My husband and I had an incredible dinner here. The ambiance is elegant, providing the perfect backdrop for a special evening. From the warm greeting of the hostess to the final course, the service was exceptionally attentive without being intrusive. As for the menu, the Peking Duck was a true standout. We were also impressed by the world-class cocktails and the elevated wine service. The sommelier offered a fantastic guidance that enhanced our meal. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier dining experience.
We recently celebrated my grandmas birthday at Mott 32. The food is incredible, with the Peking Duck as the absolute winner. Every dish impressed us, but that duck alone is worth the visit. Reservation is easy and they communicated with us very well prior to arrival. Everything is great but be prepared to spend. It’s definitely on the premium side, and our bill came out to around 4.5k per person, but the quality and experience make it worth it.
Mott 32 provided an exceptional dining experience! The ambiance was refined and inviting, and the hospitality and service were excellent. The dishes we ordered, particularly the Applewood Duck, Xiao Long Bao, and stir-fried mushrooms, were of outstanding quality and flavor. Our server, John Sherwin, made the experience even better with his warm hospitality and attentive service. Highly highhhlyyy recommended!!
Had a wonderful experience at Mott 32. Our server Jivin took great care of us. The food was so delicious also. Some of the best dumplings I've ever had!
From the hostess to the servers we can't thank them enough for making our dining experience really special. They were most patient in explaining the dishes and making a spectacle in every dish presented. The dishes we ordered were all wonderfully curated with flavors well balanced and freshness of the ingredients is noticeable in every bite.
Great ambience! The best Peking duck I have had ever! Standouts were the yeung chow rice, crispy pork, and the two way Peking duck! Service crew were very attentive. Would go back again and again.
Must experience this place…. . . . Are you looking for a full immersion culinary experience? This is the place. Now, quality and atmosphere has a price. Don’t be cheap and start complaining about high prices because this place is not only about the food, it’s about the experience. Kudos for the manager, investors, owners and brains that thought about placing this restaurant in this place to rump up the level of the gastronomic offer of Cebu city. We chose this place for a special occasion and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Service was absolutely amazing, with staff fully dedicated to our needs, always attentive, always polite, fast and knowledgeable, a total pleasure to be around. Then there’s the food. Exquisite presentation, incredible execution and magnificent quality of products and recipes. Totally deserve all the stars they can get. Cocktails were fun and a good variety of options to chose from, and dessert was just to die for. Either for a special occasion or just to delight yourself into a gastronomic experience I totally recommend this restaurant! Top notch location and so very well decorated with booths that create an amazing privacy setting. Don’t miss it.
It was fine dining in a picture-perfect setting. Sophistication on every plate and in every corner🍽️
It was nothing short of magical. That was truly one of the best and memorable dining experience we've had. The magic of Mott 32 started with our reservation experience. Their representative was very quick and responsive and was very effective in noting special requests that I made (table location and view). It was seamless. From the moment we got to the restautant we were immediately whisked to THE exact table I was eyeing (great views of the interior tucked in a more quiet area with sweeping views of the seaside and the cityscape. We were introduced to Ryn our spectacular host who immediately set us up for dinner providing the available options for that night. We settled with the Scallop Prawn Hot and Sour Soup Dumplings, Prawn Iberico Pork Siu Mai and Chicken Prawn Taro Croquettes for starters and Barbecue Iberico Pork and Sesame Crispy Free-range Yellow Chicken (both in limited quantity so it's best you preorder with your reservation) for mains and Crabmeat Fried Rice. While we were waiting for our food to be served one cannot help but be at awe and gape at the majestic interiors of Mott 32. Mott 32 is renowned for its sophisticated chinoiserie style interiors that is both modern and evokes old world elegance, refined yet with a little grunge around the edges. The wooden interiors accented with deep jade greens and soft glow from the lamps and chandeliers is mystified with the slight dim around the space. It evoked a comfortable and magical feeling that made you want to be trapped in there as long as you could. Every corner of this space was just gorgeous. With our tavle filled, it was time for our tastebuds to experience the magic of Mott 32. The dimsum embodued perfection. You can clearly sense the balance in taste and texture. I really liked the Siu Mai and the soup dumplings too (would have experienced it better if we ate it as the lid came off but still enjoyed it even after the soup was not as hot after sitting on our table for so long). The Barbecue Iberico Pork was pure bliss. It was rich, decadent, sweet, salty and full of umami goodness and it was THE most tender slice of pork heaven I have had. The spring chicken was equally spectacular. The meat was very flavorful and tender with the skin having that perfect crispy outside. All those goodness was coupled with THE best fried rice I have had. The Crabmeat fried rice was as rich and flavorful as the mains and the Flying Fish roe was a delightful add on to te rice. I didnt notice how slow I was going through each morsel that I took. I was savoring each and enjoying the experience on my senses. Throughout our dinner, Ryn, our host was warmly assiting us with all our needs. From serving the dishes, sharing insights about the food and the drinks to even snapping pictures for us. She was warm and friendly althroughout. Her service was spectacular and truly made our night even more memorable and enjoyable. As we were finishing our meal, enjoying our Mott Signature Cocktails (we had the Hanami, Jade Road and Five Spice Sherry, all delightful drinks) and looking out into the glittering cityscape, it finally sunk into me. All the hype and praise for this legendary restaurant and I am absolutely glad that Cebu has its own Mott 32. This quality of food and service was beyond the very high expectations I had. Now I understand why this restaurant is a destination one must visit and experience. Mott 32 is truly magical!
A beautiful Michelin star restaurant serving exquisite dishes. We had a few dim sum dishes to start with but the main attraction was of course the peking duck. Cooked to perfection, the 3 of us finished the whole duck! We also had the opportunity to meet the chef, whom is also from Malaysia. Overall it was a fantastic meal served in a beautiful restaurant.
Been to Mott32 a few times now and I still think it’s the best Chinese food in the city. It’s quite the experience for those who are looking for a unique dining experience. The Iberico Pork has been inconsistent but everything else was on point. Might be pricey but it’s worth the experience.
Mott 32 Cebu Nustar Resort and Casino, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu, Philippines (Mott 32 is coming to Paradise Valley 👍👍) Mott 32 Cebu at Nustar Resort and Casino, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu, Philippines Friends, simply put Las Vegas location is a poor imitation and a complete amateur, while Cebu is a top level professional. One cannot compare between these two. Las Vegas location should not be mentioned with the Cebu location After a disappointing experience at Mott 32 Las Vegas, I decided to give Mott 32 in Cebu, Philippines a try, and it was a complete transformation. I flew 37 hours to be here. The ambiance of the restaurant, overlooking the water, is truly an artistic escape. The warm welcome from the hostess at the gate and the friendly waitress added to the exceptional dining experience. Despite a slight misunderstanding about the duck, the service was impeccable. I indulged in the following dishes: - Cucumbers with garlic: Absolutely delightful, I could eat these all day. For my friends in Phoenix, please try the cucumbers at the Kung Fu Noodles in Tempe - Crab fried rice: A taste of quality in every bite. - Mixed vegetables: Decent, at the recommendation of my girlfriend. Personally, I would not have used up my stomach real estate but she cares for my health - 2 different types of Soup Dumplings: A true delight, I simply loved them.I could just eat those all day. - Peking Duck: It was heavenly, I thought I had reached food paradise. So different from the Las Vegas location. It is like trying to compare an amateur to a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. It is almost unfair to the Las Vegas amateurs. Overall, Mott 32 Cebu exceeded all my expectations and turned my disappointment into joy. A dining experience worth every penny spent. Mott 32 Cebu has spoiled me forever, I will be dreaming of the smiles from all the employees and their great hospitality. I truly felt welcome and respected like an important family member.
Very nice place and very accomodating staff especially Sherwin and the food is so good. Well surely book again...
A nice place to have a meal and have long talks with a friend. A bit on the upper price point compared to normal Cebu prices of restaurants but the service and atmosphere is great. If you like spicy food, We got: Triple-Cooked US Black Angus Short Rib and Free-Range Chicken, Cashew, Dried Chili, Szechuan Peppercorns
My go-to place for authentic dim sum and High-quality Chinese cuisine whenever I go to Nustar. Elegant interior, attentive service, and a menu that features a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes. Signature items include the Iberico pork char siu, Must try their Apple Wood Roasted 42 Days Peking duck(must order in advance, preparation time 45 mins), and a variety of dim sum. Overall, Mott 32 provides a memorable dining experience, ideal for special occasions. You can also Book your reservation via Opentable app.
Superb. If you want to dine here, you have to prepare to spend at least 5 digits. It is surely one of the fanciest (if not the fanciest) restaurant in Cebu. If you dine here, I think you have to order, I mean pre-order their Peking Duck. It is their signature dish and you have to judge this restaurant with your experience eating their duck. The other dishes are on point as expected but of course, it is pricey. You have to chew slowly and really immerse yourself because later you have to pay for it. For me, it is worth it. Service was impeccable except that they forgot that we pre-ordered their iberico pork. We ended up having it for take-out and it is priced at 2550 and I don't it is worth 2550 at home the next day. Overall though, we enjoyed our dinner. It is our most expensive dinner here in Cebu and it surely was memorable. We probably be back once we hit the jackpot at the casino. :)
We ordered the Applewood 42-day Roasted Peking Duck and the Signature Iberico Pluma Char Siu. Delicious. The char siu is so tender and flavorful. Pricey.
The quality of the food is the same with Hongkong Mott32. We had such a lovely experience for our anniversary ❤️ 💕 We always dine at HK Mott32 and it's our first time to visit Cebu! 😀 Exceptional service from the staff 👏 👌 Thank you for the complimentary wine and dessert.
One of only 7 branches in the world. There's only 1 branch in the Philippines and it's not in Manila. It's in good ol' Cebu! 🇵🇭 This resto surely redefined & elevated upscale dining in Cebu. A bit pricey - but you're there for the great experience. Pro Tip : Going there for afternoon cocktails is a good option - if you'd like to avoid the lunch/dinner crowd.
Definitely a pride of cebu and philippines. The moment you enter you will be welcome with the view of cebu city and the interiors are so for Instagram pips out there. Then the food is superb both taste and presentation. It's a wonderful experience overall. Also make sure the pre order for the peking duck. One of my favorite us the guava gulaman, its so new to my palate. ☺️
The duck is superb, crispy skin and flavorful meat and the service is over the top. Well worth the experience. The interior is very cozy. Best restaurant to go to in Cebu. Experience Michelin star Mott 32 from Hong Kong only here in Newstar Cebu.
It was in Mott 32 that I used a chopstick for the second time, following yesterday's challenging experience in a Japanese restaurant in Cebu City. The helpful staff readily understood my predicament as well as some in my company that they didn't hesitate to offer some tips on how to handle the dishes serve in our table. Save for the Peking duck that was serve with the presence of the chef and the xiao long bao, I could no longer remember the names of the wonderful dishes I tasted. Everything about Mott 32 is superlative, most especially the distinctive taste of each of the dishes.
Beautiful restaurant with well crafted cocktails, dim sum, Peking duck, and seafood. Service was impeccable. Perfect spot for a date or celebration.
Beautiful atmosphere as the restaurant overlooks the bay area of Cebu. The real highlight however was our host, Ace. Indeed an Ace, making sure we were well taken care of the entire night. Lovely personality and strong anchor to the experience.
The best Restaurant in Nustar. Hands Down. From service, food to Ambiance. Quality food and drinks. We will be back again. I highly reccomend.
This is a very elegant Chinese restaurant with excellent food, very attentive servers, and great ambience. Price is definitely on the high side but it's worth it if you spend special occasions there.
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant- Mott 32 which is located inside NUSTAR in the beautiful island of Cebu. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. The Smoked Wood Black Cod was out of this world good. Everything we had was a different experience for our taste buds. And their signature dessert - Pomelo, Grapefruit and Honeycomb Coconut Ice Cream was the perfect ending to an amazing culinary experience. Absolutely the best meal we had in a while! Highly recommended!
The best dimsum food I’ve ever had in my life. The Sechuan chicken was the best! The servers MJ and Arvin assisted us and were extremely accommodating and warm.
The food here was delicious and the ambience was very nice. The service from our server Jivin was excellent and he exceeded our expectations!
Amazing food at Mott 32, I’ve been to a few of these restaurants and the one in Cebu has the best soup dumplings! I came here twice in 1 week- and this time I came here with a big party. Our server Cha was extremely accommodating, and made sure all of our party was tended to! I love the service here, and the food! So so tasty and worth a visit if you go to Nustar!
Had the chance to dine at Mott 32 in Nustar and it was an experience worth sharing. The ambiance is superb, it's giving modern, elegant, and definitely giving a fine dining atmosphere. We tried some of their signature dishes, and the highlight for me was the Apple Wood Roaster Pecking Duck. The skin was perfectly crisp, and the flavor really stood out. The staff during our meal was very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable. The staff was very attentive throughout our meal and made sure we were comfortable. Prices may be on the higher side, but given with the quality of food and service, I can honestly say it’s super worth it, especially if you’re treating yourself or celebrating a special occasion.
Very beautiful and elegant place to dine at. Food is quite good but definitely pricey. The service is impeccable. Big thanks to our server Jess.
The restaurant is stunning! From the table set up, the restaurants, to the bar…absolutely gorgeous. The food came out in great timing with everything fresh and hot. Stand outs were the black cod and the mango dessert.
REALLY EXPENSIVE but the food is also really good. If you're willing to splurge, definitely go here, but if you just want good asian food, there are cheaper places that are also great. But totally go here if you wanna have a food experience. It's the kind of restaurant where you gotta make dining here an event, like dress up, plan your day around it, just make the most of it. The ambiance is exquisite and the service is flawless. It was my birthday when we came and they gave me some tea as a gift! So nice. Would come back for a really special occassion.
Best service - Archie was attentive and friendly who kept on refilling our water and gives us recommendations on what to order. The place was almost full and the atmosphere is great. The food we ordered were all delicious. The charsiew was so tender and the pork belly lacks a bit of crisp but still perfectly seasoned. Birthday celebrants also gets to enjoy free dessert. We paid 8k for a meal but it's worth the splurge.
Given the high praises and since we stayed at the fili hotel (restaurant is in the same building), we (group of 5) had dinner here. One of their specialties and most expensive dish is braised Japanese abalone at over US$500 an order, which obviously was way too far beyond our willingness to spend. Instead, we had the 42 day roasted Peking Duck for about US$110 a piece (duck was cut into thin slices in your presence and served along with the dough), a soft noodles dish, dumplings and pork. The duck didn't impress us at all given the price. The others were quite good though. Maybe we had too high expectations given the high prices. But just the same, it was an experience.
Having A very Good and memorable dining experience in Mott32 Vancouver why not try Mott32 Cebu and Yes!! It did not disappoint! From the reservation, ambiance, starters to dessert, everything went great!! We tried their lunch set menu. Tried their lunch set menu and it did not disappoint! Mott32 ambiance, food quality and service was top notch! We started off chicken with coriander, Shanghai dumpling hot and sour soup, prawn fish roe siumai, peking duck spring roll. Main event of signature black cod, yang chow fried rice, egg plant with minced pork, and dessert of mango soup with pomelo. They even provided a compli Mother’s Day dessert! Xie2!! Such a gastronomic experience! 👍 Had a blast! Will be back!
Food and service was exceptional. We booked for my Mom’s birthday and they did took note and surprise my mom with a dessert and sang her a happy birthday sing. Not really sure if that was a complimentary dessert because it was included in the bill. Also, the serving process was a bit chaotic. We had to eat the pork Iberico and finished it before the rice with fish roe was served together with the smoked cod and then the sautéed bok choy was served last. After we ate all the mains. In fact we request that the smoked cod be served together with the other main dishes since my dad can’t eat pork and duck. We enjoyed our dinner here tho but I hope all mains get served at once so we can enjoy it all together and not jump and wait from food to food.
excellent service, very nice environment but also a little kitsch; I'm not a fan of Chinese food so I wasn't able to fully appreciate some dishes, but still very well cared for. What I enjoyed the most was an excellent Negroni. the price is important and according to my yardstick a little too pretentious. Nonetheless, a lovely evening.
Lovely restaurant and view. The food that we ordered was very nice and expensive of course for this kind of restaurant, but we didn’t expect to hear the staff yelling and screaming like you do in many restaurants in the Philippines for the price that this restaurant charges. Nice for a one off experience.
On a recent trip to Cebu, my partner and I decided to try the new Cebu branch of “Mot 32.” It is in the brand new, squeaky clean “NuStar” Casino. Where this restaurant really shines is the atmosphere – it is chic, elegant, and transports the diners to Hong Kong. What needs work? The service. We had a reservation, we were a little earlier but the restaurant wasn’t busy so we were seated right away. It took a long time to get the waiter’s attention to order anything, however we ordered a bottle of wine, and the sommelier was the only one who seemed to pay attention (returning to pour the wine). The waiter was totally inattentive after taking our order – which is pretty abysmal given the price point to this restaurant. The food was so so. Part of the problem may have been what we ordered, our least favorite dish was the glutinous with Chinese sausage – not something I would have ordered, but my partner wanted it – flavor was edible, but the smell was honestly like wet dog (I don’t know how else describe it). My favorite dish were the green beans with beef, the dumplings were scallop, but the flavor was overpowered by the little wooden things they were served on, we also had cucumber in vinegar and soy sauce – a simple staple – overall not the best I have had. Everything was mediocre and overpriced. Then at the end, they charged my credit card in U.S. dollars without asking me which made the whole meal more expensive - a total scam. While I would say it’s worth a try (the duck is supposed to be good), like a lot of meals I have had in the Philippines, it just was not worth the price or the hype – perhaps it is just the growing pains of being a new restaurant, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
I would rate Mott 32 - 3.5 stars🌟 To start, shout out to their cocktails, they were all SuperB especially Forbidden Rose. We also had Hanami, HK iced tea and 5 spice sherry. 5/5 stars! Food Dimsum- Iberico soup dumpling, truffle siu mai and taro croquette were all very good. They made a mistake of serving taro croquette twice and we didn't complain because it was so divine, willing to pay xtra for that mistake! I could go back and only order that! For the starter, we had dried Angus scechuan peppercorn, and I wasn't a fan. It was sweeter (very sweet) and harder than I would like it to be. For our mains, we had bbq pluma iberico pork, spiny lobster, seasonal vegetable and crispy egg noodle.. The bbq was very good, tender, tasty and juicy. Crispy egg noodles was tasty as well but we were quite full that we were unable to enjoy it. Seasonal vegetable were eh did not have to order. Spiny lobster - I wasn't a fan. Overall food was good but taste is subjective. Ambiance was great. Attentive servers. I remove 1.5 stars because I believe for such fine dine restaurants, waiters/servers should be well experienced and is able to NOT only recommend specialties but also able to suggest how much in terms of portion would be good to start and see it from there. As we were ordering, we kept asking how much portion would it be, for 2 people how many mains should we be ordering after getting 3 dimsums and we pre-ordered bbq iberico, but he seemed lost and kept recommending specialties. This resulted to ordering too much and we were unable to finish and appreciate its taste. Fine dine, in my opinion, should be more of experience, appreciation and satisfaction vs being completely stuffed like coming out from a buffet. I would have prefered if the waiter recommended, such as seasonal vegetable wasn't necessary because crispy noodle comes with bok choi and seasonal veggie was bok choi. As much as we would like to try some desserts, there was zero room. Another reason was, the food were served randomly. Our starter came after the spiny lobster(wc i think a main dish) then veggie came then noodles then iberico bbq. Are we supposed to eat bbq by itself? It was chaotic. I think it would be great to have an option of 5/6/7/10 course tasting menu and/or prefixed meal. Price - I think it's worth it for the taste and portion. Overall, great restaurant.
Let’s start with the highlights. The Hanami tasted good. Worth mentioning is the Bbq Iberico Pork. It was tender and delicious. We also enjoyed the dimsum selection of Garoupa Dumplings, Scallop Prawn Dumplings, Peking Duck Spring Rolls, Chicken Prawn Taro Croquets. For our mains, we liked the Sauteed String Beans w/Wagyu Beef, Sweet/Sour Pork, & Yang Chow Fried Rice. Regretfully disappointing items ordered were the Wok Fried Flat Rice Noodles, (this was nothing special), the Free Range Chicken Cashew Dried Chilli Szechuan Peppercorns had too much of dried chilli & cashews & little chicken. The most disappointing food item that we ordered was the Wok Fried Lobster Ginger Scallion. It did not taste fresh, & also had a fishy odour. It was NOT worth its high price. A complete downer. Overall a mediocre experience from a Michelin star rated restaurant.
I think it would have been best if the Cebu branch wasn't my first experience with Mott 32. I had heard great things about their Peking Duck in Bangkok. After a week of local food, I wanted some proper duck. I lived in Beijing for 3 years and after many, many ducks, my favorite two were the contrasting styles of Mr China and Dadong. The Peking Duck here, however, was almost unedible. None of the fat in between the skin and meat melted away. The opening slices of skin had a thick underlining of fat attached to it. And the slices of skin and meat reminded me of Korean 3 layer pork belly BBQ because of the thick layer of fat in the middle. Most of the Duck was uneaten because of the overpowering oiliness. I think the Cebu branch should cease to serve Peking Duck if they can't do it properly. And, I wished they didn't give me the window seat; looking out constantly at the dirty and foggy windows was a bit gloomy.
I guess my expectations were to high bec. duh Michelin ⭐️ kuno. Food was okay really but will most likely be back only for the drinks & the aesthetic feel of the place.
We ordered black cod fish - salty but smokiness was made up for it Crispy squid - feels like the oil is old you can taste the oil in the squid salty too Noodles - pretty ok I could have gotten it in a better price for the quality Hot and sour soup xiao long Bao is ok - salty Iberico charsiu - at first it was too sweet, the second is salty…weird anyway the char is a good add to the overall taste and the iberico is good the second one you can taste the herbiness which is good Duck - the wrapper is good, the sauce is meh, the taste plain, crispy as it should be but I feel peking garden is way better. Second way of the duck we chose the minced one - overcooked too dry and too much soy sauce - not good My sister in law says it was way better before since it’s my first time for the price even with the discount I still wouldn’t come back. Once is enough just to say I ate there Oh service… some were ok but most of the servers were very indifferent, I guess because we were complaining already as they serve the dish. But hey you have to be better for the price When the bill came out there was a dispute on the price of the iberico the website says one thing and they charge us higher! What is weird again they have a waiver on the take out…
WORST FINE DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. I was shocked when I went to the Mott 32 for the first time on my 60th birthday. I eat fine dining regularly. Without question, this was a bad experience. I still can't believe this is a place which claims to have trained chefs and a Michelin star. First, the food was amateurish. The calamari was uninspiring. Just fried and served on a pile of herbs. No sauce. No flavor. The so-called "cashew chicken" was simply fried chicken with cashews out of a can thrown onto it - no sauce, no stir fry, no flavor - just nothing. The Wagyu beef green beans didn't have real Wagyu and was over salted and very gross. The dessert of "mango cake" had no sweetness of mango whatsoever. The mangos were green. The other dessert with sesame seeds was awful tasting. When opening our bottle of wine, the waiter stood at another table with his back toward us. It was as if he had never opened a bottle of wine before. The wine was okay but is about $30 quality and cost $120. The food cost over $100. You can get better food on the street for about $1 in Cebu. Terrible chef, terrible management, terrible service - all poorly trained.
Worst of world Dimsum is not complete cook . I never Vista here again and never recommend my friends. I paid 4200 peso but I think this food have only 1000 peso value.... I leave than this finish .... Pork have too many fat.. I think cebu branch is not same hongkong or USA
Recommendation: avoid and eat at the Italian steakhouse instead The food looks incredible, however before having a chance to try it I quickly lost any interest in dining there after the exceptionally poor level of customer service. I felt like I was mistreated and soon after arriving felt like I was not welcome at this restaurant. Learning how to speak with a customer and provide feedback or alternative options to help maintain a positive experience and welcoming environment is a key skill in working at this type of establishment. Tact.
Matt 32 failed in several points during our Valentine dinner Feb 2026. I can only list them without too much fanfare: 1. Waiter pushed to serve sparkling water by opening the bottle without being asked. 2. Served red wine was different from order in vintage year, I had to reject 3. Right vintage year red wine was finally served but superchilled almost frozen. I was aghast. I exclaimed to wine waiter to ask guest first if they prefer red wine chilled (a no-no to Australians) or room temperature and decanted. 4. Starter of duck and Iberico pork was slight tough and chewy. 5. Soup of birds nest - where is the birds nest? 6. Sides: water spinach (kangkong) shouldn't be included in Michelin main meal. C'mon kangkong!! The cheapest vegetable in the market, where is fine dining in there? 7. Main: duck's meat covered by shaped bread with skin on top of it, with pinch of caviar and gold flake- probably its the most expensive part of the meal with the caviar and gold flake! 8. The rest was downhill all the way didn't even bothered to finish the concocted dessert! The only saving grace for the night was the beautiful and expert violinist who played our song requests.
