Like normal, Carl's Jr. Is such a great place to grab higher quality fast food. The fried zucchini is the best side available and they have an amazing variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads that are choice. Will be back.

Ladies and gentlemen, the double jalapeño cheese burger is hands the best fast food burger I’ve eaten in my life. There is so much going on in this burger it’s delicious. I eat three of them every time, it’s that good. Customer service is great also.

Last time I tried Carl’s Jr I was 10 living in LA and I’m glad to say it’s just as good as I remember it.

This location made my trip. I haven't been to a Carl's Jr in over 10 years and the dining room was remarkably clean, the food service was prompt, and the staff members were polite. The full menu availability was over the top for me (I don't like breakfast foods for breakfast).

Just picked up a couple kids meals through the drive thru. Had a bit of a wait but Anthony took care of business and got us in and out in a very reasonable time. Also had a great attitude. A+ customer service Anthony. Thank you!

I love Carl's Jr's beyond famous star burger!! I used to always get a large combo but for a while there they were out of large cups so I'd get a medium combo instead. Wasn't a big deal, as the meal is always delicious! :) I highly suggest adding cookies to your meal because they heat up the cookies before giving them to you and the chocolate chips get melted into a gooey goodness and makes the savory meal a whole lot better. Perfect balance between salty and sweet! :) I love Carl's Jr!! The way how they wrap their burgers is also super duper convenient for a mess free meal.

My family and I wanted to try this burgers and they are super delicious. The cashier Daniel was super friendly and nice when we finish ordering he gave us our food it was so fast and fresh food.

Food here is always fresh. Guest service is great. Dining room is clean and prices are comparable to other similar fast food restaurants. We drive out of our way to get a burger here when we are craving it because they are we unique in taste.

For those who do not frequent this area, this is s hidden gem. It is very visible, but the parking lot is typically VERY crowded with Chick-fil-A traffic. Once you scoot by, Carl's is right there with no wait. Their Western Bacon Cheeseburgers are tangy and juicy, they have some great value combos and delicious cookies and shakes. This place never disappoints me.

Wow this place is actually really good. I had never been here before and when we left my kids had really enjoyed it. They both got kids meals with chicken strips. The dining area is very very clean and tidy. The staff were ready to help with anything. The food selections are similar to Dairy Queen but the quality is so much better. Let's be clear it's still fast food(not health food), but hey, it's still good.

We have been here a number of times over the last couple years, and I can account maybe once our order being wrong. But every time we come here the staff are friendly and helpful (especially Lee), the food is consistent, and we never have to wait. If you aren't a fan of Carl's Jr, I don't expect this review or location to change your mind; but if you are a fan this is a good one. Our go to order is Big Carl (no lettuce), Spicy Western Burger, and Jalapeno Poppers and sometimes waffle fries.

I rarely see Carl's Jr around Central texas but when I do find one they never disappoint. Will always prefer here over Whataburger

The major problem with Carls Jr overall is the varying QA QC from location to location. Not here. Its excellent and verifies their #1 ranking. My tastebuds have gotten too discerning. This cj hit all the right spots.

This is the best Carl's Jr location ever for me. They're always kind and the burgers are delicious!! When going on carnivore diet they make it easy to order plain beef patties.

I drive here from Pflugerville. I really wish theyd open a location here. The burgers are fresh and delicious every time. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh and that really makes the burger so yummy. It's rare to find a fast food place that takes pride is providing fresh fast food. The manager/ staff have much a great personality.. each time.

I'm a frequent diner here and as well as the food being great, I always get great service and acknowledgment for being a customer. Management, Steve, Erica, and Yvette do an amazing job! I'll always come back to THIS Carl's Jr!

I know this place has let me down and many others in the past. However when praise is due, it's due! We did an online order, when we went in to get it, we were a bit early. I sat and watched as 2 employees on their own worked to take and make orders. They were understaffed but worked hard and honestly the food was the freshest and juiciest burgers I've gotten from them in many trips. Hope they get staff, and continue the higher quality food!

We eat here at least 1 time per month and I have to say that this is hands down the best Carl's Jr. we've ever been to. From how clean and tidy the restaurant is to the amazing attitude of all staff members - it is just great!

Heavily underrated for austin but a freakin phenomenal burger and fries. I was going through a rough night when I decided to try them for the first time and it really really helped me through, haha. They're almost never busy it seems like, especially compared to the restaurant next door. So I plan to go again soon.

Very clean and fast you order and get your meal in just a few minutes no line at all staff are nice and took good care of me and my son who is 16. We had cheeseburger and fries 🍟 they were hot fresh and fries were crispy and delicious 😋 we ate and left in about 30 minutes. Needed a burger fix and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Burger was juicy and flavorful. Fries were crispy and hot. Many beverages to choose from. Biggest surprise was the new menu. The choice were less than I remember from a few years ago, but the prices are lower. All in all, worth the stop, just remember that it's a burger joint and not high end.

Staff was very helpful,fast and polite. My only gripe is that they forgot the pickles on my burger, but they got the rest of the order 100%. I've had much worse service after waiting twice as long. No complaints overall

No line and a really good burger. Always a great option if Mighty Fine is busy. Love the superstar! My favorite fries from a drive through and the stuffed jalapeños are fantastic!

Even though the ramp is a bit steep to get up in a wheelchair, it's fairly wheelchair friendly except for the bathroom sinks.. The staff were friendly enough and they assisted me with my food tray. The food was as described which is actually unusual when it comes to other fast food restaurants or in the drive-thru at the exact same Carl's Jr restaurant location. My niece likes the food there and the staff didn't seem bothered. I love that they're able to turn any burger into a lettuce wrap. The bathroom sinks have a problem where children cannot reach the soap or water to wash their hands and any person a the wheelchair may have difficulty using the sink.

I came here for a burger because I never had a burger from Carl’s Jr. before. I had Hardee’s from up north. The burger I got was good.

A little biased, since this is my favorite burger joint. But I'll be fair. Sometimes they've gotten my order wrong because the lady didn't speak proper English through the drive thru window. Aside from that, the food is just as well prepared as you'd expect. The atmosphere is the same across all Carl's jr/Hardeez . Food came out hot and quickly. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms may have needed an extra cleaning, but aside from that, it was a good experience. Will come back.

Long time no see my friend. Burger market is pretty competitive in Texas and in two years first stop at Carl’s since I moved to Austin. Sustainability and consistency is the key for Carl’s and I’m dying for their sauces. This location has pretty good customer service. If I drive up north again, I will stop by!

Update; We've been here many many times now and the food is always pretty good and going thru the drive thru is usually pretty fast and they are always friendly at the window. We came here for dinner on July 21st. We got our food very fast. All the Hamburgers and fries were pretty good. The chocolate cake was good too, but it was pretty small. The place was spotless clean, which was very nice. They also had some nice background music playing.

Not too bad for being fast food. We went here since chik fil a had the biggest line ever. The food was fast and seemed fresh.

The food is good but it is slightly annoying that they close their lobby early without notice. Today is Sept 22 at 900PM and their lobby is closed. The signs on the window say the lobby should be open until 10PM and Google shows the same so my son and I drove to meet here and eat inside but plans were trashed once we both arrived to find the lobby closed. Doesn't help that the guy cleaning the tables didn't verbally acknowledge me when I pulled on the door handle and only did this strange circular rotation of his hand over his head which I guess was his way of telling me to go through the drive thru... Either way, I found it rude and regret spending over $20 at this place. Should've gone next door to Chic Fil a where they serve you with a smile and make you actually feel like a valued customer. Most likely won't be back. Lesson learned. Manager did a poor job too.

I feel like most places that are fast food places give such hype and visual imagery that would want to represent themselves better. However, the food was only mediocre good and customer service was all right. I was disappointed in the hamburgers as they just didn’t seem to be nearly as full as the pictures show.

I'm from Mexico and actually I hope that here the Americans restaurants be better than there. But I don't know thats looks than never happen. In Mexico the service, the facilities, all the restaurant is much better. Here the ceiling is awful. There they have a salad bar, lettuce and tomatoes, pickles, onions, peppers in vinegar and mustard & ketchup on hand so everyone can prepare their burger as the way as they prefer. Wasn't very impressed. One of the men working there was not using gloves like others were and was reaching into bags/boxes and tossing food items into the fryer with his bare hands after he had been working the counters (and presumably handling money). There was lettuce, fries, and other food scraps all over the ground. As far as the food goes, the burger had way too much sauce oozing out of it and much more lettuce than meat. It was almost too messy to eat. While the meat patty tasted great, there just wasn't very much of it to enjoy considering how big the hamburger initially looked when they brought it (they double wrap it). Considering the messiness of the cooking environment (and the burger), I think 3 stars is more than fair.

The food came out fast, prices are allright. There was a couple things that they can work on: We had to find a table that was relatively clean. I dont eat at Carl's Jr. much, because the burger buns are soggy! I know it's because the sauce, but it takes away from the overall taste.

My burger was well cooked, and I enjoyed the sauce. Fries were a little lackluster, but that's to be expected when visiting a fast-food restaurant. Service was good, and the lady was very sweet. I always enjoy the milkshakes from this location, and my visit didn't change that.

My first time ordering here... got a #16 to share with my Mom. Food was cold and not fresh. I HATE COLD FOOD that's been sitting out! This rating is 2 stars only because the chocolate chip cookie was pretty decent. Overall, not impressed.

Literally slightly disappointed with meal overall and service wasn’t that great. It was definitely overpriced for what it was. Sourdough burger I don’t think so never again.

I was up at 2 am cramping and hurting after eating here. Who ever is in charge of this restaurant needs to look more into how clean they do anything. My first experience wasn’t bad at all but my second one was probably the worst. Unfortunately I won’t be going back after this.

Thought I would try you'll after a 10 shift at work. Extremely disappointed. My first thought was how cold burger was after a 8 minute drive home and honestly thought 'they don't even ATTEMPT to make it look appetizing'. Maybe I just came in at a bad time, but I was served a very old and stale patty that had clearly been sitting out for a while and reheated. I was the only customer in the restaurant, and the drive-thru was empty, so there was no excuse not to cook a fresh patty. The one I was served was dry and tasted no better than a public school cafeteria burger, or a BallPark microwavable patty. The fries, at least, were fresh and delicious. Perfectly crisp and salted just right. They were a short step away from bowling alley fries (which I consider to be the gold standard). It is because of these dandy, delicious fries that I am giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the fries alone were not enough to make up for the abysmal excuse for a sandwich that I was served. Everybody who was on shift on the afternoon of 17 March 2025 (except for the very kind lady who was cleaning and restocking the dining room) should be held accountable for letting that patty leave the kitchen.

After being in Texas for over 4 years and not knowing there's a Carl's Juniors about 10 mi from me blew my mind! I grew up on Carl's Jr in California a western bacon cheeseburger to me as one of the best cheeseburgers you could ever get, So after leaving San Antonio Riverwalk on the way home we stopped by Carl's juniors I purchased my beloved western bacon cheeseburger x2 call my wife I'm just going to save him for later and I ate them before we even got halfway home. Make no mistake the western bacon cheeseburger is awesome beyond words. I'll have to say that the burgers were rather dry there wasn't enough barbecue sauce you need to put a little more barbecue sauce on that burger. My suggestion is just get a side of barbecue sauce when you order. I am leaving this review because I am going to Carl's Junior cuz I had a craving for a western bacon cheeseburger I can't wait to sink my teeth in that hamburger! This is a edit of my review after going to Carl's Jr's about 4 or 5 times. I see an issue within this company and it has to do with customer service when I as a customer walk in and you have employees that are right there by the register and do not engage with customers do not greet them just kind of walk past them and ignore them. This is what happens right before a business closes just like the Carl's Jrs did over here in Georgetown. It's sad I love Carl's Jr.'s but I will not return to this one. I do not have time in the morning before I go to work to sit there and just stand there at the register and wait for someone to acknowledge me. Your company is only as good as the people you hire take this seriously. I walked in last week and I stood around for a good 5 minutes while everybody was walking around behind the register no one acknowledged me and this is not good at all. So I just walked out and I will never return.

I ordered a guacamole bacon cheeseburger and as I ate it I realized something was missing, the guacamole. I alerted one if the staff and they asked the kitchen staff but replied that there should be, and another kitchen staff said it wad there. So I showed them the layers if burger with no guacamole and they finally asked if I wanted some on the side. That should not have been that hard.

Ordered through the drive through was asked to pull forward while our chicken tenders cooked after paying. Got our food got home and noticed we were missing one of our burgers as I started passing our the food to everyone! I checked receipt to make sure it was on it and it was. I called and of course told I’m sorry you can come back and get it. Well that’s not very convenient especially when I got hungry people who want their food now!! I asked for a refund but told they can’t do that without the credit card in person! I’ve definitely had other restaurants refund to credit card if unable to get back without any problems but apparently Carl’s Jr isn’t up to speed with technology in 2025! So either way I have to go back there at some point for the sandwich we paid for or the refund that’s just ridiculous! I’ve only been here twice in the last few years and they got it right 50% of the time. Well like the bag says eat like everyone is watching because they are they want your burger!! I placed an online order (to try to eliminate errors since things are on the ticket as requested) and my order was wrong. I wanted pepperjack cheese added, which is an upcharge, and I received jalapeños on my burger instead. Additionally my burger was smooshed down flat as well as not tasty. I gave them another chance (against my intuition) and was let down. THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY!

Do not go here!!! Went through the drive thru on 10/7/22 and the worker who was working the window took my card and disappeared with it for about 5 minutes (did not use the register by the window) before giving it back. Later that night I had over $700 stolen from me by someone using my card number to buy things online/pay for online gambling sites. This was the only place I’d gone this day and after how sketchy he was acting I’m positive it was him who stole my card info. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Last year you could get a double western burger for $8. Today the single western burger is $8.54 the meal would have been $15. Insanity. You're absolutely insane if you think your product is worth that much

Never eating there again. Took a bite of a burger found a finger nail on the sandwich. I threw up, threw my whole meal away wasn’t even hungry anymore took me a day to eat anything. My husband and I went through the drive through and the woman taking our order got the whole order wrong. When we got to the window I had to repeat myself 4 times. We have been to this drive thru before, but we had awesome service untill today.

Guy was very rude. No body responded while drive microphones we tried to call couple of times no one responded so so drove and went near the window which was shut and tried to knock just to know whether they are open or not. After few seconds a guy came and spoke very rudely as if he is going to give free food. He said you are on me I am not o you. I was busy with something you should wait. We said no one responded we wanted to know whether you are open or not. Though it was not our mistake we apologized. But that guy didn’t care. Didn’t expect this behavior.

Worst experience ever at this Carls Jr. They over charged me and gave me the wrong food and had attitude with me. I asked for the fried zucchini I ordered and she told me I did not order zucchini. I looked at my son who was in the car and he said yes you did. More attitude from the manager and at that point I drive away. Be aware and check everything when at this store!

Today was officially my last time eating at Carl’s Jr. The food is overpriced and honestly awful. I ordered a small Super Star meal and it came out to $13. For that price, I expected at least a decent meal—but what I got was a flat, sad burger and maybe 15 fries in the "small" portion. The only thing that hit the mark was the Hi-C fruit punch. I won’t be giving Carl’s Jr. another dime. If you’re debating where to eat, do yourself a favor and skip the regret—head next door to Chick-fil-A. The wait might be a little longer, but the food and service are worth every second.

All I know is that the surefire way to get no bbq sauce on your sandwich is to ask for extra bbq sauce. Even when I take the time to repeat that I want extra bbq sauce on my burger, I still get an almost dry burger. I'm not sure how they think they can not listen to the customer when there are multiple alternatives close nearby and the price point is so high. 3 strikes now at this at this location and I'm out.

Way over priced!! $16 for a chicken sandwich meal. Medium size? Food was terrible. The drive thru didn’t even know how to take my money. I gave exact amount in cash and twice tried to give me change back? Um are you ok? Is my food going to be prepared correctly? Well the sandwich was really bland and soggy fries were barely warm. I will never go back. I could have gone to sit down at a restaurant and paid the same price. Carl’s Jr has really gone down hill!

My wife along with her friend and my daughter had a discriminatory experience in this store because my wife’s friend is wearing a hijab. The guy acted stupid while they were asking questions about the menu, acting as he doesn’t understand what they are saying, kept staring at them with an angry face which terrified them. As a coward, like those who are supporting him and his behavior, showing strength signals only on women. Another good man working in the store intervened and answered their question without them having to repeat it. We filed a complaint and cameras in the store can prove the situation if they are willing to act on this ugly behavior.

I dunno what the hell happened to Carl's junior, but they don't have roast beef Sandwiches anymore, their fries where hard as a rock and like warm at best and the burger had so much sauce on it you could barely eat it. Disgusting is putting it nicely. I would HIGHLY recommend against any Carl's junior, but this one for sure. STAY AWAY
