Sombrerete is a beautiful place, and La Bodega is a great spot for a hearty and delicious meal. The good: the seasoning, the smoky flavor from the wood-fired oven is unmatched, the place is clean and comfortable, and the service is courteous and very attentive. The bad: the service is slow, but it's definitely worth the wait. We arrived to borrow the restroom and ended up staying for lunch. A modest place, but the food is excellent.
The food is well seasoned, the atmosphere is pleasant, what they lack is staff to serve customers.
