We came to LA for an event and ate at cafe gratitude the majority of the 10 days we were there and the food was absolutely delicious. We mostly ate off the medical medium section of the menu and the meals were executed to perfection, prepared and brought out quickly, excellent flavor and freshness, not heavy, greasy or over salted. The customer service was excellent, very attentive, friendly, and accommodating to us even on our last day in LA when we had a few hours to kill before check out of our air b&b and our evening flight and they let us bring all of our luggage and keep it behind the counter 🥹😁❤️🙏

Food was Delicious but pricey. Great atmosphere to sit and get some work done or catch up with a friend( great 90’s hits of all genres and and a perfect volume to groove to the music or hear your own thoughts) Service was wonderful and I LOVED the question of the day, a nice touch for a place called gratitude cafe.

Altho the place is not totally vegan as they do use honey I do eat there. I got the key lime pie a few times and the salad then the next day loaded fries. very yummy all of it

The food was very delicious. I'm not a vegan but I do love the vegan cuisine had the nachos. It was so good. The drinks were also very good and refreshing. Highly recommend the staff was nice. The menu is so unique and fun.

Okay… we did not expect to love this place as much as we did 😄 Just had our first visit to Cafe Gratitude, and wow—who knew a fully vegan spot could be this cozy and honestly flavorful? Dishes named things like I Am Radiant or I Am Love! The food was amazing, but it was the intention behind it that got me. It felt like someone cooked with love and set the table for your soul.

I had such a great experience at Cafe Gratitude. I ordered the chik’n & waffles and the steak & eggs sandwich with a side salad, and everything was delicious. The chik’n tasted surprisingly close to real chicken, and the waffles were super fluffy. The syrup paired perfectly with it too. The steak & eggs sandwich was packed with flavor, and the salad on the side was really fresh and refreshing—definitely a nice balance to the rest of the meal. Our server was very attentive and checked in on us regularly, which I really appreciated. Overall, awesome food, great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Trust and believe! I think I've become a convert, seriously considering becoming vegan after this delightful lunch. Bravo to the chef for their ability to coax such amazing flavors put of just vegetables. The staff was impeccable. Sorry for the shadow in the picture. Stupid amazing outside patio with georgeous sun. Loved lunch so much we ordered take away for dinner. Order-in: I am Wise- which is on their medical.menu. The server thought it might be a bit bland for me but I added some sliced fresh jalapeños and it was lovely! Light, refreshing and fulfilling. Take-away: I am loving - fantastic. Took this home and had it as sandwiches for 2 days.

Every time I’m back in LA, I’ll visit a Cafe Gratitude location and never does it disappoint! Went with a friend the other day and tried the “I Am Trusting” bowl off the gut-healing menu and “Yo Soy Alma” latte. The bowl had these mini quiche bites that were so good. The herbal cafe de olla (Alma drink) was this amazing cinnamon-y spice latte. Service was friendly, as always!

It has been many years since I have come to this location in Venice, and I was so pleased. My last visit was in 2019, before the pandemic. It was delicious then. it is divine now. Last night, I met up with a friend for her birthday event, and was not disappointed. I have always loved the food and service, and was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. We had made a reservation for 10 people, and they seated us in the back, we had plenty of room! In the six years since my last visit, the location has transformed dramatically, the inside looks beautiful and refreshed, and the food options have expanded. I love vegan food. The group of girls I was with are all carnivores, but we all adore café gratitude, and our girlfriend wanted to spend her birthday here. Everything is delicious. I ordered an “i am mystical” adaptogenic mayan hot chocolate with almond milk, and for my main, a bowl with black beans, vegan cheese, potato, kale, tomatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini, allllll the veggies. The table had ordered several starters, including the loaded nachos, fried cauliflower, and something that I think was meant to resemble calamari, but may have actually been jackfruit. Delicious, delicious, delicious, all of it and the portions were so massive, I took half of my entrée home. Another person ordered a pizza, and it looked freaking delicious. As a South Asian American woman, vegan food is not unusual for me. Café gratitude takes such great care with their flavors, spices, ingredients, and I love that the menu has sections with specific details about allergies. Service was amazing as well, our server was a lovely young man (aussie or kiwi with long blonde hair?) who was kind enough to take our group photo at the end of the evening. The angelic server brought over some strawberry ice cream with a candle for our birthday girl. Do yourself a favor and come to this restaurant, I promise you won’t be disappointed. I love it so much, and I wish I didn’t live so far away. I don’t bother with street parking in that area, it’s impossible to find. I like the underground lot. They do validate and take some $ off the parking, if you park in the underground lot.

Haven’t been here in a long while my sister was visiting from England and was desperate to go back to this place so bad she had even bought the cookbook. We went back and it was great to see some of the old fav dishes were still there, but they’ve added new and exciting dishes to the menu What fun we had just the menu itself is intriguing I found out about black rice, never heard or seen of it before but a lot of the ingredients are are not on your normal path of eating which is why it’s such a treat and an education to go to this place. Can’t wait to come back here and I won’t be leaving it as long the next time. Lovely Day pleasant calm, open air atmosphere. Immaculate bathrooms. What could possibly be better on a nice sunny day?

Our new favorite cafe!!! We loved visiting cafe gratitude. What a wonderful experience all in all. We sat outside because we had our little pup with us but even sitting outside was so pleasant. The serves were kind and patient, we felt at home here. I absolutely love all the affirmations on the menu. The food was absolutely amazing! My son and I loved every second of it. We will definitely be going back to try the breakfast menu. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing meal of buffalo cauliflower and two bowls “I am Loyal” which is a take on Taquitos Dorado and “I am Well” an adaptogenic bowl. The bowls were both amazing. The buffalo cauliflower was good but could be a little zippier in my opinion. The service was okay and the atmosphere is quite nice. We will definitely be back.
