Buena ubicación para llegar a CDMX, desde ahi e transladan a la terminal donde salen los buses. Cuenta con baño y lavabo, asi como tomas para cargar tu celular. Lugar relativamente pequeño pero es de paso.

For the price, it's really good. Sometimes they don't check luggage or tickets, they leave up to two hours late, and it can take almost twice as long to get to your destination, but again, for the price it's very good.

Ahí ya sólo es paquetería, ya no salen los autobuses de ahí Además nunca tienen cobro con terminal, esta descompuesta desde hace tiempo…

Para enviar paquetes que no sean delicados todo bien ,es rápido y barato y si llegan ,si es delicado no lo recomiendo. Es una paquetería barata y rápida.

Servicio de transporte para el autobus es bueno pero las instalaciones estan super sucias y el baño esta peor estan descompuestos,sin agua y sucios creo que pueden mejorar solo necesitan personal de intendencia

A good place to send your packages to MTY. If they're personal items, you won't have any problems. However, if you're interested in sending merchandise, you'll need to bring the notes, receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase, as they'll require them for shipping. The staff is somewhat rude and lacks the tact they deserve, just like good service providers.

No los recomiendo del todo , tienen cosas buenas pero otras no . Como por ejemplo no respetan los horarios sales a las 7 y te dicen llegar a cierta hora y no sales a esa hora. Hacen demasiadas paradas ósea no llegas a la hora que es. Mejor es buscar mas opciones porque nunca contestan el teléfono , personal prepotente etc.

It's a dangerous spot in Mexico City, a hub for various services, with heavy traffic and no nearby parking options. Although the bus service is comfortable and the price is affordable, this terminal is terrible.

JAMAS RESPONDEN LAS LLAMADAS, Y CUELGAN Y YA DESPUES SE MANTIENE OCUPADO , UN SERVICIO PESIMO CONTRATEN GENTE QUE QUIERA TRABAJAR

Es barato pero pierden los paquetes, el personal de paquetería te tratan pésimo, siempre hay filas enormes huele mal es sucio y no hacen nada por ayudarte sinceramente prefiero pagar $50 más y trabajar con otras empresas de paquetería más profesionales

Terrible service. They are incredibly rude and arrogant, acting like they're doing you a favor instead of acknowledging you're paying. The driver we had, in particular, yelled at me and wouldn't let us get up to "switch seats," even after I explained I was going to get my backpack, which ended up quite far from my seat because the compartments were full of blankets, cardboard boxes, and truck tools. He was also on his phone while driving. I had to travel with them because of an emergency, and it was the only option available. If you can, save yourself the trouble. All you get here is to be rude, have your voice raised, and be mistreated.
