James has elite sauce knowledge. He is a gem to this Pluckers crew. Loved the Baker’s Gold sauce 🔥. The tater tots were soooo good.

Number one champion chicken wings in central Texas, ten years + running. No other place has the combination of this high quality sauce selection, and this high quality chicken wings. The blue cheese is a perfect dipping sauce for the boneless w / Buffalo hot.

Been meaning to write this review about my experience at Pluckers. Mainly the server Chess (like the game) he served us on Thursday for my friend's birthday. It was over 20 different people and he handled it all with ease. BUT what I really want to shout-out about Chess is his personality. He prayed with us at the table before we got our food, and treated us like friends.

James was great! He recommended the fries tossed and they were delicious. Definitely my new favorite because of him!

Pluckers never disappoints when you’re craving wings, but this visit was especially awesome thanks to our server, Sam. From the moment we sat down, Sam was on top of everything—super friendly, welcoming, and had great recommendations. The food came out hot and fresh, and Sam made sure our drinks were never empty. You know when you go to chilies or Buffalo Wild Wings and you try to guess if the food is ganna be super fresh or not? Not here, I have to admit I don’t come to pluckers religiously but everytime I have I always get my food quick delicious and fresh it’s awesome! Big Mike is the best!!! Our first time ever at Pluckers. Our waiter Big Mike was on it from making sure we never had to ask for a refill , to explaining certain menu items. Great atmosphere, great waiter definitely will be back.

We come here quite often. We come for the wings, not the service. However, today we had the best server, Big Mike. He was so kind and full of life. He has so much energy and makes you feel at home. He definitely deserves 5 stars! We will request him in the future for sure!

Update 8/23/25 Sara @ the bar is a great bartender. Greeted us immediately & took excellent care of us. She’s a hard working gal. Very polite to all customers. Update 7/21: responded to the email address provided by the owner. Saturday 7/19 @ 3:30. We will not come back for a while. We were regulars. They were not on a wait- open tables and open spots at the bar. We sat at a table in the bar for 7 minutes- 2 of us- not even an acknowledgement. The bar opened up with 4 open seats, so we went and sat at the bar – still no acknowledgment. So we left. I sure hope the management team can turn this around and that they’ll let me know when they have.

Food was great and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Fried pickles are always our first pick for appetizers and they didn’t disappoint. Ended the night with the brownie with vanilla ice cream!

Really enjoyed our time at Pluckers. The menu was great with plenty of options. The server was kind and recommended us lots of delicious options to try. To start off the cheese sticks and a half order of fried pickles. The pickles were nice and crispy on the outside with a tangy delicious dill pickle spear on the inside. The cheese sticks were also really good and crispy on the outside and had ooey gooey mozzarella in the middle. I do wish I would have asked to have these tosses in some sauce but they were delicious non the less. For my meal I went with a 10 wing combo and chose Dr Pepper bbq and Maganero both of which were delicious with a side of waffle fries with lemon pepper seasoning. All in all this was a great experience with good service good food and a cool atmosphere.

I live about 30 minutes from the closest Pluckers but am ALWAYS willing to make that drive! The best wings around, spicy lemon pepper, best appetizers, fried Mac n cheese, paired with an ice cold, tall, frosty mug of beer! There’s nothing better. Well, except the service, they are very attentive and take good care of me when I come in .

This place is amazing! Great comfort food, great service, very clean. We popped in on a Sunday when there were a lot of Football games. I've never seen so many big screen TVs in one room! Fun crowd, lots of families and football jerseys. We were seated immediately and served our food within minutes. Our waitress checked on us constantly. I had high hopes for my first time at Pluckers and the service and attentiveness of our server was great, but the taste of the food was subpar at best. After trying the traditional bone-in garlic Parmesan wings, I felt let down. Spicy BBQ helped raise the bar a little but still had opportunity to be better. After trying the honey BBQ traditional bone-in wings, I realized I should have got an order of honey BBQ and nothing else. The really great piece was their Mac n cheese. Enjoyable, rich in taste, and was great to have as the final dish before leaving.

The wings weren’t hot but still were crispy and great for my liking, the sauce on the wings could’ve had a bit more kick but other than that everything else was fresh, nicely done and our server was also great… she checked on us 3-4 times to see if everything was good and it was a great gesture! PS: I would say the wings were not hot because we came at a random time around 5PM right before actually dinner service starts and the sauces ofc can be changed based on ur order preference so keep that in mind.

Always love Pluckers and this experience was no exception. Got a 15 wing combo with a few flavors: Lemon pepper (dry), gochujang, and spicy lemon pepper. I recommend the holy macaroni. It always baffles me how you can clump up a bunch of cheesy noodles and fry them into a perfectly form-retaining log. My only mess up was getting my waffle fries tossed in the spicy lemon pepper sauce as the fries came out utterly drenched in sauce and extremely soggy.

On a Friday I stopped in with a group of friends. Our table of eight was seated promptly, as we had arrived prior to the lunch crowd. This low-key venue offers every imaginable kind of chicken wing and sauce! Boneless wings, breaded wings, hot wings, chicken sandwiches, salads and much more. Prices are reasonable, and they have a wide variety of adult beverages, as well. We received good service from our server and everyone enjoyed their meals. The venue is clean and has a tremendous number of television sets for your viewing pleasure! Adequate parking is available on the spot. Also, curbside pickup right out front is available if you are inclined.

When a company successfully turns a negative experience into a positive one, it is worth sharing. My family stopped at Pluckers after a day of shopping. A 1 year old and a 4 year old can go from content to very dramatic in a short amount of time. When we arrived, there was no wait, but it wasn't empty by any means. We sat down and watched server after server pass us by. We reached a point where getting SOMETHING for our kids (drinks, food, anything) was all that mattered. I approached the front desk and told a manager that we had been sitting there for 15 minutes with not a single person coming to check on us. I was prepared to leave and go anywhere else. I believe the manager's name was Curt. He jumped right in, got drinks and food for the kids right away. Just minutes after I said something, the kids were eating and quiet. He even came out later and said that we had been sitting there longer than 20 minutes with no contact. A lot of times, when a family has been treated poorly, the employees try to appease the parents. The manager recognized the issue was the kids and made sure they were taken care of quickly, then came back and took care of my wife and me. He owned the mistake and truly turned what may have been the last time we visited that store into a positive experience that will bring us back.

I don’t know what kind of magic is going on at Pluckers, but it felt like the food hit our table five minutes after we ordered. I swear the waiter just walked inside and grabbed it off a counter. Either that, or the cooks have ESP and knew what we wanted before we even sat down. Whatever the secret is, the food was much better than I anticipated for taking so little time to prepare and it being a chain. The menu is decent, with wings in many different sauces and rubs plus burgers, fried apps, and bar food staples. Inside, it’s massive with plenty of indoor seating and TVs, but also there’s extra space on the patio if you want to sit outside.

This is a solid Pluckers location. There are a good number of televisions throughout that they had on, showing different games.  Staffing appeared to be an issue; however, our server did his best to stay on top of his numerous tables and always seemed to be able to come over when we needed attention. I would recommend, though, that you'll probably get truly solid service on a weekday, as opposed to a game weekend. Our wings were delicious.  I strongly recommend the ranch rub! The Buffalo chicken salad is solid, too.  The brownie dessert can feed a family of four, so be prepared if you order it!

After dining at Plucker's four times between 2001 and 2010, I had given up on them. The food wasn't bad but it was never great. Even after speaking with managers and sharing my two cents they still failed to wow me. So, earlier tonight my girlfriend was craving wings so we gave Plucker's off Pecan Park a try. Our server Tessa was great but, again, we weren't wowed by our wings, sides or our sandwich. The tots and waffle fries came out warm, but not hot and fresh. They were cold halfway through our meal. We ordered a Cheech and Chong sandwich and the presentation was great, but I have never tasted saltier guacamole which overpowered the rest of the ingredients. Lastly the wings were okay but the meat was dry and it appeared, like the sides, that they were cooked earlier and freshened up and dredged in sauce after our order got to the kitchen. Overall the meal was okay, but failed to have us craving for more.

Chess did an amazing job of selling today. He handled all of good tables with ease and had great knowledge of the menu and orders they have. He was willing to assist with Oates with food. Great job to him! Today the fries were ok. Wings were good. Tater tots were greasy and there was a gait in my fries- but no real loss there. Stuff happens. Good game atmosphere today.

Online wait list was a nightmare. It said 30-50 minutes so we added to the list and headed out. 2 minutes into the 15 minute drive I get a text saying our table is ready! Called and they told me they'd take care of us when we arrived, but instead they added us to the end of the list and we had to wait 45 minutes after arrival to be seated. If you're going to do a wait list, at least be vaguely accurate, or don't hold customers responsible if you are so off from the time you quote. Our waiter was the shining star. We are regulars and I'd say the wings were off this time, and the appetizer was so overcooked and dry we didn't bother eating it. I'll write it off to a bad day, but hope this isn't the norm for this particular location.

The visit was pleasant. I didn't give it a 5 star because the price I was charged differed from the price on the menu. So, if they can keep their menu prices updated, they would definitely be getting five stars from me.

Service was slow, and the server was rude. I normally love pluckers restaurants, but I will not be returning to this one. Food was just par at best. A lot of empty tables. I could understand poor service when crowded, but not when the place is 1/2 full. I just don't think the staff or management cares. I mean you can see the empty tables. Will not be returning to this pluckers location unless big changes are made.

I’ve come here twice now to pick up a to-go order, and both times I was completely overlooked while a white family that came in after me was helped first. The second time it happened, I had to interrupt the family being helped because no one was going to acknowledge me otherwise. The manager was standing right there and did nothing. I don’t care how that sounds — it’s obvious, and it’s unacceptable. The workers here are rude and dismissive, and this kind of treatment should never happen. No food is worth being treated inferior.

Let me start by saying how disappointed and just plain upset I was about my order. So there is an up charge due to an apparent shortage. I walked in to make this order. I ordered a 20 wing order 4 different flavors. I had no idea that there were going to cram all 4 flavors in 1 box, I guess they failed to mention a box shortage too.So needless to say all the flavors got on each other and it was just messy. I like the wings but this was overall a bad experience.

Update: a customer service rep contacted me via my review. After several email communications it was apparent that Plucker's has no idea how to handle escalations. I worked for a major computer company handling major business account escalations so I provided the rep with a couple of very long emails outlining things that could have been done better, especially for the rep. I was frank, and direct, but polite. I provided a lot of information to the rep that companies pay handsomely for such a consult. Either the rep didn't like her job or I offended her because I received nothing but a Plucker's gift card for the amount of my lunch. Lemme tell ya, the info I provided was pure gold. I divulged over 40 years worth of my experience in the customer service business. Bottom line for Plucker's, customer service is not rocket science. But experiencing their handing of is this issue first hand it might as will be to them. Plucker's is wasting money on a department that has no clue how to handle out of process issues. And this was a very simple one. I have the gift card to a friend since I will never return to this location. Server was nice. But service was slow, and I'm a patient person. Ordered the lemon pepper dry rub wings and waffle fries. Wings were shoe leather tough and dry. Sorry, just because you put dry rub on wings doesn't mean the wings themselves will be dry. They cooked every drop of moisture out of the wings I was served. Waffle fries were barely warm, soggy, and well, horrible. I usually try to find positive things to say about a place. But in this case I can't find anything about my experience that was positive. I doubt very seriously that I will ever return to this location.

Pluckers USED to be my favorite place for wings. I updated my review from 5 years ago and gave it 2 stars because my wife and I have had 5 bad experiences. We have issue with the sauce for the wings. It's like Pluckers is being stingy with the sauce. The wings are suppose to be saucy when you order sauced wings. The previous times they have wings with little or NO sauce at all. I only come here now for the free meal on my birthday. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t come at all. This franchise has been going downhill for the past 5 years. Even before COVID. So that is not an excuse they can use. I have been to the Round Rock and downtown locations. All are the same. Still stingy with their sauce for the wings. Service is terrible. Y’all wings are overpriced and can get a way better experience, quality wings and properly priced wings at other establishments. I know bars that offer better wings. So we have had to tell them and show them that the wings are dry... Pictured I ordered the Chicken Bypass Burger. I went for my birthday so I got the meal for free so I wanted to try something different. Mistake. I would not recommend it.

This would be a 5 star review if I didn’t witness something absolutely disturbing tonight. I ordered a pick up order and as I am walking in a sweet girl, who works for Pluckers, is walking outside and is catching a customer who only paid a portion of his bill. The guy proceeds to yell profanities at her calling her a “dumbass high schooler” and continues mumbling things as he’s coming inside. This girl handled this as a professional; for how young she was I was genuinely impressed. After the customer rudely pays and leaves the manager working the front to go/host stand is sternly talking to her and when I approach I tell him not to be mad at her as she did nothing wrong that guy was being an ass, which he was. Next thing I know the manager and young girl are gone I am still waiting for my food. A couple minutes pass and the manager comes back followed by the girl who is in tears. What kind of establishment is punishing a young girl for making a customer pay for their food. Especially after this “paying” customer was disrespectful and rude to her. I love pluckers, the food is always awesome, the staff is always happy, and the atmosphere is normally great. But I cannot support a business that treats their employees like they aren’t a part of the reason people enjoy this place. That manager needs a lesson on how to treat his staff.

These starts only belong to my server. I was so disappointed. It’s a Friday night WE ALL know how busy pluckers get on a Friday. I sat in the back and could see the expo all night. The short white manager sucks. He walked past the food in expo for countless of times. He didnt help run any food. My Togo food sat for 10 mins, he saw it, moved it to the left looked up like he was looking at something than walked away. If I was bothered after 10 mins of watching him I can’t imagine how the staff feels. The point is to manage not supervise.

I realize it is the day after Christmas, we got to the front desk and the host gentleman seemed over it. We chose to eat outside where you picked your own seat. The tables weren't cleaned and we found one not so dirty. We waited about 7 minutes while servers walked past. We finally had a nice young lady stop she took our drink order and appetizer. We received the mozzarella sticks but no plates or utensils. I went and got my own. I saw the manager and let him know how things were. He asked where we sat and I showed him. He brought over napkins and I asked for waters. They came by him. Out main dinner came and food was good. The overall experience was not awful but it felt like the outside area was not being managed great. I have come here probably every other month. Hope this helps improve.

We visited the restaurant on a busy game night, and to our surprise, we were seated almost right away. The atmosphere was lively, and there seemed to be plenty of staff working hard to keep up with the crowd. We waited patiently, understanding it was a hectic evening, but after about 20 minutes without any acknowledgment or even a glass of water, we decided it was best to leave. Hopefully next time, service will match the warm welcome at the door.

I was recently craving wings and decided to visit this "famous" Pluckers Wing Bar, I should've just turn around and go somewhere else! It was great the day I went wasn't busy so I got to pick where to sit down, I chose the outside area (wrong choice). To starts, table were dirty, full of dust and some not even cleaned up from the last party that sat down, it's no like the staff was busy, because it wasn't busy at the time, they just ignored the tables or maybe were short staffed. Who know, but the area looked dirty this way. My sever proceeded to take my order, he was super nice, no complains here, my beef is with the food. My server was friendly, attentive and fast. One star for the service added. I ordered the wings with mild buffalo sauce and a side of fries and house lemonade. Lemonade was the best, very refreshing and not Chick-fil-a super sweet. Then my order arrived, at first glance looked OK, I was starving so I decided to dig in...I almost lost my front teeth with the first bite! The wings were super-hard-dry, I digger in more and below the wings that were smothered on more sauce were the dry ones (I ordered 15 by the way - special on that day and yes, I was STARVING I could've eaten a whole cow that day!). Anyhow, they were so dry they looked as if there were either sitting for way too long before being served or from the day before...almost no sauce and hard to eat, then had a bite of my fries when I realized that under the bigger waffle fries laid the remaining of what used to be whole waffles, they were just bits of them...R.I.P. At this point I'm really upset, I ate the ones that looked decent for both the wings and fries, I was so tired from a day of work with no time for lunch and all I wanted was to get a decent meal after getting paid and go home to feed my cat and cuddle with her. I got to take new cup of lemonade to go and off to home stomach half empty. This weekend I went to HEB, got me some fresh made wings from them, bought some good Frank's Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, ranch dip packet, sour cream and off to home to prepare the most delicious wings bathe in HBS sauce with a side of ranch dip, all for under $15 bucks! Follow my "recipe" if you don't want to waste your money at this place, either go somewhere else, or do it yourself, fast, easy and finger-licking guuud! ;P

Fried pickles were cold. I got a bar drink before.I got my water and daughter got her lemonade. My daughter received her five wing Lemon pepper 20 min before I received my food, with hardly any lemon pepper on them.One wing was extremely burnt. I've been going to this location for as long as it's been open.I will not return

Came here after an outdoor event, it wasn't even packed, no wait which was fine but once someone took our order it was 38 min and our food was cold and one of three was wrong. Other tables that got here well after we did got their food first. Waitress never came back.

Be careful when tipping here. The restaurant offers “free wings” vouchers, but when you choose a tip percentage (like 25%), it’s calculated on your total PLUS the value of those "free wings" NOT your actual total. This means the “savings” they claim are added back in for tip calculation. We didn’t realize this and ended up paying what amounted to a 50% tip. Always double-check the amount before paying.

Waited for 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich 🥀🥀🥀 never have I ever waited for some cold and plain chicken sandwich in my life. It also took another 30 for 5 wings, what a trash experience. Probably won’t come back.

Just left this place. Came in alone. Sat myself on the patio. 10 minutes no service. Went to the front told the girl I wanted a table maybe I would have better luck. Got a table and was ignored for another 15 minutes. Trash.

We ordered 8 entrees for our office today. Upon arriving at the designated pick up time, they informed our colleague that they did not have our order. They did find it and our colleague had to wait 30 minutes for its preparation. Things happen and we understand, but then upon arriving back to the office, we have 2 meals incorrect and missing one entirely. I’d advise checking everything before leaving, and calling before heading to the restaraunt to ensure prompt and correct service.

atrocious service and wait time from our server. he messed up our initial order, and the wings were overall bad quality. the ends of the wings were way too crispy, enough so to get stuck in your teeth, yet the middle was almost soggy comparatively. the only thing that wasn’t botched was the sauce, which i’m guessing came premade. don’t understand how there are thousands of positive reviews when their food wasn’t even worth half of the full hour it took for our food to arrive.

We came this evening 1/21/26, Had dinner service at 7:00. We ordered the monster boneless wings with 2 sides of mac and cheese. A coke and 2 waters. We ate and everything seemed fine till we got home. We had the absolute worst food poisoning. Horrible diarrhea and stomach pains. I don’t recommend people come to this location. Very unhappy with the quality of food. Our waitress was very kind but the food was more like poison. 2/10.

When we arrived at the place we were served wonderfully. But after they took our order, it took 45 minutes to get to the table, the place was completely empty, and we only ordered some wings and a hamburger. The Cocktail didn’t make sense, it didn’t taste like anything and it didn’t have a drop of liquor. The waiter never showed up again so it was impossible to ask for cutlery to eat, extra dishes and other drinks. I also ordered a hamburger to take away, inedible, burnt and hard. I would definitely not go back...
