Spicy BBQ ribs were tasty as would definitely get them again. Would be nice if they had symbols on the toilets but I don't speak Italian nearly ended up in the chick's.

Chain present in many Italian locations, fairly varied menu (meat is the basis of everything). Very friendly and professional service. Excellent promotions using up.a on the days indicated.
The spare ribs, although not the best I've ever had, were good quality. Enjoyable atmosphere. The kids' room keeps the little ones entertained as needed. Professional personnel from start to finish.

Lunch on a week day as soon as the door opened for business. Generous portions, complimentary peanuts and tortilla chips w/salsa (as of this writing), clean bathroom, good service. I love their apple pie and vanilla ice cream!
Good food, a bit too crowded
Good vibes if you like meat… but not a good atmosphere if you are vegetarian.
Overpriced average meat. With a playing corner and color pencils, it's a nice place for children.

Food would be great, but 1 our of 4 dishes ordered (ceasars salad) had spoiled chicken and/or sauce. We sent the dish back and waiter brought the same plate of now cold And smelly Ceasars salad 5 minutes later. Restaurants management system is bad for encouraging waiters and cooks to push spoilt Food onto customers. Also no AC.
Had a veggie cheeseburger and BBQ chicken with bacon. The BBQ chicken was OK but the veggie cheeseburger was an absolute disaster. They should not put it on their menu if they have no idea what a veggie burger is.
