Fast, and great customer service. Definitely recommend stopping here, always clean. But let me just gary was awesome taking my order. Good job
They have an excellent variety of healthy snacks both vegetable snacks with avocado 🥑dip...excellent and a protein snack with hard boiled eggs, honey peanut butter, raisin muffin, cheese, grapes, a pack of salt, pepper and seeds/herbs plus a nice cold blended fruit drink. Awesome on the run but dined in yesterday!
Drive thru was amazing they got everything I ordered in less than 5 minutes I ordered an ice grande caramel macchiato with breve, light ice. Warmed chocolate chip cookie and a chicken salad there was 3 cars in front of me and they managed to have my order ready and be out in less than 5 minutes, for now I will order from here. Really and they got my name right! 😍🤩♥️♥️

Excellent service above and beyond and the coffee s fresh and hit the spot. The young man with the beard don't remember his name was very pleasant. I watched him and his counter parts were an very pleasant and professional.
BEST STARBUCKS EVER! (and I promise you I've been to a lot of them). Service is SUPERB! Food is always FRESH! Smoothies are just right and the store is PRISTINE in terms of cleanliness.
I loved visiting this location. They got my drink right the first time, I asked for additional hazelnut syrup in my latte and the staff was willing to modify the drink & super polite. I even revisited to try a guava white tea lemonade and asked for an ice water as well, they were generous with the ice and water. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to :)
Jamal deserves a raise! He’s doing the work of like 3 of his coworkers. My coffee was like 10 minutes late which is understandable but the other employees were very slow and looked disorganized.
I like coming to this Starbucks.. the staff is very nice place is clean they always have what I need so I can’t complain.
Update: They have revamped and renovated the store! Clean and airy! Staff is actually really friendly. Good spot! Service at this Starbucks is sub par. Additionally, they only have a few chairs for customer seating. Also, the store is usually a little dirty especially in the seating area. If you are looking to relax and sip a good coffee I recommend heading to another Starbucks in the Midtown area. There are many options in proximity.
Parking is tight and service was slow for a mobile order. Enjoyed our drinks. Today, 12/21, the barista didn't seem to be hearing well. I had to repeat multiple times, and then he was soft spoken. Was not asked for my name.
They are awesome in this location...couple of handsome barristers there 😉
My drinks in this location are always great , so whoever makes the drinks in the afternoon times does an amazing job! They always have the right amount of everything and consistency. I have ordered several different iced coffees/ latte and each were made well .
Aways friendly staff the only reason I give them 4 stars over giving 5 is because were you place your order at the drive through is always disgusting and its not Starbucks fault its the customers that leave there trash there but maybe if they put a garbage can at either the beginning of the drive through or at the window it would alleviate this problem
This place NEVER has the food I originally ask for when I go through the drive through. My first choice is never available. Otherwise, they're nice and my lattes always taste good

Starbucks is right by my place of work. On those snowy, wet, freezing days this place was my warmth. Love the Grande Decaf Carmel Marchiatto with whip cream (hot)....It was delicious and warmed me up. Went there alot on those cold days. Friendly and warm place.
I love starbucks but i feel this location is a bit slow. There's always a line by the drive thru && it takes forever and a day to order then a couple more centuries to collect your items. Love you all, but speed it up a bit. Thanks
I stopped by on my way to work and put in my order before arriving. The order was ready, but a fly had gotten into my drink before it was given to me. I'm sure the warm weather and an open window to give the orders didn't help. Once I showed them, it was made over immediately and apologies were made.
I have to say this we are all humans, we make mistakes,it's a way of life. The staff are well trained and very respectful. They messed up my coffee due to the fact they were busy(remember only human) and the second I said my order was not sastifactory he gave me a new coffee without a hesitation, apologized. Great coffee great staff.

Nice store. Very clean but small. Not many seats at all. Mostly window stools. Always busy so.its best to do mobile orders. But make sure you tell them you there for a mobile because nobody like to make eye contact because its so.busy.
The drive thru plus mobile ordering just slows it down for you if you’re a customer ordering in store at the counter. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for 1 drink. But other than that, its a nice place to sit and work.
This is my go to location and when the "regulars" are working they definitely take the time to make sure each customer is satisfied and served with a smile.
This place has the worst customer service,the whipped cream is flat or the company is skimping with a lesser product.I questioned the product and was given a customer reprimand by a young woman named Rihana on the products quality.I pay youre overpriced wadges by coming in there 5 times a week.The whipped cream stinksand so does youre customer service.STARBUCKS need to clean house with this employee and the weak managers of this location .Begin with the regional manager to his store manager.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENCE!!.I AM NOT PAYING FOR ATTITUDES BUT MERLY A CUP OF COFFEE!!
Convenient drive-thru, phenomenal kosher menu, and I especially appreciate the cold brew coffee
I love the Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap. But how is it that every other time I walk into this Starbucks they don't have the stuff to make a drink. Even funnier, how is it that you have no plain bagels. Then the reason is because you were open since 5, you know your busy and plain bagels are in high demand, take out the bagels to let them thaw when you see your running low. Problem solved.
Coffee is good but service is super slow
Parking is annoying in the tiny lot. Customers here are pretty slow and I've definitely had better tasting Starbucks elsewhere. However it's extremely quiet and the line is never too long.
I love Starbucks. This location not so much . On more than one occasion I have been in the drive thu 20 to 40 minutes. Didn't matter if there's 4 or 7 cars . You never know how long so I stopped going to this location unless I have unlimited time.
I use to love this location, now not so much they changed staff, and they never have any straws, the staff were great before never rude or nasty, I asked for a straw today and the girl seemed to be upset that I asked for one. They're starting to make the drinks sloppy no love in it at all, they also run out of supply quick. Can we get the good music back as well? They don't really play music anymore but when they do it's trash.
It was ok. You sit at a table and they leave you alone. I didnt eat or drink anything. I don't know how they make money or why people spend so much money in there. I should not be the one reviewing this place. I dont drink coffee. UPDATE - JANUARY 30, 2026 The parking lot is full. The drive thru is slow The place is crowded. Im just trying to pick up something at AT&T and I can't get in. Darn it, do a better job of removing snow and ice from your parking lot.
Entered the store and there were 4 employees in a corner, having conversations while 1 employee was handling a customer, who was another employee. So as I stood there, was told 'it will be a few more minutes', again the 4 employees continued to sit there in conversation. After a few more minutes I was finally helped with my order. Not a happy camper to see the staff ignore a customer

Im not fancy but i do enjoy my Starbucks ever so often. This would be one of the most negative experiences I have ever had in my Starbucks life. Hey, get what you pay for, ooh wait its not cheap.
Only reason I still go here is because of A. the drive thru and B. it’s closer than the Hewlett location. Many times I’ve had to call starbucks customer service on this place . On many occasions I’ve either been given the wrong drink , or waited a very long time. I’ve never been able to leave in under 30 min , even with a mobile order during the middle of the day ( not even rush hour). So, if you’re going to come here , just make sure you got a LOTTA time .
This store makes order correctly but the staff thinks are move fast but I have to say waiting over 20 minutes for a coffee isn’t acceptable .
May I just say that I am so over the whole Starbucks madness!! People it is JUST coffee, seriously. But, ironically enough...the staff get truly pissed when you go in and order a plain ole cup o' joe... like it is truly beneath them to serve the staple cup of coffee, the very basic ingredient of their whole set-up (uh doyeee)... and Denise...you have likely encountered what I am about to describe: To the staff of Starbucks...listen up...when I am done ordering I will let you know. Please, do not interrupt what seems like my every syllable to ask me whether the last consonant uttered completes my order...really annoying. Please, don't do that. I feel like I'm annoying you if I add anything else...bad for business
We went here twice while staying in Queens and both times our drinks were made incorrectly & staff was not friendly. I even saw one of them yell at an elderly man for picking up the wrong drink. However, it looked like they may have been understaffed so that could contribute, but I still would not visit for a third time!
The drive-thru usually takes forever, the staff more often than not is rude and even when they repeat the order back to you correctly they hand it to you and everything is wrong. When you tell them your order is incorrect they act like it's a chore to fix it.
Several times ordered Hot Venti White Chocolate Mocha. Once in a while they get it right. Several times end up with some white chocolate (?) warm milk. Have to order inside so you can taste what you get to see if it’s right.
I go to this starbucks occasionally because its the only one near me with a drive through. The service is always SUPER slow, and they almost never get my order right. Ive never been to another starbucks with so many problems.
Not many places to sit as most are taken up by wifi hogs. When got to the register to make my purchase had to stand a good 30sec before anyone acknowledged me. When asked about other gift items was just told "over there". Not very friendly.
The slowest Starbucks ever most of the people are nice. The slowness of the drive through was causing traffic issues and busses couldn’t get by. Only go if you have time to spare.
This Starbucks has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. In addition, the customer service at the drive through is horrible, day after day. I visit this Starbucks most weekday mornings and everyday I wait 5 minutes or more at the drive through, every time. In addition, I say "good morning" and "have a nice day" to the woman at the window and get no response. Rather she just continues to have conversations with her coworkers. The manager at this location really needs to work with his staff on their customer service.
This USED to be one of my favorite Starbucks to visit. Infact, I wrote a review 2 yrs ago saying how nice the staff was here but NOT ANYMORE. Issue #1- the music here is very loud, to the point that one has to repeat itself over and over for them to hear what you're saying. As if it isn't hard enough already speaking with your mask on, now you have to scream because the music is so loud that they can't hear you. That's so irritating and unprofessional. Issue #2 - the staff is not the friendliest anymore. One would think that you're getting your order for free here considering how they get when you ask them a question about your order. Sad to say but I honestly don't recommend this place anymore. It's a shame because this place is very convenient, location wise.
Honestly, this Starbucks used to be good a few years back and now it takes them forever just to make my drink. I’ve placed my order through Uber Eats many times and they’ve always come almost an hour late even though I live like 7-10 minutes away. I'm not sure if it's because of new management but it's quite frankly annoying. It shouldn't take over an hour to get my beverages and food delivered especially if you are not handpicking the cherries for the coffee. Looks like they're distracted or working like a sloth. Probably going to visit the other location in Hewlett or elsewhere. They need better staff and management.
Went in for a rice crispy treat only. Stood at the counter without being acknowledged for a good 2 minuets. When the lady finally came to the counter she flipped my treat over all weird on the counter, scanned it , told me the price.. handed my change and I told her to have a nice day and she completely ignored me and walked away. I'm from out of state and I guess maybe i'm just used to people who are getting paid to provide customer service actually giving good customer service. A smile or a have a good one would have been nice. There wasn't even a line or anything. Oh well, will probably drive to one further away next time I want Starbucks. Hopefully they will be nice there.
I have had one or two good times in the past but this year the mixes have been disgusting. Lately I have been ordering delivery. Awful. How can you mess up a cold brew sweet cream. Not sweet and I think they used milk. No vanilla as well
Bathroom “not working” When I asked for napkins I was given paper towel. Staff was polite, but for the amount of money I spend , Starbucks has to make sure their stores have standards everywhere.
Clean inside and drinks are made fine, however this location has the RUDEST staff. Every time I go to pick up a drive thru order (which is an option on the app btw), I always get an attitude about needing to come in store. Pretty slow moving staff too the service takes forever

this place is HORRIBLE! they always mess up my order, staff is rude and unprofessional. I ordered a impossible breakfast sandwich and when I got to work I realized they gave me a completely different sandwich with BACON on it! The young man at the counter has no clue on the products he's selling. I approached the count with a bag of Espresso Roast, I asked if he had any Komodo Dragon and Samatura, he was lost I repeated it a few more and he got a little attitude, then told me No we don't... I pushed the issue so he can ask someone else... They had it , just in another location which was actually directly in front of the young man, all he had to do was try to assist the customer. So, I picked up four bags and ask them to be ground for French Press, I then gave him a story of my last time buying 4 lbs and needed bthem ground for a French Press, only to later find our they weren't ground as I asked...he got a little ticked. So, I had him ground a little of one just to see, their calbration is off, so I just took the one ground and three beaned. Now, if all that wasn't enough, he found the smallest bags and tried to squeeze three 1lbs bags of bean coffee when it was so obvious only 2 will fit, so I reqianother bag, 2lbs per bag and even had to request my $53 receipt!

Long wait on the drive thru, and poor customer service. Personal conversations being held while the drive thru window is open/workers cursing. No greeting or thanks, the three ladies need to be retrained.
If I could give no star I would .. drive thru slow and dirty ,, several potholes in drive thru , damage to your tires.. my order med hot coffee with splash of half and half is always cold .. took 3 tries to get right .. save time and frustration and don’t come here
I'm so annoyed. i used the drive thru. When I go to get my order, the drink I ordered was the wrong size so they had to remake it. I drive off look at my sandwich-it's the wrong sandwich! The one I originally wanted they didn't have so I ordered a different one with chicken, which I don't even get-it is an egg sandwich! And they never give a receipt. I will not be going back.
I like it here sometimes only. I usually order espresso and a sandwich but on Saturdays or when the older manager is not there, they never get my order correctly. If I order 4 shots, they give me 1 shot. If I order 6 shots, they give me 2 shots. If I order a sandwich, they WON’T bother preparing the sandwich even though the starbucks place is empty and I ordered 20 mins early through app. Today they were doing nothing but chatting. I had to ask them for my sandwich and they did not know what I was talking about. But the order ticket was there ... 20 mins early.
Ordered Kiwi refresher and they ran out of kiwi and didn't even bother to tell me. Ended up with some cloudy looking watered down concoction which I didn't notice til I got home. I called and they didn't apologize for the inconvenience only to say they ran out of kiwi and that it "should taste the same" which it did not and no explanation as to why they didn't bother to tell me before I picked it up. They did not even offer to make it right. They grudgingly replaced it with a strawberry refresher which made me so upset I promptly gave it to a nearby homeless person. Unbelievable poor attitude and poor customer service. Thumbs down for this location in Cedarhurst
I was really disappointed. There were 3 young people who seemed totally without direction. Two older women who seem more into being bosses than caring that they are in a service industry. I felt cheated, this was totally opposite to Starbucks at 5th & 45th. Very turned off.
This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been. When they close the store, the knocked heavily n the bathroom door to make the customer out like there is a fire outside. They didn't give warming before it close. They just came and said, we are closed, everyone has to leave. No customer is allowed to be inside of the store. Then a lady standing by the door and watch you pack and get out the store. It's amazing how is type of service can exist.
After giving this Starbucks location 5 stars a while back i was forced to change it to 1 star. Over the last few month the service in this store has gone down big time. Reached out to starbucks to see if they were interested in showing their appreciation to the nursing staff for nurses week and the manager there was so nasty and rude, stating they do not give handouts. It's good to see how some franchise show their appreciation for frontliners. Disappointing!!

easily the worst starbucks on the planet. Service is awful, they are rude, slow, don't know how to count change, and make fun of customers once they leave. The parking lot is impossible to navigate and there is no seating. They roll your eyes when you get a re-fill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I stopped by for a bogo deal which my drink didn't taste anything like the mocha frappachinno's I normally get, tasted more like coffee/caramel 😠. The bathroom was disgusting, it had not been cleaned, no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom which was used by both men and women. There was only one sink and hand wash station right outside the bathroom which was used by everyone. I didn't think it was sanitary or clean. They should have separate bathrooms and have them checked, cleaned and stocked at all times. I wish I could get my money back if I could but I had to leave to run errands...not happy.

Horrible service order four drinks and was made incorrect and I went back and spoke to the barista and I got attitude from employees. So instead of urging with employees I just requested my money back. They obviously need trained on how to deal with customer. It’s not like we pay two dollars for their drinks but if i order something I want to enjoy my drink. I would not recommend this location. Pour customer service.
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to... literally! I ordered an orange juice and breakfast sandwich and got extremely sick after! Worst experience I’ve ever had with the Starbucks brand. The staff is a complete mess! They are either gonna give you an attitude or get your order wrong! And Something about this whole place screams unclean!!!
My whole order was wrong I asked for a hot decaf Carmel latte with skim milk and got an iced. Asked for double smoked bacon sandwich. They Made a gouda sandwich had to wait longer for the new sandwich not a good visit
Very slow.. the section where u prepare your drink was worse than any public bathroom toilet. DISGUSTING!!! THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. HONESTLY. The guy filled up my coffee cup all the way and i ended up burning my hand when in went to open the cup to add my sugar. GET IT TOGETHER GUYS!!!
I went to purchase coffee this afternoon, none of the employees acknowledged me. I made eye contact with at least 4 employees and no one said anything. I was also the only customer inside. The employees did have conversations with one another though. Am i suppose to reach over ghe counter, place my own order and make it? I felt so embarrassed. Never will i ever return to this location. Hire better employees Starbucks.
8/30/23 1:20 pm Girl taking drive through orders is extremely rude. Doesn’t listen to how you want the order. Hands the coffee walks away immediately. Took me three tries to get my coffee somewhat right. Had to get out my car to get her. She makes no eye contact or talks. Just take the card swipes doesn’t say thank you or make any conversation. Very rude

Placed an order ahead of my arrival 20-30 mins.before I arrived at the store. My order wasn’t even done. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you can’t handle in person customers and order head customers. Waited another 20 mins till I just left without my order. Ridiculous! If you know the morning rush is crazy busy, you should have more employees.
Very poor customer service and poorly made coffee. I had to have my drink remade and they still didn't make the drink well!! Plus... They don't take and put a name on your order. After your coffee's made they place it on the counter with other orders so you don't know which coffee is yours. And... They don't notify you that your order is made. This location needs better management and to learn how to take & make coffee well.
This is simply the most AWFUL Starbucks that I've been to. They never get your order correct, even when you preorder through the app, or they don't make it correctly, or it comes half empty. There is not a time that I haven't had a problem with this Starbucks. So much so, I've had to call corporate on this specific location multiple times. The only reason I go back is one of convenience. I really wish they would do something to improve this particular location.
The wait here is always waaaaay too long. They are either chronically understaffed or just LAZY. It shouldn't take 36 minutes to wait on a drive thru line with only 5 cars in front of me. This is an ongoing issue. This location needs help. Other than that the drinks are great!
Horrible service always a waiting long and they always have people who are young and don’t know what they are doing. It use to be great here but now it’s horrible I’m not sure who management is but it needs to change. The young guy who was tall I guess he was the manager for today at 7:30am 8/7/19 had a guy who didn’t know what he was doing on the cashier. The line started building and this cashier was with the same lady for about 10 mins. It was about 4 workers there or 5 and nobody took my order. The tall y’all didn’t even have a name tag who seemed like the manager. He was very rude and stand offish. I said this is crazy the wait is always long always. He said yup it is with an attitude. N still helped the cashier who didn’t know what he was doing instead of taking my order. They need a manager who is professional and knows what they are doing in that Starbucks. Too many young kids and unprofessional workers. Other Starbucks I go to greet you, they smile, they make you feel welcomed. This is the only Starbucks that doesn’t make you feel welcomed, not only is customer service bad but the wait time is horrible.
horrible service. ordered ahead. went to drive thru. 1 car a head of me. waited almost 15 minutes while the 4 workers I saw ignored me (after speaking to me at the drivethru). They were very busy drinking and talking to each other. then they handed me a drink that wasn't mine and I had to point out my drink that I saw sitting there while I waited..
This was the worst coffee we ever had in Starbuck. No effort in the service and drinks. We order a Java Chip Frap which tasted like a cold chocolate milk and a White chocolate macadamia cold brew that was nasty in comparison to the many other Starbucks we have been too. Very disappointing
I was hold myself to make a review to this location thinking that they may improve some how. But not . They have become the worst Starbucks location ever. I would love to come here every day but the baristas and people at the front are so unprofessional. They don’t greet to you at all . They smile. They complain over the counter for the customer to hear how disappointed they are to coming to work , especially on Friday’s when they get more business. They definitely need new employees, managers and make the customer feel good, happy to come back every day.

It’s Wednesday afternoon 6:55pm I order a white chocolate mocha , I got idk what lol I been drinking Starbucks for years and this is not the taste! It taste like burn milk. I told her and she was unprofessional by saying “ okey throw it out” LOL ummm excuse me ?….. how unprofessional!!! And I was so happy cause finally a Starbucks near my house, but guess I won’t be coming here anymore.
I’ve purchased the Summer Berry Lemonade from this location twice now, and both times the raspberry boba has tasted noticeably old and off. Instead of being fresh and juicy, the boba had a strange texture and flavor that really took away from the drink. I was so excited when this seasonal drink came back it’s my favorite but unfortunately, it’s been disappointing both times. I hope management can take a closer look at the freshness of the ingredients, especially the boba, because they make a big difference in the overall experience
I come almost every day to spend my money at this Starbucks… most of times driving thru… but today I also wanted to use the restroom… guess what? They have a restroom just for it to be always out of service or “closed”… what a joke! Just don’t “offer” the bathroom service if you won’t allow your paying customers to ever get to use it… I guess a $10 coffee is not revenue enough to maintain a basic need (like a bathroom) available for your clients. Also my coffee took about 20 min to be prepared… and the place as you can see in pictures is not even busy. Disappointing.
I normally go through the drive thru but the level of unprovoked attitude is condescending to say the least. At this point just go to another Starbucks that will give you a welcoming attitude, not a I don't want to be here, or what do you want type of disrespect. To be clear I don't receive this energy from the male serves. Ladies you need to do better!
The absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Their lack of attention to orders, wait times and drive through service are all lacking. If it were possible to give even less of a rating I would. Management here is truly lacking and they need to do better.
This rating is well deserved. From the time I entered that drive through i was shocked. FILTH,GARBAGE, THE ONLY DRIVE-THRU I HAVE EVER SEEN LIKE THAT. all the wat through. When I told the cashier that it needs cleaning that that just is not a good look for Starbucks her reply was," our customers are nasty. They do that. What???. It was very windy a few days back and ya'll nasty workers didn't clean the drive through. Did she even care that she was saying that to a customer? Two days later I went back to ask for a sugar plum danish ,you know trying to get my points. Same filth. Who washes their front and not their back. Filthy people. That's a very lazy manager. Same garbage in the same spots.
This Starbucks is a joke. My husband and I pulled up via drive thru for Veterans Day and we specifically asked if there were any promotions and the man said no. I proceeded to read to him that in the app of Starbucks it stated Veterans receive a free iced or hot coffee and he didn’t have a clue about anything we were saying. I honestly wish I could have a refund because to top it off the apple croissant I paid for was cold and the drink I still bought was bitter. I will not be returning.
If I could give this place zero star I would. Ordered a large medicine ball waited almost 10mins for them to say they don’t have it, if I wanted a refund or a different tea. Then it took 30mins and 3 different ppl for me to even get my refund. So ridiculous. The manager straight down to the workers are incompetent and very unprofessional. Kept refunding me back the wrong amount of money, giving attitude like I’m the one that took an order for something I do not even have in stock. Wound not even order ice from her
Absolutely no respect for your time. You order here in the morning and you WILL wait 15-20 mins and be late for work. Has happened to me at least 5 times here but it’s the closest location for me. If you can take your business to another Starbucks, do it. The staff act like they dont care as well. Who knows where the manager is. Just everyone moving slowly, having their personal conversations, while customers stand and stare.
As an avid Starbucks customer, who orders the same thing every visit. . I normally order my drinks with no ice/light ice but this is the the first time/location that filled the cup only 3/4 of the way to compensate for the lack of ice. And I can honestly say this is the first time this has ever happened to me PERIOD (as someone who is not the biggest fan of ice). Honestly a serious turn off. If I wanted a medium drink I would’ve ordered one. Definitely would be my last visit to this location…
