Ample dirt parking is easy to get to. Spacious space with very helpful and friendly staff. The pinsas are truly excellent, as are the desserts. Highly recommended. Next time, I'm curious to try the appetizers as well. Given the large number of customers, it's best to book for the busiest days.

The pinsa is fantastic! Light and not as heavy as a regular pizza. The staff is friendly and helpful, even willing to offer advice on the nature of the ingredients used. The decor isn't overly modern, but very clean and tidy! I'll definitely be back to try a different kind of pinsa!

I've dined here several times, and their pinsa never disappoints! It's always very good and much easier to digest than a pizza. The dessert was delicious, but it's a shame we were full 😅😋 The staff is very friendly and kind, it's a real pleasure to dine here. Congratulations!

Excellent place to eat something different than the usual pizza. Similar to a pizza, but with a different shape and completely different flours, highly digestible, with imaginative and unique combinations of ingredients. Wide selection of beers and fast service. There's a wide selection of pinsa flavors, but you can't change the various combinations offered. I also recommend booking, as the place is always busy. I've been here several times, and I'd always go back. Great people, clean place, and excellent pinsa. WELL DONE!

A very refined restaurant, and the food is truly top-quality. I recommend trying the pinsa, as it's a one-of-a-kind product, made with carefully selected ingredients that reflect the entire history of a central Italian culture. The service was excellent and the timing was good. The only flaw, which left me a little surprised, was that it wasn't possible to make any changes to the pinsa. Meaning, if there were five ingredients on the pinsa, you couldn't replace one with another or remove it. Basically, you had to eat it the way it was (I think it's an internal management policy, but it doesn't seem fair to a customer, as if they'd like a change, they should be listened to). Even though there are about twenty different types of pinsa. In any case, I'd definitely go back. Everything is too high-quality. TL

Siamo stati a cena in questa pinseria, ci è stata consigliata da amici per la sua pinsa senza glutine. Ottima scelta (tutte le pizze normali si possono fare con impasto senza glutine), sono stati anche disponibili e attenti per quanto riguarda una richiesta fuori menù per una bimba di 1 anno, la scelta in questo caso è poca ma adeguata per uno "sgarro alla dieta". È disponibile anche un piccolo spazio all'interno del locale per fare giocare i bambini, utile con il minimo indispensabile. Da fuori sembra un po' anonimo, ma dentro il locale è accogliente e il personale cordiale. Mi sento di consigliarlo!

Cena di 23 persone. Buona organizzazione nel servizio, visto la quantità di gente nel locale. Ambiente caldo e cordiale. Cibo molto buono, ottima la pinza senza glutine. Locale con grande varietà di prodotti gluten free. Peccato che su Google map non si recensito in maniera efficace! Locale da consigliare!

The pinsa is truly excellent. There are plenty of options for all tastes, including vegetarian and gluten-free options (upon reservation). I wasn't sold on the platter: serving the pinsa on a reused platter wasn't a good idea. The service was friendly and quick. Prices were average for pizzerias.

Buona la pinsa, c è solo da pazientare un pò per averla servita. Le 3 stelle sono però per una cosa che mi ha enormemente infastidito: un cane che stava come se nulla fosse sulla sedia accanto alla padrona, con naso sul tavolo ecc e ci è pure salito ad un certo punto. Mi son indispettita per il fatto che nessuno del locale avesse invitato la padrona a mettere a terra il proprio cane. Scusate ma mi viene il voltastomaco se vedo un animale a tavola in quella maniera. Ovviamente gli incivili buzzurri sono i padroni che impersonificano gli animali. Svegliatevi che sono animali e non persone.

Pino's star enters Casa Drusù to try the pinsa. The old, rustic restaurant is good, the service isn't extraordinary, the menu is good, and the waitress offers me gourmet crostini, which, well, wasn't much of a gourmet experience. The pinsa was adequate, but the dough lacked that little bit of leavening that makes pinsa soft and crispy. I was just passing through, but I don't think it's an experience I'll repeat.
