The place wasn't busy when I went. I've always loved the chicken. They even serve pot pies. For the fastest service, go during off-peak hours (1-5pm and 8-til closing).

my first time coming here but it’s the best i’ve had compared to other kfcs. The food was very fresh. the service was also great. the drivethru person even wiped the outside of the drinks before giving them to me.

This one in particular seems really great. Food is better than I normally get from other KFC while the prices are still in line with others.

The crew here is really attentive! I had some questions about some of the food and if they allow certain servings and they didn't brush me off or work it around to have me order quickly. This was done through the drive thru as well so that's some bonus points! They were fast/accurate with the order and always kind to talk to from beginning to end. Do yourself & them a favor & fill those surveys on the receipt! Any changes, suggestions, or kudos definitely can help them along with other fast food places!

This place always has my order made fast and correct! On the way home from work I will purposely drive out of my way and past the other KFC, just to come to this one because the food is fresh and fast. The young lady at the window is always very professional and nice. She never shows if she's in a bad mood.

I'm changing my review I am so impressed with this kfc today July 14 the manager I believe named andre called me and wanted to make my experience better and offered to remake everything and tossed in a cake. I was surprised to get a call from them but they went above and beyond today

It's like friend chicken, but I guess from Kentucky. Special blend of herbs and spices. Tasted good and was pretty clean.

Hit and miss for quality of crispy chicken. The employees do their best to accommodate my needs.

I go through the drive thru good service, fresh food.

Good once in awhile fast food place, decent parking.

I love the fries and the chicken and the drinks put some ketchup on my plate.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is the bomb it is good it was not crowded at certain time and have good meals for family to enjoy together

Good fried chicken. Decent help. The only thing I will complain about is that one time I order and the price is $13 the next time I order it is $23 menu is very confusing. It takes a lot of work to get the best price. I'm sure that's by design. I still like the chicken though

I love KFC but have to admit for a fast food take out meal it is an expensive one. For two piece and one side you will spend $10.

They shortchanged me on 1 dinner. I want to be reimbursded monetary.

If you go early in the day it's pretty good but most of the time if you get dinner you get chicken that's been sitting most of the day and not as good and greasy

If you are hungry and want to spend $5 or $7 this is the place to go for one person to eat if they do not get it right let them know and they will replace your order

As you would expect from a KFC, not much else to report on besides that the food was reasonable, timing was reasonable, and the staff was friendly. The windows face the direction of the sun setting, which makes the dining area uncomfortably warm, that would be the only major complaint.

It is KFC. The service on this visit was quick and friendly. The food is what is expected of KFC. The $5 boxes we bought were a good value for the price.

Returned for my raincheck to receive old, dry stale chicken cooked in old reused oil. I wish this health hazard would close down. *New staff thank God. Skipped the chicken wing meal due to the thumb size wings. Seasoning have changed. No thanks. Coleslaw o.k. used to die for this stuff.

Check your order at pickup. We were missing items and drinks, and had to call a server back to try and sort it out. No apology. They just stated something about coming 'in-store' next time - way to push it back on the customer.

Ordered through the app. I pick up the food, sit down to eat, open it up to find the soggiest mess, and it's because the bag was wrapped so tightly that it steamed in itself. Upon advising them to not do this again to 'keep the chicken crispy,' even explaining the mechanics in detail, they reply with 'you didn't order extra crispy.' Decent coupon discount though - $10 for 8pc, and the restaurant was relatively clean - but tiny, of course.

Most times I went to this location, I feel like I am getting the end of a batch: chicken overcooked and poor quality pieces. The personal nice, though. I generally prefer to go to the other location on El Camino near san carlos.

Every time I come here I order a potpie and i get attitude and excuses as to why they dont have them, so i wait 20 mins for them to make it, today they said it will be 35 mins for a potpie, and I had nobody in front of me, and when I question it the manager took over on the headset and gave me attitude like I was making her life impossible, so you should probably go to another KFC if you want good service

Got my order home of a wing and two thighs. Wing great but the thighs both were bruised (black parts on the thigh) ... threw them away. Don’t know what that was about.

I went through drive through and placed an order. The order consisted of 3 large sides and the driver through cashier didn't ask what 3 sides I would like and assumed I wanted 2 mash potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. That was poor customer service on the cashier part. It was slow when I went through drive through. I could even see inside and it was slow inside.

I ordered the 3 piece meal with original recipe and all white meat. I got mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I'm not sure what recipe the chicken was, it was definitely not original could have been baked regardless of which recipe it was it was dried out the biscuit was dried out hard. The coleslaw had at least a 1/4 cup of liquid and the mashed potatoes were like glue. So sad that I paid over $15 for this horrible meal.

When I was young, my weekends and summers were spent going to my father's orange grove in central California and one of the greatest treats during that time was going to Kentucky Fried Chicken (back before it was KFC). I still remember how juicy and moist the chicken was. We haven't had KFC in over 10 years and we decided it might be a fried chicken night. We ordered the 8 piece dark meat bucket meal and it was more than disappointing. The chicken pieces were so dried out. Don't know if we'll ever go back.

The 2 stars here is for the window service that I recieved. I order a combo meal. The person took my order rushed me to put in the order even though there was no car behind me. I also asked if I can just get dark meat and no white. The lady said "yes" but when I drove away with my meal. She gave me all white meat. Pieces were 2 small wings (dried) and a breast. That's just a mean thing to do when you know your customer requested a certain thing and you said "yes".

Really, No sauces, not even a fork, do you really have to ask for condiments everytime you get an order, not even napkins. This is upsetting.

Made me wait 10 minutes in the drive thru for cold food, and I asked for original recipe and they gave me crispy, bollocs!

Bed service! Bed fries really dry and old! The chicken taste old and wired smells. The employees were angry and looking at us all the time . Really bed vibe and bed experience!

Portions are much smaller than before. Chicken was very dry. I miss the cornbread, that they discontinued years ago. Ten years ago, it was much better.

This restaurant does not include plates knives forks or spoons when they are sending coleslaw mashed potatoes and gravy you are expected to eat it with your fingers. Never shop at this restaurant. Ever!

6:30 pm Ordered and paid for a 3 piece meal and asked to substitute the cookie with a second bisquet. she passed it to me threw the window and I asked again if they gave me 2 bisquets and no cookie. Yes, yesI get home and there is one bisquet and a cookie. She didn't put a receipt in the bag, I called to say I am coming back bugt the phone rings once, someone answers but just static then dial tone. I call over and over getting madder and madder, but same thing every time. Can you hire competent people please? And get your phone fixed, you are losing business!

KFC in redwood city not to happy about this place. They never have family specials combos. Window not to clean. Walk in and out after the high price I saw. A meal of 12pc combo and 4 drinks it was over 45.00 dollar.

I ordered a small $20 bucket of chicken and four orders of fries. I was given the large size, $30 worth! I threw out over 2 lb of fries the next day.

Poorly manage. Been run by little kids with no experience, placed an order online. Walked in my order was not ready. Had to wait for it 20 minutes later and they tell me they run out of fries. What ! Really. Worst experience ever... Don't think I will be walking in here any time soon. I asked for a refund and I was told my manager isn't here and I don't know how to do that. Wow. I ordered two famous bowls at the drive-thru. Once I got home I realized there was only one famous bowl in the bag. I shared it with my husband but it was cold, the "chicken" pieces were all breading with no meat, and it tasted rancid overall. UPDATE: My husband and I have been throwing up all night after eating here.

Honestly this is my family’s go to KFC location. Frequently order online and then come to pick it up in their parking spots. Today I parked in a spot and called to have them bring it out. Just for the guy to tell me to come to the window instead and when I did he simply told me to pull forward because my order was not ready. It was already 3:05pm and my order was supposed to be ready by 3pm. My father a bit frustrated and confused on why he had to pull forward the man then told him to wait in the parking spot which was very uncomfortable for us especially on where the KFC is located. My father made a comment on how this wasn’t ideal and made us waste our time on moving the car all over when the guy could of just been more friendlier to make us understand the issue in the kitchen. We parked again and I called back and the guy answered all hysterical on my fathers comment and talked VERY rudely back. Clearly there was a misunderstanding on both our sides but just from a comment my father made the man because angry and said information he did not bother to tell us at the window. When I got my food a beverage was missing and the food was packaged in which the spicy chicken strips sauce were falling all over our meal. By the time I got my meal it was 3:21pm. I placed my order to be picked up at 3pm. With this experience it makes me no longer desire to go eat at KFC. I know a pandemic is going on and people are on edge with everything going on but I’m very disappointed with the service. This isn’t my first time having a bad experience or being robbed a bit of my money’s worth but I probably will not be coming back to this KFC.

This is the WORST kfc that I have ever gone to. Went on Friday 09-30-22 to get something to eat. I asked for two famous bowls and the stupid employee only charged me for one. When ordering, he asked me in an inappropriate manner: “Is there something else that you want to order? What else do you want?”.There I am waiting for my order, only to find out that I had no straws for my drinks, my famous bowl, my mom’s meal and some mashed potato with gravy. Hardly any sauces. I got off and went inside and let the male employee know about the situation. He charged me $8 for another famous bowl. Went back to my car with the second famous bowl in hand. And noticed that I had no straws for my drinks. Went back in and the female employee treated me like trash. When I asked her for straws she intended to give me spoons. And I said “i asked you for straws, not spoons”. She then proceeded to get me the straws. Never will I come to this KFC again.

Chickens were like rubber. Maybe cooked hours ago and the fries were just hopeless. Manager was rude and with attitude as if she doesn’t care if customers will come back or not.
