En una terraza agradable, un poco ruidosa cuando terminan clases el colegio de enfrente. La comida rica y a buena temperatura. El servicio cordial y atento.

Desayuno muy rico, platillos variados y con buena sazón, el servicio es excelente y no hay espera para mesa. La sugerencia es que los atoles y el café de olla deberían de bajarle al azúcar. Y el café americano no quemarlo y servirlo bien caliente.

Si buscas una experiencia auténtica, deliciosa y que te haga sentir como si estuvieras en el corazón de México, Los Otates es, sin duda, tu destino. Cosas destacables · El Servicio: Rápido y atento. Local friends brought me there, they ordered beef for me, the beef is pickled or with salt, tender and tastes good. The bean soup is tasty good also. Lemonade is made by lime, so the tasty is with lemon but not that sour, I like it a lot!

This is such a wonderful relaxing place to have lunch or dinner. The Swiss enchiladas are all amazing. The chicken was very tender and delicious. We'll definitely come back. I loved the hot chocolate too.

This place is well run and tasty for a range of traditional Mexican dishes. Pretty and relaxed inside. I might only give it 4 stars as it isn't that amazing, but the sweet Mole dishes are really good and always consistent, for a cheap price. Mole (molay) is my favorite Mexican dish.

Excellent food, excellent service! We had a great night here, the staff was on top of everything and made us feel very welcome. They helped with our order and even provided a menu in english. The food was very good flavored and the chicken cooked just right and flavored perfect. We will be going back to this place for more chicken mole for sure!

Pedí un corte de arrachera Angus, el cual lo medio termino medio y así estaba, estaba en su punto, a lo que siento que de plano la orden de frijoles de la olla que te dan, de plano no tenían frijoles, y te dan 3 tortillitas. También pedí un Pepito los otates y se supone que es de arrachera también, pero esa carne estaba muy seca, algo diferente. Los demás acompañantes pidieron pozole y otro enchiladas suizas, las cuales comentaron que estaba Normal, nada del otro mundo. La atención fue fenomenal. El lugar es tan bonito, como para llevar a alguien importante, pero no comerán de lo más rico como otros lugares

Lugar con valet parking, restaurante decorado con elementos sencillos mexicanos. El personal amables, pero descuidan algunos detalles, el servicio a la mesa fue muy tardado. El platillo está bien servido, con poco sabor.

Excelente para ir con niños, hay de todo TV, área de juegos y hasta niñera los fines de semana. La comida está bien, a mi gusto le falta un poco de sabor al pozole y los sopes son demasiado grueso, las aspirinas es más masa qué guisado. El precio vs comida les falta, pero el servicio ayuda muchísimo, muy buena atención, todo tiene acceso para silla de ruedas, no hay discriminación (el baño es unisex), las áreas muy amplias.

Es un buen lugar para probar comida mexicana; no tienen un gran sazón, pero son rápidos y, si vas con niños, es un lugar eficiente y con una amplia área de juegos para ellos.

Nice place with limited parking but valet option, dining rooms are spread around making it semi intimate. Service was good and the atmosphere is nice. Prices are not to bad for being in the city and for the food being good. They have take home options of their mile available. The salsas were all good, none were very spicy. The tomatillo was my favorite and the guacamole was very creamy. The queso fundido was good but cooled off halfway through so it was more of a piece of cheese than fundido. The enchiladas were good, nice portion and the chicken was flavorful but the star was the mole, which was one of my top 10 for around the area. The small portion of beans and some onions were a nice compliment although I would have liked a bit more beans. The home made hot sauce was alright, tasted like a modified Valentino, but served its purpose.

Por el costo del platillo, esperaba que la comida estuviera fresca, con ingredientes recién hechos. Los frijole refritos eran de lata, la tortilla de las enchiladas parecían de milpa real, con mucho sabor industrial. El lugar está cómodo y la atención es buena, pero la comida arruina el momento.

Sabor inconsistente y muy caro. El día del cumpleaños 76 de mi madre fuimos y la comida excelente, 10/10. Pedimos tacos y la tortilla echa a mano al momento parecía haber sido echa por el mismo Moctezuma. Pero 2 semanas después fui y pedí lo mismo y la experiencia fue muy mala, tortillas resequas, mal servicio, comida X. Pero el precio igual de caro. Para costar 50 pesos el taco, deberían echarle más ganas a homogeneizar la calidad. Difícilmente regreso a comer. Y si se sientan en la terraza, prepárense para compartir con las palomas su comida.

Hubo un detalle que no nos gustó, al momento de llegar un familiar al restaurante el ballet no le quiso recibir el coche no se si fué porque no era último modelo siedo que detrás de el venía otro coche más nuevo y lujoso y a esa persona si se lo recibieron. Al querer ingresar al restaurante no lo dejaban pasar pues traía uniforme quirúrgico ya que el es odontólogo y venía del trabajo. No obstante al momento que ya lo dejaron pasar lo siguieron hasta el lugar en dónde lo estábamos esperando Me pareció un acto de discriminación por parte del personal. Hay cosas más importantes que usar ropa de marca o tener un coche lujoso. Por esta razón no vuelvo a regresar a este restaurante viejo!
