Nice little surprise across from Popshelf. If I were to come back I’d definitely take the lamb over the chicken but everything was very tasty. The staff was super nice and the atmosphere was chill.

I CANNOT rave about this place enough! The food was DEVINE & the service exceptional. The gentleman at the front really delved into our questions and gave us his expert opinion 👏 We ordered the coconut curry w/ chicken, the lamb biryani, vegetable Samosas, garlic naan and vegetable pakoras. The flavors from every dish are magic and the portion was incredible!!!! We chose medium heat and it was a perfect balance. The sauces and meats were tender and tasted like they spent all night enriching the profiles. Definitely going back!

We tried the Korma, Coconut Curry, and chicken Tika Masala. The food was delicious and came out quick. This site, like many others, serves the same dishes, and the tastes are always spot on. I highly recommend you try out Tarka on a cold day so the hot curry will keep you warm. We will definitely be coming back!

I usually get their excellent Chicken Tikka Masala but this time mixed it and tried lamb. It did not disappoint. My wife had the Chicken Kabob salad with Honey Tamarind sauce which she really enjoyed. The chickpeas and roti chips not so much. Rounded out the meal with the excellent samosas and garlic naan. Continues to be my go to place for good quality, reasonably priced Indian food.

Found my new go-to for a quick and delicious Indian fix. The chicken tikka masala was rich and creamy, and the garlic naan was fresh, fluffy, and perfect for scooping. Portions are generous and the lunch special is an incredible value.

We had the pleasure to have dinner at this fine Indian cuisine. The staff is very friendly. The food is okay. They Tarka daal with cumin rice will be a good dish to order during your visit. The biryani was okay.

We order from Tarka regularly. While their prices have gone up (which is reasonable) we were shocked to see the portion size. Here’s a pic of korma kofta (yellow white curry), it was literally 1/4th of its original size.. I hope it was a random mistake and not actual reduction .. and even malai kofta (red curry) was less than how it originally use to be.

I placed an uber order,, veg panner korma, naan, and chicken biryani… The curry is amazing but a vet very little portion not even for one person.. The chicken biryani is stale, the rice is dry and chicken is stale with smell,, even the raita is worst.. The naan is half cooked.. The standards fell so low that even the safe choices are worst.. I hope they acknowledge all this and change it

This is my first time.. I’m making sure this is my last time. The biryani was awful.. I could smell turmeric. We also ordered samosa chat and we could see our order in the receipt .. I never received my samosa chat and when I followed up the lady asked for 5 mins.. she left the plate on my table very disrespectfully saying it was not on the receipt. They didn’t ask for a receipt as a proof either.. I could’ve shown my receipt to them. our garlic naan was good.. Saag Paneer was OK…. We had kids order and they added chilli powder on the fries for the kids!

Everything taste pretty bad, especially the fried chicken, very powdery and tough to chew. All the curries give us heart burn. The soup was so gross, can’t even take a second sip. Samosa and fries are greasy and salty. The only thing gets finished is the cheesecake. Bad quality of ingredients.

the food sucks. its so bad. which is a shame, it used to be incredible; overwhelming flavor! now the emphasis is on tech and harvesting and selling your data. the food quality has declined so indescribably, but they rolled out an app and a rewards program... how about you quit focusing on that stuff, and serve decent food again. from 2017-2020, I probably introduced 10-12 friends and coworkers to Tarka, and I always bought their first time meal, because I wanted the experience to match the flavor. I havent taken anyone there in probably 4-5 years... the food gets worse and worse, I would be embarrassed to take anyone there now. I have given them the benefit of the doubt the last couple of visits, hoping that each time it was subpar, maybe it was an off night, or maybe I was being too critical. Now I realize, it's just the quality, they dont care like they used to. its just yuck. sorry Tarka, I would have kept this to myself, but you sent me a survey, and at the end of the survey you asked for a Google review. I was once your biggest fan, but you went cheap and watered down the Chicken Tikka Masala. Less and less chicken, soupy, watered down sauce. Not sure what you did to the menu - but I'm sure you do. You could probably fix it if you really wanted to.
