Staff energy is off with a side of attitude which I don’t understand, bc ur at work trying to make a living at a mediocre bar that plays mediocre music. I get there and female thinks she’s queen b and the dude completely ignores me and goes and plays on his device and I had to make a comment about the dude maybe just being a barback to my partner and female obviously hears me and gets that dudes attention to make a drink, mind u I made eye with both of these souls and clearly at the bar waiting. All the staff seemed to have an attitude. Not nice ppl. /shrugs/

So, this review is a little hard to sort through. I say that because there wasn’t anything glaringly wrong with our experience, except that we encountered a cockroach as we were sitting there minding our business. Critters exist, we get it, but this bar is adjacent, and directly open to, a pizza place. That raises the question: are they serving pizza to inebriated clients, knowing well enough that the facilities aren’t clean enough to provide quality cuisine? The bar itself is good, albeit one of the most expensive stops on our trip, and the service seems fine, but be aware that it is located in this weirdly sectioned off area. They have an ID check on the way in, but also checkpoints in the middle of the area (because multiple bars share the closed off space). This may sound like a small gripe, and it is, except you can’t take drinks between venues. So…what’s the point of the gated off, secure area? Maybe they don’t want to share cups? They should also invest in nicer fences…chain link for the prices they’re charging per drink is pretty laughable. It gets crowded on weekends, which is a good thing, but don’t expect prompt service. Anyway, we had a good time…all things considered.

I spent 10$ on 2 drinks for me and a friend. When I asked the server if I could tip cash instead of on my card he said that was fine and much appreciated he reached behind the bar to get the tip jar to put the money in since he said people like to steal their tips. YET they still took it upon themselves to ADD a $10 tip on my card the day after as well knowing I put $0 for the tip (SINCE I TIPPED CASH) making my total $20. Very unprofessional and upsetting don’t even try calling the number on here either as it’s out of service.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing! $10.30 for a pint of Miller Lite—before 7 PM? When I questioned it, the bartender casually mentioned a bottle would have been $2.50. Why not mention that before pouring? Feels like a total ripoff. Won’t be back!

Can’t rate because it appears this place is out of business. They deleted their social media. Was fun while it lasted. I heard an eagle was supposed to open but I don’t see social media for this either. Sad.

If I could give a specific bartender a negative star I would.. given that the drinks we got, this guy must've gotten plenty of tips already by then, because he made our drinks super weak like he didn't care anymore. I know we got single shots in the small size cups we were served, but come on this cowboy couldve at least made the shot in them noticeable considering the 2 drinks cost $17.82! But if you ever get a drink from there don't order through the tall lite skinned guy w a beard, you won't be satisfied 👎🏻

If I could give a negative star I would but last night I bought two pineapple rum drinks and the bartender barely put less than a standard shot in the drinks. The drinks were weak and the price was ridiculously expensive. $17.82 for two well drinks. I can't recall the bartender but he had dark short hair and a full beard. I didn't leave a tip because these drinks were just ice and a splash of juice. I'm really upset 😡 with this service. Beware of weak drinks with mostly ice.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. We went to have dinner, drinks, and watch the Cowboy/49er game this pasy Sunday. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks and I ordered some sliders with tater tots while my boyfriend ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. There was not very many people in the establishment, so I didn’t think it would take very long to get our food. After about half an hour, I went up to the bar to see what happened to the food because it was taking a little long and while I was walking up, the bartender didn’t notice I was standing there. I witnessed the bartender actually asking his friends if they wanted to taste the food on the plates before he took it over to the customers The three plates of food he had in his hand, so happened to be MY food !! I witnessed his friends opening the burger, eating the sweet potato fries opening the box of tater tots and trying those too. I then asked another one of the workers there why everybody was tasting my food! He claimed it was not my food and I told him to check what was on the plate because I knew it was my food and I could describe everything I had ordered without looking at the plate. I was flabberghasted!! I did not even receive an apology!! The cook said he could remake it for me , but at this point what was the point ?? How was i going to know if everyone was going to be tasting the remade plates before it got to my table. I am giving one star because I cannot post a review without putting at least one. If this was my choice, I would put zero stars. Do not eat here.

Worst experience ever. Rudest bouncer I’ve ever met. He spoke with horrible attitude and was highly disrespectful. Bathrooms are gross and filthy. Drinks were cheap and tasted like cheap liquor. Wouldn’t recommend spending anytime or money here. Came here for a night out with friends and left with disappointment. Would leave 0 stars if I could please stay away from this place .

Dirty place, unsanitary restrooms, Covid infested, Give these clubs a 1 low scale , rented Private Security Guards of Alamo Security Bruts are unprofessional and let wild by Bar managers unchecked to assault Patrons. Private Security Guards pretend to be Police Officers threaten patron with brutality and handcuffing False arrest. Recommend avoiding this 1400 N. Main SATX area. Better club strip on N.St.Marys. Crime rate from Bars has ruined the college and local high schools in area atmosphere and safety of the area. This club strip is a nuisance to College area the area Crime has increased exponentially due to these Bars.
