I love taco bell! I've never had a bad experience at this one, every worker is so nice. Restaurant is always clean too!!

We always go to this one, best one in the valley so far one of the best managers jamie. Great team. Food always hot and fast service thanks once again.

I must say, the two employees, Emily and Daniel were extremely friendly and courteous. It was nice to see how well they treated the customers.

Use the app and customize, I had a chicken Quesadilla with potatoes and nacho cheese, soooooo good and aways fresh when you do custom 😋

Very cute girl at the window and our order was spot on..she even brought an order out for a customer who forgot their food.

I had the best of experiences at this place. It was after our Prom, and we got a crazy idea. Why don’t we go through the drive through, in our Limo? After some initial confusion and simple answers like “we have a really long car” it was worth it to see the workers surprised faces when they said “OH! Now it makes sense!” The food was great, and it was a great end to a great night.

For some unplanned reason I always end up getting something to eat late at night. And my experience is that the food is cold or the order is totally wrong. But this time was different I was there around 9:00ish my order was filled right. My food was warm and the employee was surprisingly friendly

I have to be honest, pulling up to the drive thru, trying to order my meal was a struggle, only because I had to repeat 3times, for them to say they can not understand me, and I have perfect English voice, after all of that I got my order.

Food and service is great. Taco Bell in general got rid of a lot of great options chicken soft tacos, Gorditas and that big pressed burrito they use to sell, and Del Taco actually has solid chicken in their Quesadillas, where Taco Bell has some kind of mush

Always like taco bell... but prices are getting ridiculous. Gorditas are almost 40% more and the best shells were discontinued. They should look to price menu all more competitively, not just the box they're advertising. Various restaurants are really promoting savings on their apps really increases business during these pandemic times.

I placed an order from the phone app. The order was incorrect because of confusion caused by the app. I brought it to the managers attention and was told that the order would be fixed wasting $1.49 retail replacement cost po and that but it is not the company policy and it was a one time courteous adjustment. I mean if I have a company in my app don't work I'm not going to argue with the customer over something that cost them probably $0.50

This location wasn't really that bad. The only complaint that I have is that the Deritos Locos tacos didn't come served in the special sleeve they usually come in.. I don't know if they discontinued them or this specific store didn't have them available at that time.. oh and one more thing I really hate the paper straws those gotta go..

Food Servins Are Very Poor, Out Of All Ather Taco Bell Restaurants On This One They Verly Put Food On The Chalupas Or Tacos

Staff was friendly but the floor had food everywhere and on every table. There was only 2 customers so not sure why the eating area was so disgusting. This is the location by Walmart on Monterey

Taco Bell seems to decline in the last 30 yes. The older menu items remain good but all their new items are redefining junk food. Del Taco barely competed . Now and many years later they continue to do better,fresher items.

This location has very disrespectful employees. When we get there there is no one but us. When ordering they keep rushing us. As soon as we stopped talking they rudely said “pull up to the window”. Once we got to the window we wanted to add some of the tortilla chips to our burrito, and the lady was about to tell us that she can’t add them. Like if I’m paying for it, shouldn’t I be able to. But anyways they said they did make that change for us. Turns out when we pull away they indeed did not put them in there. So we had to wait in the line once again. This isn’t the first time they rush me when I’m ordering.

Honestly probably the worst taco Bell here in the desert ,they stopped serving breakfast a couple months ago never to return and are constantly out of integral ingredients. Such as today they were out of chalupa shells when their only limited time offer happens to be chalupas.

Okay Taco Bell usually messes up or at least the one here in Cathedral City this time the food was cold the meat did not taste right and I ordered 3 tacos with extra spicy ranch. There was literally no cheese or lettuce and why did I pay extra for the spicy ranch when it looks like you barely put any in there and three packets of sauce really. We were on the road a long time, starving we saw taco bell and pull over. They didn't give us sauce or napkins so we went thru the drive thru, grabbed them and parked to eat. My tostadas barely had any beans which is a HUGE problem on a bean and cheese tostada. I asked for extra sauce. Nope, but there is more on my box then my food. Oh and one shell was missing a piece and was stale. I'm shocked, no one's in line, no one behind us and this is what we got.. So disappointing!!!

Waited in drive thru without any assistance.....once a drove up to the window the sign showed the hours that they were closed....but the open sign was still active. The manager John and staff refused to make any food they had 20 min till close but refused when they found out that the order was for grub hub they rushed to make the fiesta pack they were short food while waiting for the online order I asked to add 2 more items john was not lot having and refused he said the online order is the only thing he can make mind you there is still 15 min till close. My boyfriend and I came to Taco Bell after work on 04/15/24 at exactly 11:39pm when you close at 12am. We saw a man and a woman both inside just standing around. Refusing to take our order not even talking through the monitor and even stepped away from drive through door to pretend no one was there. On top of that they shut off all the lights at 11:45pm (STILL NOT EVEN CLOSING TIME). TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Walked in today. Empty restaurant with one employee eating his lunch. He watched me walk up and stand at the register. I could hear employees somewhere in the back listening to something on their phone and commenting about it. After 5 minutes I left. The employee eating just simply watched me go. I won’t be back to this location. 0 stars
