Fantastic taste every time. Absolutely in love with their Drunken Noodles! Their sticky rice and mango is a testimony to their authenticity. Their warm and genuinely inclusive and friendly service goes well with their incredible food.

Picked up dinner here - the process of ordering online and picking up was very smooth. The lady who helped me was nice and double checked the order. There were only a few people in the restaurant so it would be easy to get a table. My bf got the crispy drunken noodles and some crab Rangoon. I got the yellow curry (medium) with veggies. It was very good but not very spicy! We also got spring rolls which were delicious!

The food was surprisingly amazing! The curry was perfect. My pad Thai was superb. My son loved his beef soup, I don’t remember the correct name, even though he complained about the restaurant selection. We will be back.

Well that was a lovely surprise! I needed a new place for lunch today after some surgery follow-up testing and my usual favorite place it was closed. Thai food being one of my favorites I looked up a few local spots and initially thought this was a more fast food oriented Thai place because of some of the pictures, while the food looked absolutely amazing. Curiosity won out and I'm so glad it did! This felt like a little modern slice of Thailand itself. Would paneling on the walls with plants and natural furniture, natural lighting, dishes served in stone plates and bowls and gentle, soothing musical tones. I had the place almost all to myself which was lovely, but wouldn't have minded a crowd because the service was excellent and the dishes wonderful. I had the papaya salad, an old favorite, and a plate of Thai Basil stir fry with chicken. The salad had all the flavors you expect, and wonderfully portioned. The vegetables and chicken were piping hot not over seasoned or over sauced, and my waiter was just as attentive and kind as though I had a whole table of people with me. Wonderful hospitality.

I went on the weekday and the service was super fast. The flavor were pretty good for Thai modern restaurant. Love the presentation of the dishes, friendly staff try this place out!

Came here for lunch, service was good and the food was freshly cooked and delicious. We had the Pad Kra Pao (Thai chili and basil) pork and the Ginger and Mushroom Chicken lunch specials.

I absolutely LOVE Twisted Noodles of Chapel Hill and can’t say enough great things about them!! I come here weekly and have tried most things on the menu and have absolutely loved everything I’ve tried!! It’s such a great feeling knowing you can order anything on the menu and it taste like perfection!!! Also love their amazing customer service!! Even when they’re short staffed and running around like crazy, they still make sure you’re taken care of!! Super child-friendly and such a peaceful environment that isn’t over-stimulating for kids! 10/10 recommend!!!

Great place, great atmosphere. New ownership since OCT18 and I love what they are doing with the establishment. The staff is awesome and they will probably remember your order if you get it more than once! If you're on the fence, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

The best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life!!! If I could only eat one thing the rest of my life it would be the panang curry from Twisted Noodles. The curries are exceptional. I eat here about 3-5 times a week. BEST Thai food in the triangle area hands down. Thank you twisted noodles!!

This is THE best Thai food I’ve ever had. Every time I visit Chapel Hill, I make sure to eat at Twisted Noodle at least twice. The food is so fresh and delicious. The meals are consistently perfect. Never once has anything been sub par. I highly recommend dining in, though take-out is also amazing. The staff is so pleasant and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Love their Pad Thai. Almost all of their menu items can be made vegetarian or vegan. Some you can't because the key ingredient is not vegan. Pro tip: Most of the "vegetarian" options on the menu is Buddhist vegetarian (meaning no garlic, onions etc) so don't be put off if the dish you want wasn't indicated as vegetarian. Servers are friendly and great service!

I just want to take a moment to commend Crystal for her amazing leadership and service. I have only been here a handful of times but I somehow always come in when she is working and I ask for her to take care of me. She goes above and beyond for my “difficult” order as I am picky as can be — which is a reflection of a manager who truly cares considering most places end up being short and nasty to me. Crystal is professional, kind, and clearly holds high standards, which is exactly what makes this location such a great place to visit. People who value quality and great service can see the difference she makes. Thank you, Crystal, for all you do, because you are the only reason I spend my hard earned money at Brueggers!

Great food. Most of the workers are nice. Kiosks would make it a little less chaotic. You have to yell what you want, and it's hard to tell the order of the service line. Over all, I can't resist the bagels so i endure the line.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, asked for their recommendation on my lunch brk. She recommended the monthly special and combo it up for me, so I got everything in a box with chips and a cookie with a drink all for $12.95. Same price if I had gone through a drive thru somewhere and it was actually better for me. The bagel was fresh and conversation while it was being made let me know she valued me. I was thanked and asked if I was pleased with my visit. She followed up with I appreciate your time and we all know how valuable time is. The doors were clean, no fingers prints, chips full and tons of cookies. Bathrooms were clean despite being a little dated to the rest of the bakery but I’d still call this a win win. Hands down 5 stars. A lunch time stop!

Just wonderful experience here this morning. Searching for breakfast in Eastgate Shopping center and this place popped up. Walked over and got in line. Line moved efficiently and got hot food in less than 5 minutes. Sausage egg and cheese on cinnamon raisin bagel was so delicious. Small coffee was so fresh and delicious. I love good coffee and this was great coffee. House Blend. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff were nice and even customers too. $10.54 my total

Tofu delight and mango sticky rice are great. I hope they have soy source. I prefer tofu with soy sauce. Pad Thai seafood is a bit too sweet for me. The flavor is too strong.

I had ordered their fried tofu starter, a medium massaman curry with tofu and their Thai Tea. I liked their tea as it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and it had a nice flavor to it. Their massaman curry was very good and everything in it was well cooked. The service was a little slower as it took 15-20 min to get our check and the restaurant did not seem crowded. Our waitress was very friendly. I would come back again.

Good, casual place. Food came out quickly. They have gluten-free options, but it was a bit difficult to get what we wanted. There aren’t any ‘specific GF items.’ The inside is nice, but very basic. Good value. I like the name of the restaurant too.

Let's start by the positives: nice atmosphere and great service. What let it down was the food. We ordered the batter-fried pork gyoza dumplings. Definitely a different way to cook dumplings but it was not better than regular pan fried dumplings. I think perhaps just deep frying the dumplings would be better than battering it up. I ordered the twisted general chicken. I went for a safer choice since I was not feeling adventurous. It was not what I expected (general tso's). What threw me off was the overwhelming taste of vinegar. Maybe the chef was a bit too heavy handed. I would rate the food a 3/5. Definitely not good but certainly not the worst.

It was a bit chaotic. The music was too loud. The lights were on very, very low. Service was good but instead of an assembly line like at other Brueggers, they would call you one at a time and never made it clear that parties of more than one could be served together or per person.

My favorite bagel franchise. We don’t have many fresh bagel options down South and this has been a staple for years. This location is in a high traffic area with limited parking. The only disappointment I had was with a lack of signage on their online order pickup inside. It was confusing not knowing where to go and wait; still a great place for bagels and coffee.

The food was pretty good, but didn't have strong enough flavor. The soup & salad before the meal was quite bland- it was just iceberg lettuce and broth. Our server was fine, but not super friendly. Overall, this restaurant was just okay.

I would have gave it 5 stars because the food I had was very good but, the waitress was not to my liking. The male waiter helped us more than our waitress did (and was very polite) and she seemed to get very flustered with us right from the get-go. She had no patience, and I saw her roll her eyes when my sister asked her to correct our food. The atmosphere is very nice, and it’s very clean but the service is the only thing I don’t like. It is a bit pricey though.

Service was a little slow, but that might have been the night we went. Food wasn't bad but it wasn't outstanding either. We really wanted to like this place but we've had much better Thai food in other places.

Within the past couple months they decided to change how they make their sandwiches, now they toast just the bagel and put the rest of the sandwich together, instead of toasting the entire thing. now my sandwich is always cold, cheese is not melted, this is a serious downgrade im not sure why they changed the process. employees here seem absolutely miserable.

This is a bagel chain with a good menu selection however the bagels are on the small side and the prices are slightly expensive for a single bagel with nothing on it. I got an asiago bagel with nothing on it at $2.39! Outrageous price for something so small. That wouldn't even sell for that price in NYC. Outside is crusty and chewy but inside is soft. Gets stuck in the molars and between teeth easily. Reminds me of the Manhattan bagel chain bagels (not a good thing.) I got the Farmhouse sandwich with a single egg ($6.79) which had good flavor but you may still be hungry afterwards as the portion is on the small size. I'm a petite person - maybe my appetite is big but judge for yourself with the picture or my small hand next to the sandwich. (Excuse the dry hand as I was on my way to the airport using a hand sanitizer after the gas station and didn't have my lotion on me.) There were a lot of staff but slightly unorganized. The female cashier needs to be more communicative with both customers and staff to speed things along. I can see why some reviewers would say service is slow. Thank goodness I came at a time when there wasn't a lot of people. The bagel variety are behind the counter behind the staff so if you're new to the establishment, you can't really see what kind of bagels they have to choose from. Plenty of indoor seating and plenty of parking.

The bagel I had was delicious! It was fresh and had good flavor (I got the Asiago Cheese one). The staff were also very friendly! However, the hot chocolate that I ordered was not very good at all! It was way too sweet and didn't have a chocolaty taste at all. It was like sugary milk. Everything seemed a little overpriced too. TL;DR I'd get the bagels again, but skip anything else.

A business is only as reputable as it's employees, today's gentleman was so far from professional or courteous that I'm not at all surprised to open the wrong sandwich. I asked for a plain bagel with my farmhouse meal, this is far from a plain bagel. I was not offered a receipt or even asked my name by said cashier, my 10 min wait ended with a bag folded over & pushed my way. No 'thank you' or even 'have a good day'! I usually frequent Bruegger's no matter which state I'm visiting, this however my put a stop to that. #Bruegger'sDoBetta

This used to be the go-to spot for quality breakfast bagel sandwiches but it seems to have fallen in recent years. I've been a long-time customer, even back when they still had the Bruegger's Choice sandwich but my girl and I will probably never return - at least at this particular location. When we went around 8AM on a Saturday, there wasn't a big line but it took longer than expected to complete our order because there were only 3 employees (2 in front, 1 in the back). But that's not even the first disappointing thing. When we asked to order 2 Westerns with extra egg each and the cheesy hashbrowns, the sandwichmaker said that they're sold out of the hashbrowns. That's basic breakfast staple and it's out...or maybe they just don't want to make it because of understaffing issue. While the line wasn't so long when we were on the line it got longer while we were eating inside. So long to the point the line reached outside of the building. The lady at the cashier told the customers, "There's only 3 of us here, so bare with us." twice, which is just unprofessional customer service and bad management. The hazelnut coffee was good - we ordered a couple of Medium-sized, but the coffee ran out and we didn't bother to ask because the employees were so busy, struggling to serve the long line of customers. While the Western sandwiches are still good for the most part, especially with fresh garlic and everything bagel, it seems to be lacking of sauce or cream cheese. In a previous experience, they forgot to add extra eggs to our breakfast sandwiches. While the sandwichmaker remade them with the extra eggs, she asked to donate our first sandwiches. The glory days of Bruegger's might be over but I still hope they can get back to the special breakfast spot we remember. The ambiance looks small, simple, and clean with some seats outside - just right for this kind of bagel spot. They will need to improve customer service, food and drink availability, and just slightly upgrade overall food quality.

This location is closed. I don't know whether permanently or temporarily, but it is clearly not open. It was damaged in flooding last summer and the interior is completely empty with boarded over windows. I am unsure why neither Google nor Bruegger's website still lists this location as operating.

Been coming to this location for many years. Here recently the order process has changed. Definitely not convenient for the layout of the restaurant. But not a major issue. Just makes viewing the available bagels very difficult. There issue is how unhappy the staff is. Everything we asked was an inconvenience to the lady working the register. From scanning our coupon to upsetting her when we paid cash. The lip smacking and talking under her breath began. There has been many changes at the location and it’s just not what it used to be. Sad.

Got my bagel quickly however it was cold even the egg on it was cold (which is super concerning considering hot holding food improperly can lead to lots of issues). Mainly writing a review because of how absolutely filthy it was inside this store. Every corner seemed to have piles of build up and dust. The vents throughout the cafe have what appears to be years of build up. It’s bad. Would not recommend this specific location.

The service was slow even with 3-4 people behind the counter. The restaurant was filthy. There were crumbs all over the floor and under the bench seats. Most of the tables had not been bussed. The containers of half and half were empty. I asked the server to refill the container and he rudely said that I needed to use the packaged “milk.” I will not return to this bagel shop.

I had previously given a five star rating. I can no longer endorse that after visiting this store today from 7:10-7:30 am. I won’t be returning to this store. Today, after getting the wrong order and bringing it back in to ask for the right order, three of the four staff members were incredibly rude after THEY asked me what was Wrong when I simply asked to have the incorrect order replaced. There were other issues - e.g. one person waiting ahead of me, only other person in line - all three staff walked off the floor before taking my order. Once order was taken, somehow 4 people behind me had their orders go into the toaster before the person who took my order came to ask if I wanted my two bagels toasted - which I had stated for both when ordering but at that point said no because it had already taken much longer than expected based on previous experience. I have lived within walking distance of this store for 19 years. Always had a really good experience. Not sure what is going on. I waited almost 20 minutes when there was only one person in front of me (who also ordered a bagel with cream cheese) to get two bagels with cream cheese and paid almost $9 to be treated rudely by three of the four staff. No thank you. I’ll go to one of the other two bagel shops close by - bagels are much better anyway. I only continued to go to this store out of loyalty and because of previous incredible customer service. I know why the other shops are so busy now. Even so, Issac’s and Brandwein’s have never been rude even if they got an order wrong - which happens to everyone. As an aside, the employee working the register at Brueggers who has been there for years was lovely as always. I thought she might be the manager she has been there so long but I don’t think so.

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING I received expired cream cheese with mold from this restaurant through DoorDash on NOV 24th. This is a serious health risk and shows a lack of care for food safety. Until they fix their quality control, I recommend avoiding this place. Protect your health!

Came in to this location today around 1:15, staff did not acknowledge us for a few minutes and finally told us that they were not taking orders, but that we could order online for pick up. We went outside and placed an order online. When I went to pick up the bagels 25 minutes later, the staff informed me that they only had one egg left and that they could not make both of our bagels. I can’t believe I waited over 25 minutes outside just to be told they couldn’t even make my bagel. The staff was extremely rude and just seemed like they didn’t want to be there- as someone who has been a server for years I understand the feeling when customers come in close to closing, but if your business hours say you’re open until 2, you’re open until 2. Simple as that. When I told the woman that she could cancel the order, her whole demeanor changed and she seemed glad to get me out of there. She didn’t know how to do a refund, so she gave me cash from the register. As I was leaving another staff member asked “can we lock the doors now?” Very unnecessarily snarky considering they didn’t close for another 10 minutes. Gotta love the service industry!

You win some, you lose some with national chains. This location is definitely a loss. It’s usually fine enough (closer to 3/5 stars), but I got two bagels with cream cheese today to go and when I got home I started laughing at what they sent me home with. There was maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese on each bagel. If you’re out of a flavor, just let someone know, but this is so bad it’s kinda funny.
