Our server Veronica is very awesome. Very attentive knows us very well and pretty much has our order ready for us by the time she comes into our table.

My mother and I dined at Red Robin today, hadn’t been to one in probably 10+ years. We loved the burger deal offered, the burgers were so good! My mom got a Caesar salad as her side and I had French fries, which were okay, but when I saw another table order the onion rings, I had to try them and they were soooo good! Our server Derrick was wonderful too, kind and attentive. Derrick and those onion rings have made me a return Red Robin fan for sure!

The burgers are very good. They do a proper medium rare - actually hard to find. The staff are friendly and attentive. My 4 yr old grandson enjoyed it.

Quick stop for food, hanging out with my husband. Service was great, the hostess was very nice. The food was prepared and neatly plated, but the taste is mediocre. I had the shroom burger with salad. The salad was not cold, dont really like room temperature salads. My husband had chicken tenders. The "bottomless" fries are always good and hot. Be sure to add the house seasoning salt. Overall okay....I will come back...but not a first choice.

I try to always be objective about my reviews, and rarely does any establishment get a full 5 stars... but Red Robin is close. I've had a favorite burger place forever that has recently gone out of business a location at a time. But finding Red Robin was a blessing because the burgers are so good. The only thing I'd change is the size of the burgers. The fries are great and the service has been great. But like other establishments, when I order a chocolate shake, they rarely taste like chocolate. When I ask for extra chocolate, the shake is great! And though the atmosphere was good, the place is small and the booths are small... but at the end of the day, the food is great!

The service was absolutely fantastic. Our order was delivered fresh, and delicious. I do have one complaint. The carpet smells and the floors were very sticky. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Overall a really nice place for a burger. If you are not a burger fan, it’s probably not the place for you. Fortunately I do enjoy a tasty burger, love the unlimited fries, and the sauce is great. Our server, Chris, was a really nice guy and kept everything coming quick. Presentation was good and I really can’t complain about anything.

Can’t go wrong here if you want a decent burger. I didn’t have a burger, I had a salad and my boyfriend had the bacon jam wings and bacon jam burger. He’s still raving about the burger hours later. I’m going to have to find a recipe for bacon jam after writing this review. The bacon jam is sweet and not savory so beware if you’re not a fan of sweet. I had the Ava-cobb-o salad which was delicious. The salad was about thirteen bucks so it’s super affordable. It came with grilled chicken, avocado, boiled eggs, blue cheese, bacon, tomatoes and croutons. The portion was huge so it’s impossible to finish it all. The staff was SUPER friendly. Our waitress even through in a boneless wing on a bone-in wing order just so I could sample the bacon jam (I hate meat on a bone). I wish I could remember her name so I could shout her out for service. Parking is a breeze. Lots of shopping in the immediate vicinity to help burn off some of those bacon jam calories. We were seated quickly. Our food came out quickly. Masks are suggested if you haven’t been vaccinated. The host even wished us a good day as we were leaving. All in all it’s a great fast casual dining experience.

We love Red Robin, all the way from the burgers to the desserts. The only thing I can suggest will be to get more staff or a better trainer. Our waitress kept wondering off everywhere else, possibly because she had a lot of tables, we had to ask her for half of our staff after the food arrived ,and asking for refills of drinks and fries took a long time we had to ask for it a few times or got up and get it from other tables. We would love to comeback,hopefully the service will be better.

Food was good. Enjoyed the burger and fries. The service was excellent! However, the floors were filthy, I mean they just wiped tables clean onto the carpet floor and walked off leaving everything from old fries, crumbs, and even straw wrappers on the floor. I don't mean a few here and there I mean like every table area looked like a 5 year old ate there. It made me want to leave before ordering as I was concerned if this is what they are showing the customer what does the kitchen look like? Seriously, just clean the floor.

Great tasting and presentations food. Drinks were on the spot. The location or interior of building itself is dirty and there's a light smell from the carpet. Carpet Floors may need to be replaced. A worker or two appear like they don't like their job. Where's the motivation? I would recommend. Two out of three thumbs up 👍👍

The food tastes fine, but it’s way over priced for what it is. I got a simple burger… $15 for a very small, probably 1/3 lb burger. The kids burgers are about the size of PTerry’s burger, but double the price. This is why there is no wait on a Saturday evening. The one redeeming thing is the service was good. Probably won’t be going back.

We usually go to the North Austin location but decided to try CP because it is closer. This location is not up to par with North Austin. The service was okay but felt rushed. Not a big problem. The real issue was that the food was terrible. We all noticed that the burgers were incredibly salty. I had sweet potato fries and they were super oily, cold, and chewy as if they had been sitting under a lamp for an hour. If I'm paying close to 20 dollars for a burger and fries, they should be worth my money. There were kids wandering the restaurant fundraising which we later found out they were not permitted to do. A few staff members saw but didn't say anything. Will not be returning to this location.

Service was good, food was terrible!!! Waaaay overpriced ($100/5 people when 3 out of 5 didn’t eat their food)! Didn’t use our free appetizer coupon but should’ve since we didn’t even eat most of it. I could only stomach half my meal (which is my favorite burger-Mad Love), two out of my three kids didn’t eat their meals because their food was gross (I sampled it). My husband ate most of his burger til he couldn’t stomach it anymore (A1 burger). Very disappointing. We won’t be back!

I received a crispy chicken salad with almost all brown or black lettuce. There was also urine all over the mens bathroom floor. Absolutely grossest Red Robins that I have ever been to.

I don’t get how this location has that many stars. All Red Robin’s are not created equal. The appetizer was over breaded. The salmon was overdone. The broccoli was cold. The salad wasn’t fresh. The fries were mushy. No beer. The facility unclean. The only good thing I can say is the server was great.
