We had dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse in Cedar Park with our family of six, and I have to say — this was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food is always great, but what really made this visit special was our server, Avery Reich. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and just so genuine. It’s rare these days to come across someone so young who already has such amazing customer service skills. She kept our drinks refilled, checked on us often (but not too much!), and had a smile on her face the entire time — and this was during one of the busiest times of the night! It honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. Good customer service can make or break a meal, and Avery made ours feel extra special. We left feeling full, happy, and grateful — not just for the food, but for the great service. Avery, you’re a rockstar! We’ll definitely be back.

I called Janelle, the house manager to explain to her that it is my wife's birthday today and we're on a strict Keto diet. When we arrived there were cards and flowers waiting at a romantic table in the back. And to top it off, 5 🌟 service from our server Morgan!!!

We really appreciate it when evenings can be pleasant. So often, staff doesn’t seem to care at establishments we frequent which is hard to process when everything costs more. Hard earned money deserves service that reflects the special circumstances- we will come back next time we are in town - Fort Worth family.

Exceptional Service!! I recently dined at Longhorn Steakhouse and, unfortunately, encountered an overcooked steak. However, the standout service from our server, Duy, and the manager, Matt, turned the situation around. They were exceptionally gracious, promptly replacing the steak, and the second one was absolutely delicious. The attentive and customer-focused approach displayed by Duy and Matt left a lasting positive impression. Despite the initial hiccup, their service guarantees my return to Longhorn Steakhouse. Thank you for the outstanding customer care!

One of my favorites places for dinner in Cedar Park. Ribeyes are 100% recommended and the Brussels sprouts were just perfect.

We had a nice and quiet evening for two with great service and delicious food. My wife ordered the sirloin with the corn and rice, which she enjoyed a LOT. The portion was perfect to fill you but not over-stuff you. She especially enjoyed the corn. I ordered the ribeye with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. Our server Kat, was very attentive and thorough, making sure to ask about the cook of the steak and how tender we wanted the broccoli. The restrooms were clean and the atmosphere was nice. We went on a Monday afternoon, so it was quiet and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Took the family to LongHorn Steakhouse for my birthday dinner. It has been a favorite of mine for years They have a wonderful wait staff, food and drinks arrive in a timely manner and always delicious. A good selection of menu items and reasonably priced for a steakhouse. The atmosphere is pleasant with ample seating for all to enjoy.

Amazing experience! As a Texas man, I love my steak and Longhorn Steakhouse knows how to get it done right. Super delicious food, especially the steaks. The brisket queso, oh so good. It was a pleasant experience eating here for our last meal in Texas. Our server Kerri was extremely nice, fast, and always checked up on us to see if she could do anything for us. Went here on a Saturday night around 6:30pm. Was told the wait would be 25-30 minutes but it was more like 10 minutes, enough time to get a couple drinks from the bar. They really should make a space at the bar for people who are not seated to order drinks. It was a little weird standing over someone seated talking to the bar staff. Once seated at our table, we were greeted by our waitress quickly. We ordered the fried shrimp appetizer which came out within 10 minutes and was hot and good. My husband ordered the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, fried okra and brussel sprouts. I ordered the grilled salmon with rice and asparagus. Both plates were delicious. The whole experience was pleasant. All staff were friendly and fast.

I enjoyed my dinner with my daughter at LongHorn steakhouse! I got the eye-rib steak with the crispy brussel sprouts. The Cesar salad was so good and fresh as well as my daughter’s food!

The wait staff are attentive. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I had dinner alone so a whole booth to myself. There aren't any small tables for just 1 or 2 people. I got the 6oz Renegade. I like medium rare and it was absolutely perfect. I splurged for the roast corn. $5 is a lot for corn but I did enjoy it. Great place to eat a family meal 🤤

Longhorn Porterhouse steak comparison!!! Weeks after eating at Longhorn La Frontera location, I decided to visit one located at East Whitestone Blvd and compare the look and taste of the same steak (Longhorn Porterhouse). To match my previous experience, I ordered the same items as last time: Wild West Shrimp for appetizer, Caesar salad, Longhorn Porterhouse cooked medium with steamed broccoli as a side. And the following are the comparisons: Wild West Shrimp: Fairly consistent between both locations. Caesar salad: I found Whitestone location one to be slightly better. Salad dressing was tossed evenly making each bite very enjoyable. The Porterhouse steak: The taste from this location was just as excellent as the one from La Frontera but I found steak was cooked just a bit better. I usually request having my boneless steak cooked in medium rare, but in case of steak with bone, I would order medium so that section closed to bone won't be too red while the edge of the steak won't be too dry; I feel La Frontera location cooked a bit over medium (The edge more cooked and drier), while Whitestone location got it just right. However, that was just a personal observation and matter of preference. Longhorn Steakhouse is an excellent chain and my overall dining experiences in all these years have been excellent. I would be happily and strongly recommend it to people. As of March 2024: In order to stick to my diet, I tried their 7-pepper Sirloin Salad (Yes, yes, I know) and it was EXCELLENT. It consists of 6 oz. of grilled sirloin (With 7-Pepper seasoning) served over farm fresh field greens, with fresh cut tomatoes, croutons, and crumbled blue cheese and a choice of homemade dressing. Completely blown away by the taste. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We have enjoyed LongHorn Steakhouse a number of times over the last 12 months. This place is consistently good both on their food as well as their service. For this visit, my wife and I were celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary. My wife ordered the chicken fried chicken and I ordered the 12oz Ribeye. We also ordered a side Ceasar salad and the crispy Brussels Sprouts. As previously, the Brussels Sprouts are outstanding and the honey butter sauce makes them so tasty! The chicken was moist and the breading is really tasty but slightly salty. My steak... as I've come to expect was a perfectly cooked medium. We weren't disappointed at all. Jason, our server was every bit attentive but not overly so... just right and he was very kind to take our picture as well as asking what the occasion was. He kindly ordered up a little sundae 🍨 which we enjoyed. It was a thoughtful touch. We will definitely be back again and would recommend this restaurant location for 👍 sure.

A birthday dinner.... Started with hot bread and butter...salads and one shrimp and lobster chowder... Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, fried whole okra ....and grilled shrimp with rice and asparagus. It was all delicious. Ended with the dessert of decadent chocolate fudge cake and Mexican vanilla ice cream. Incredible! Our server was so attentive...paid attention when we were deep in conversation and came back to check on us. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

The steak was cooked to medium well, even though we asked medium. It was dry and tough. The brisket queso was pretty good, but could have been warmer. Had lunch here on December 13th. The food was very good and so was the service.

The food was good, as usual. It was quick to come out. The Texas Tonion was scrumptious, crispy and plentiful. The chicken fried chicken was perfect and a huge serving, so more than half was taken home. The picture is what was left to take home. The burger was juicy and delicious. The Mac and cheese was so cheesy and great comfort food.

We had a sad experience years back at Longhorn after being faithful customers. This one here marked all the boxes! We will definitely be return to this spot!

We have never had a bad meal here! The bread and Tonion were very delicious. Good breading on the onions and very crispy. Served hot to the table. That doesn't go unnoticed. We started our meals with Caesar salads. The lettuce was very clean and crisp with plenty of dressing without being overpowered. The croutons had a very airy crisp and the thin cheese was great. Easy recommend for a great Caesar. We also got a side of 4 shrimp with a perfect bite. Not gummy/chewy and a light snap. My wife liked the pilaf. With her steak, she asked for the loaded baked potato and had no complaints. I opted for a Signature Macaroni side with a crusted top and bacon pieces mixed in. The noodles were very bouncy and made for a great creamy bite. Each of us got our Ribeyes both medium rare and medium, having ZERO complaints. The red meat's well seasoned and plenty of juices. The meals were brought out hot and we left with leftovers. Great service from not only our waitress but the hostess who I believe may have been upper management; even recommended us some particular favorites upon arrival. We will return without question. Great Restaurant. We come here once every month or two and it is always exceptional. Wether we get steaks or if we opt for a seafood dish or something else else, they always deliver great food to your table. Their wild West shrimp has become an addiction for me as well. Absolutely incredible. Everytime we go the first thing I do now when we order drinks is make sure they get me an order of wild West shrimp going. Ill be honest.... It's the best Longhorn food and service I have had anywhere in the U.S. The fried Okra was like no other. I'm southern raised and I have had my share of Okea. I'm thinking it was so good because Jesus may have touched it. I'm sure it was because this is a steakhouse that Jesus would have his last supper at.

I was in here last week to celebrate finally being divorced, and it was the most magical night I've ever experienced. I was served by Sage and she was like an angel! A sweet girl, with fun hair and a nice smile, I hope to someday be served by her again, if she will have me! But yes a big standing ovation for longhorn steakhouse food and service!

Hands down, the best steaks in town. I always order their signature Longhorn porterhouse—it’s massive and consistently cooked to perfection—along with fried okra, loaded baked or mashed potatoes, and mushrooms and onions. Everything is always excellent. The portions are generous, the quality is outstanding, and the free, fresh-baked bread is a great bonus. We bring our family here often and order takeout as well. The staff is top-notch, the restaurant is spotless, and the western-themed décor is both comfortable and interesting. Easily one of the best restaurants in Cedar Park.

I feel you should know however that my 12 oz ribeye was not as good as the one I had about a month ago. Not sure if you can correct that since each cut of meat is a little different. Though the one I had last night was fine, my first one had a crispy surface and was a little thicker. Neither had gristle and both were much better than what I had at Steiner Ranch. I’ve been coming here for a few months and I have a fantastic experience every time. The hosts are quick to seat you, the ambience is nice, and the chefs are incredible. Every plate I’ve gotten has been made with care, and the food is tasty, fresh, and hot. Waiters/ Waitresses are efficient, attentive, and friendly. I’ve been sat by Bri and Trevor and both of them have been awesome to me. I keep coming back, and I don’t plan on stopping!

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a true Texas-sized steak, this is the spot! The Brussels sprouts and strawberry pecan salad make for excellent sides, and I highly recommend starting with the Wild West Shrimp—it’s got a spicy cherry chili that really whets the appetite. I’ve also tried their Round Rock location, but the steak there was often overcooked and tough. However, at this location, the steak is always perfectly cooked to order, and I’ve never been disappointed. This is definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a great steak!

We visited the longhorn in cedar Park just after the big snow. Couldn't have asked for a better cooked steak, perfect!! Way to go. We'll be back.

Came in for a special occasion dinner with a large party (12). I have to say it was an overall good experience. First off, the service was great. We had 2 servers assigned to cover our table, which made things run very smoothly even though the 2 also had other tables in the same section to cover. The food was very good. My wife and I split a chicken fried steak - and it was still more than enough for the both of us. Good flavor, though one part was a little underdone. Even so, it was pretty good. The server got a little mixed up on how to split up the check. Even so, she fixed it very quickly once it was brought to her attention. One small thing: Miller Light and Bud Light are not craft beers, as indicated on their menu.

Being as I'm not the biggest fan of steak, I got the chicken fried chicken and it was cooked perfectly. The country style gravy is built for the masses (not too much pepper) but that's easily fixed w the pepper grinder at the table. The fries were cooked perfectly too, just crispy on the outside and tastes like the oil was fresh, unlike some places where they taste like it's time to swap out the oil. The signature Mac n cheese was kinda a letdown. I expected more as it was a signature dish. The cheese blend used was weird, the bacon in it was weird. (might just be me, but I didn't care for it) mom had a filet steak and it was cooked perfectly and she loved it. Server was an adorable young lady who checked back regularly, but not overly attentive. Manager was on the floor watching over operations, always nice to see as an ex restaurant employee myself. Bottom line, we'd definitely return. Food and service was definitely good.

9-8-22 about 6pm: Very nice experience. Waitress very friendly. Brisket dip was good. Guess its been sittin awhile as it was lukewarm. Salad was good but light on rance so she mentioned bringing me more out after seeing it before I said anything. The Lobster was great. The loaded baked potatoe was great. The steak was good but started to get chewy once got to middle. Their bread and butter was really good too. Great meal overall.

We had lunch here on a Thursday, party of 3 no wait to be seated at 1pm. Avery was our waitress and a highlight of our visit. She was efficient, knowledgeable and very intuitive of our needs. The cheese stuffed mushrooms were the food standout, a definite “do not miss”. The salmon was a bit over cooked and dry. The strawberry salad was good albeit light on the dressing. The ribeye was essentially not edible, very difficult to cut even with a sharp steak knife and very chewy. Ice cream sundae was complimentary for the birthday girl. Atmosphere was very Texas and cozy. Not sure about returning, hard to recommend as well.

Good atmosphere and some great food overall. My only issue would be the steak, I asked for medium rare and was served medium. It was very hard to have and I stopped towards the end. But the Mac and cheese was great and so were the wings, and the complementary bread plus free refills for the strawberry lemonade were much appreciated. Another small mishap would be the cleanliness, the table had a roach moving around which was not pleasant. Overall some parts of the dinner were a hit and some were major flops so be cautious!

The server we had was awesome and most of the food there was good but we all ordered medium rare and all three rivers were cooked to different levels on being midwell. I ordered the porterhouse the fillet was so small I asked to see if they got it mixed up with a tbone. Heb sells tbone with bigger fillets very disappointing

The last time I went into a Longhorn Steakhouse was maybe 20 years ago... I was impressed. Clean, quiet, fabulous staff. There was hardly anyone there. Although, there were only 3 separate patrons waiting, it took a bit for the line to move... the hostess not only seated patrons, she also needed to clear, and clean tables for those needing to be seated. A gentleman finally replaced the hostess trying to get a couples table ready. I made my way to the front of the line for my to go order. The host stated it needs to be ordered at the bat, then he ushered there, then went back for my menu. The host stated that someone would take my order... I sat on a stool and waited, the bartender said he was to busy with other folks at the bar... then host found a nice lady whom was able to take my, and another gentleman (who was also waiting to be helped) orders. This gentleman who came in whilst I was standing in line (lol, he knew the proper "to-go order protocols) had been there already, for almost 10 minutes. I, we finally got our togo orders... our waitress did ask each of us if we would like a beverage, but we declined. She got a fabulous ($20) tip for her exceptional service, and taking the time to wait on us. While waiting for our orders, and myself and the gentleman (Mr. W) chit-chatted to make the time pass away; 30-40+ minutes. We discussed having Major back surgery, his fabulous wife of 50+ years, renewal of their nuptials, and an upcoming birthday. It made the 45+ minutes for the meals (Mr. W's wings and breads, my steak and mashed potatoes) go by quickly. The experience of being able to relax and socialize with good people and staff members made my wait time exceptional, plus making a new friend was a bonus. I cannot remark about, rate the wings. But my 20oz Bone-in (rare) Ribeye was spot on??? Exceptional chared steak, melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were interesting, tasted different, like they were instant, and the consistency was off, again like instant potatoes. My only complaint was Longhorn did not provide me any kind of plastic-ware with the togo order, and the potatoes weren't right, tasted old.

We were a party of 6 and 2 ordered soup. 2 plates came out at the same time with one of the soups. We waited a few minutes thinking the other plates were coming out directly after. They did not. I finally started eating because I didnt want my food to get cold. I ate about 1/2 of my meal before the other 3 meals and soup came out. I ordered my steak medium and it was far from it. There was zero pink. It was well done and pretty tough. I read other reviews saying their steaks were tough as well.

In past they have always been tasty and "fall of the bone" tender as babyback ribs should be. This time they were tough as boot leather, had grissel running thru them and you needed a hammer and chisel to get the meat off the bone. We sent them back!! We showed the server how tough they were and he showed asst manager. We were both offered anything else on the menu at price of our ribs in exchange. This is not the fault of this location, but rather the corporate supply chain. They must be getting cheaper pork ribs from texas rather than Iowa, Nebraska or Kansas pigs. If they are going to continue to send their restaurants baby back ribs from FERAL Texas hogs then they need to tell the cooks that they must be cooked for 3X as long and double the seasoning. Service was excellent as usual and facility and restrooms very clean with pleasant atmosphere.

I have placed an order for to go. Staff was perfect! Very friendly. BUT, you definitely need to change your chef and cookers. I placed an order for steak medium rare, but when I came home and cut it... it was medium close to well done. Was so upset and angry!!! for appetizers, mushrooms are usually buried in cheese, but this time, they were lightly sprinkled with it. Loaded potato was half cooked. So, it was waste of money...

I come here a lot. My favorite thing is the Wild West shrimp and New York strip. The last several times I’ve come in, the strip has been thin and low quality and over cooked. After 6 tries, I figured it was time to update my review. I’m pretty sure the meat is not prime right now, and it’s about half as thick as it usually is. I wouldn’t buy these steaks at the grocery store for myself.

Macaroni and cheese was SO DRY. Literally no sauce or roux whatsoever. Just noodles with cheese and bacon melted on top of it. Asparagus was a soggy over cooked mess. The smell was horrid. Told the waitress and her response was essentially bummer. No offer to replace or to take the up charges off the bill despite not eating them. The filet was great. The NY strip was juicy minus the charcoal crusted fatty bits. Mashed potatoes and corn were legit. Diet Coke was flat - not enough bubbles. The bread was perfect. Crispy crust with soft interior. I wouldn’t return based on half the sides being atrocious and lack of care.

Last night we ordered five 8oz renegade steak meals (medium rare) and 2 ribeye meals (rare) for my sons bday. The renegade steaks were flat out raw and extremely tough. We had to throw them in a pan and cook them for the kids. The ribeye steaks were over cooked and had barely any seasoning/flavor with zero searing on them. We were so disappointed, the last few times we’ve eaten here it’s been pretty bad which is why I am even leaving a review. It’s been consecutively lacking when it used to be our favorite steak house. Customer service was awful as well, I called after placing my order and asked for an extra loaf of bread as it was a large order and the lady I spoke with spoke to me as if I had asked for a whole cow. Sadly, we won’t be eating here again for a long time. I’m hoping they crack down on the food they are sending out because when it’s good, it’s GOOD,

I took my wife for a steak dinner here. We ordered the same thing, medium-rare 20oz ribeyes. Hers came out a really good medium-rare but mine was seared and had a very rare center. The waitress was nice about it and offered to have it re-made. The second one came out 15 minutes later and was cooked the same wrong way as my first. The manager came over offered to try and "fix" the steak. I declined since my wife was nearly done eating. The manager said he would remove the steak. No, duh, I haven't had a steak to eat. He further stated that he would "fix" the steak. He took it to the kitchen and came back in just a couple of minutes. The steak did look better but he smothered it in what they call "Love juice". No thanks, no way. I told the waitress to give it to her dog. This was an absolute waste of time and a disaster of a Date. Thank God, Texas Roadhouse opened up just a bit up 183A.

I want to start out by saying that my server was lovely. She was absolutely amazing. However, I ordered a salad, broccoli, and a loaded baked potato with no bacon because I'm allergic to meat. I told the server and she made a big note of it (love you girl). The first time my potato comes out, it has bacon on it. It gets sent back and it's the same potato, but with the bacon "picked" off of it. There is still some bacon on it. I asked for a third, NEW, potato, and it came out. The manager deliver this one and I asked for it to be comped off. It wasn't something that the manager offered up initially. To me, it seemed like the only person who took my allergy seriously was the server. I understand its a busy Friday night, but allergies need to be taken seriously no matter how busy it is. I used to manage restaurants and would be appalled if my kitchen did that to a guest. That mistake could kill somebody in the future.

this review is over due from Aug. i ordered pick up chopped steak well medium. it was practically raw, soft and pink on the inside, crispy on the outside. i called the restaurant and was told i get a email gift card $25. i believed them and never checked my email until today 10/30/25 when i visited. i asked the front personnel if they had anything on file (old.school me thinking theres a list). since i was promised a gift..I didnt post then but posting now.

My husband and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We thought we’d give this steakhouse a try but we did not enjoy it. I ordered a medium rare Fillet steak but it was very cooked to the point I had a hard time cutting with a steak knife. I told the server, she said, “Oh, I told them medium rare… I’ll take it off the bill”. That was great but it still wasn’t a good experience. The other steak I ordered was Rib Eye, medium rare but the meat was tough. The only best food was the bread and butter. We wouldn’t go there again.

The bartender Trinity is the world’s worst bartender! When asked where our food was after the patron beside us ordered after us, received his food before us. We asked this incompetent so called bartender to check on our order. 10 mins later no answer or response from her. The waitress that took our order came by said “I’m so sorry we are swamped”. Funny because you sure did get the other food out fast! This is the worst experience ever. We have been there plenty of times and still Trinity has yet to achieve a personally! Do better for the other people because I’m not coming back!

Do not go here, there is some of the worst steak I’ve had, when I got my almost $30 sirloin I see that there’s just a huge white chunk of fat in the middle, I cut into it and the middle was good but then I get to the end and it is more fat, I cut into the rest of the steak, more fat, over HALF OF THE STEAK WAS FAT, I tell our waiter and he offers a New York strip to replace it, I cut into it as I get it back and HALF OF IT WAS JUST WHITE PURE FAT AGAIN, do not go here

The food was in consistent. My steak was fine. But my wife's steak was SMOTHERED in pepper and salt, so much so that it was actually spicy. We ordered a cheese burger for our son and it was so burnt that it was dry, charred, and hard. I could have gotten a burger from a drive thru and it would have been juicier and cooked better. Not going back ever again.

Constantly issues with food stuck on the silverware and the bottom of the plates. I picked up a Togo order from there for the first time today and the chicken in my salad had blood in it. I really hate to give such a terrible review because I really like Longhorn steak house..Anyways my visit on Sunday was terrible from the start.. First off I sat at the bar the bar was messy and very sticky, not once did the waitress wipe my section down but she did wipe down a section for a couple that was seated at the bar. #2 I ordered a appetizer, stuff cheddar mushroom. The dish was so disappointing, the cheese was burnt and the mushrooms were really, really small. #3 I ordered the Outlaw steak.... While I was waiting for my food, which took a really, reallly long time so long that I seen people who came 20 minutes after me get their food before i did. This place was like a really unorganized mess, you had other people at the bar mumbling about how long it was taking to be acknowledged. #4 Back to the food...I have eaten at Longhorn steakhouse for about 6 years and I must say that I have never eaten such a bad steak. The presentation of the steak looked really uninviting. It looked really dry and it was a very tough steak and it was not favorable. The steak looked so bad that the guy who was sitting next to me told me that he would complain and send it back. I should have but I felt sorry for the bartender because she looked like she was all the place, so i just paid and left and now 3 days later here i am writing a review........ A very,very bad customer experience a total waste of my time and my money.

I checked in to the waitlist online Saturday 12/6 at 4pm and I even called on around 1pm to let them know I was coming and needed a table of 9 and they said they would put me on the call ahead list to try and have a table ready When I arrived. At 4:30pm I went inside and spoke with a Hispanic hostess who told me they need to get a table ready and I told her I had checked in online and was waiting with my family to be called in. She told me it would just be a few minutes and will notify me via text. So I went outside and we waited… then after 40 minutes of waiting outside, still no text, I see her leaving the restaurant. So I go inside speak to a new hostess and told her I been waiting and she told me she would get a table ready, a few minutes later I finally get a text at 5:17pm and I get my name called out. The second hostess and my waiter saved the experience as I was ready to leave and just go to Jack Allens. The waiter was very patient with my group, was very friendly and provided good recommendations. Based on this experience I don’t recommend large parties of more than 6.

The host let me know it would be a 25 to 30 minute wait. I told him that was okay & he took my number down & said I would receive a text when my table was ready . I never got a confirmation text first, so I decided to go up & ask if he got my phone number down right since I never received a text . He confirmed it was the right phone number & said that confirmation texts don’t get sent out & I would only get a text once my table was ready . I waited for 50 minutes , double the time quoted, & decided to go up again & ask where I was in line . The host claimed that I was sent a text my table was ready 25 minutes earlier , even though I never received anything . They said they would put me at the top of the list but there would still be a wait . I walked out & I won’t be back.
