The pesto toast is excellent, just ask about the portion size beforehand because we had a bad experience one day when we were served a very small portion; the explanation was that it depends on the chef preparing it. And some constructive criticism for Octava: please change your cutlery! 🍴 They're quite uncomfortable. Aside from those details, it's an excellent place, highly recommended! 👍🏼

The "Cinnamon Hug" and the cookie were very good, and the woman who served us was super friendly, but the music is already quite loud and doesn't invite you to stay longer. In a small café, the music should be kept to a minimum.

The place is quiet, nice and comfortable, ideal for chatting and having a coffee... I didn't love the cakes and pancakes, but they are delicious within the normal range, although the price-quality ratio isn't the best...

I love this place; the food is simply delicious, and they have a great atmosphere. Even the servers are fabulous. However, I've noticed that during peak hours, when demand increases, the managers prioritize speed of service, sacrificing the preparation process and even the quality. I'm not suggesting it's bad, but as a customer, I've noticed that during those times there can be inconsistencies in the preparation. I've seen dishes and drinks thrown together haphazardly, whereas during slower periods, they pay much more attention to presentation, flavor, and quality. This café used to be known for its quality, and that was its hallmark, but it seems to me that they've lost ground in that area.

The breakfasts were awful, the portions were tiny for the price, expensive and bad. I ordered eggs with French toast and they only gave me three tiny, dry, tasteless balls of bread. They didn't have bacon and gave me cold, bad ham instead. I know it doesn't look so bad in the picture, but it was truly terrible. The waitress was very nice, but the food is really overpriced for what it is.

Unfortunately, my experience at this cafe was quite disappointing. We were four people and ordered several things; however, my drink (a Oaxaca mocha) never arrived. After a long wait, I asked and was told they were out of that product, although the server who took the order never mentioned it. I ended up exchanging it for a regular mocha. I also ordered chipotle Alfredo pasta, and the mushrooms were spoiled. I mentioned this to the server—who was kind—but when we took the dish to the kitchen, they tasted the mushrooms and spit them out, confirming that they weren't good. Even so, they didn't offer to replace the dish or provide any solution, and they charged us the full price. Additionally, the pizza we ordered took a very long time; when we asked, we were told they had a problem with the oven and that it would take 10 more minutes. Although the server was friendly, the overall service left a lot to be desired, especially given the attitude of the person in the kitchen, who looked at us with a very unpleasant look. I'm writing this review as a precedent in case I experience any health problems from eating spoiled mushrooms. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience, both due to the food and the lack of problem management.
