few more minutes we asked where our order was and what do you know, they couldn't find it in the system. We showed them the receipt and it took just a few minutes to get our order, but it definitely wasn't worth the wait. This store apparently has some issues to work out since they have only been open 6 months.

This visit was THE worst for customer service! This was my second time here. I saw the advertisement for the garlic fries and wanted to try them. No one explained the process the first time and all I "thought" I got were fries with a garlic powder. This time I requested the garlic sauce be placed on the fries. The cashier was attempting to be accommodating and work with me on options. However, Jessica - shift manager, was rude, unfriendly, and not at all customer service driven. She shot down every option the cashier provided and refused to accommodate the simple request. I asked for her name and the GM's number. Jessica told me they don't have a GM. I asked for corporate's number as she looked around, I just said I'll get it online. I really like Habit Burger food, yet I don't buy it often. Jessica alone has turned me off to coming back to THIS location. It was her SERVICE (or lack of) that completely rubbed me the wrong way. I called Customer Care before I left. I really hope Habit Burger as a company deals with their manager Jessica's lack of understanding for the "Customer Service Experience" appropriately! I didn't ask for the cashier's name but I at least appreciate her efforts!

Pretty entitled staff. Ordered two shakes and was prompted with the typical, yet ridiculous, request for a tip. Both my husband and I worked in the service industry for many years and know when tipping is appropriate vs entitled. We refuse to be ""tip bullied" by this new generation of service industry workers expecting tips for doing the bare minimum. The staff member who rang us up certainly showcased his disappointment when my husband typed in $0 for a tip. He didn't say a word after that and just handed us the buzzer and turned around and walked away. We'll, he ended up pouring the shakes and completely skimped us on our order with half full shakes. So frustrating that tips are now expected with a ridiculous prompt of 20,%, 22%, or 25%, and if you take the time to type in the appropriate amount of zero, you're subject to poor service and rude customer service.

Everything was bland! I tried all sides. Got the char burger with my gift card. Wanted to spend all $25 of it plus my free char app download in case i dont come back. No taste whatsoever. Order cooked to order to get a better taste perhaps? No toilet paper in female restroom. I would only return if i get gifts thats all. Waste of money but at least tried it

The workers are not attentive or kind. Last month I’ve had 6 orders and 3 have been completely wrong, whole items missing or the wrong item given. It’s a coin flip if you’ll get what you ordered, and when they mess up they are rude. Cherry on top the only way to contact them if you’ve had take out be wrong is drive all the way back they have no phone or anything to try to figure out a solution. All in all don’t go to this habit if you can help it.

This dropped down to a 1 today. I ordered very simple and this is the 3rd time they did this. Ketchup, pickles and mustard, "Light mustard", and re-iterated that I even said "easy mustard" ... anyway I uploaded some photos of the experience of the burger when I threw it in the trash directly. Asking for light mustard and it still has an overpowering amount of mustard. Also the wait time is so long I just don't understand why. Just cook burgers before they ordered...
