Tenía un buen rato que no me tomaba un café de esta cadena, me encantó el café bien preparado intenso como debe ser un aroma y sabor fuerte a buen café, un rol glaseado que estaba muy rico, la atención del personal muy amable y atenta buen lugar muy recomendable
Me gusta ir a tomar café ahí porque lo preparan bien sobre todo el frapuccino y el café frío el servicio rápido de atento y el ambiente es tranquilo para poder platicar.

Delicious coffee, good service, pleasant air-conditioned establishment with restroom facilities, and very clean. Good hygiene measures in place during this situation. They offer drive-thru service. Excellent location next to the BP gas station. Recommended for a coffee after filling up your tank.

Para un late le ponen 5militros de leche y todo lo demás es agua ... Y no es que regalen el café cobran muy bien,aparte te preguntan vaso chico o grande pero si pides el grande es como pedir el chico porque le ponen la misma cantidad o sea casi nada,deberían cobrar por el vaso chico y no inventarse vaso grande.... Eso es un robo . Aparte que el café lo dan quemado. Me encanta pasar siempre pero me es injusto el precio y la calidad del producto que siendo "italiano" deberían tener más cuidado al cobrar algo que no dan y un producto que ya no es tan bueno como antes.
La atención es muy buena. La comida de calidad. En el lugar no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, eso afecta toda la experiencia
It's a shame they don't keep to their schedule. It says 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, not earlier. Even if it's just 5 or 10 minutes earlier, they should stick to the established hours. I arrived at 10:54 and they refused to serve me.
The bread is decent, but it doesn't justify the price. Furthermore, the 16% VAT is only added at the time of payment. The menu prices are displayed without taxes.
The café was clean and the service was good, but I bought a hot cappuccino to go and the cup was about 3.5 cm short of being full. I told the guy and he added a little more. The bathroom was clean and nice, but the toilet seat was on top; they should remove it. It's not very busy, so there's plenty of space to sit and chat while enjoying your coffee.
It was very cold in the place, the bathrooms were very clean, very nice place, the tchai tasted strange like a matcha latte, I told the lady, they said my order was correct, anyway, not excellent service
La cajera no escucha bien el pedido y no lo toma bien y aparte tardan un buen en atender
la persona indicada para solicitar la factura fiscal. El número publicado no responden, el email tampoco. quedaron en solucionarme y jamas me volvieron a responder las llamadas levantare mi denuncia debido a que esto es una situacion fiscal no es solo un cafe que salio malo es una factura y la ley dicta que deben darme pronta solucion
Recomiendo prestar atención a sus notas. Aprovechan que uno usualmente va de paso y pagan lo que sea. He pagado el café late más caro que he tomado $90 pesos. En la tarifa publicada decía como 68, ya de pos si caro, pero al revisar el ticket me cobraron aparte la leche light y el IVA. No sé supone que en las tarifas ya está publicado con precio final.. no volveré.
They're mercenaries at this place. The food is poorly prepared, with few ingredients. And the waiters only serve you at the register and demand payment in advance. Since I didn't pay them, they left everything on the bar without even notifying me. What's more, they don't even respond when you say thank you or goodbye.
It's been a real headache trying to contact the right person to request an invoice. The phone number listed isn't working, and neither is the email. This situation overshadows the otherwise excellent service from the staff and the coffee they provide. I hope this comment helps address this issue. For some, an electronic invoice is essential.
