La comida es buenísima, el ambiente muy agradable y el servicio esmerado. Los precios son un poco altos, pero en verdad vale la pena el gasto. Un clásico en Tijuana y por méritos propios, un gran restaurante.

Recomiendo ampliamente este restaurante de sushi. La calidad de los platillos es excelente, el lugar tiene un ambiente muy agradable y las bebidas están deliciosas. Es una gran opción para disfrutar de buena comida en un espacio lindo y acogedor.

I recently visited Saketori and it was awesome. The place it's really beautiful, has a really cool vibe and I was so excited to try the food. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and fried rice with shrimp and my dish was really tasty and fresh. The fried rice with shrimp was my favorite dish because I added some chipotle and soy sauce. The service was 10 out of 10, the food arrived in less than 20 minutes. The staff was really friendly with us. They were taking care of us and they helped us to record a part of the video. The restrooms were very clean and well maintained. I really recommend this place.

Firstly I think that this restaurant is a very good place where you can eat and enjoy a very good time with your family and friends. I ordered the shrimp roll and it was delicious, when you have this roll you will have tried heaven, I like it very much and when I come back to the restaurant I will be ordering this roll every single time. The atmosphere was very calm and you can have a very fun time while you dine. I recommend this restaurant to every person who is reading this and hope you have the same great experience I had.

Amazing sushi spot! The quality of the fish is surprising. Loved the nigiris - try the Chu Toro and the Salmon Belly. For starters had the gyozas and the crispy tuna rice, these are a must. The rolls are also amazing, go for the Zenviche - has a lemon twist. Finally, leave for dessert - the caramel cake with vainilla ice cream was the best. The ambience is fun, full of families and friends hanging out. Prices are high but are fair in terms of quality, worth it!

I am an absolute fan of this place. The service was amazing, friendly server and communicative about any delays. The location was lively. The decor and ambiance gave it an elevated experience which made me forget I was in another country. The food was also a journey from the beverages, the sushi rolls to the broth used in the ramen. The noodles don't have that cheap prepackaged taste or consistency which, as someone who's eaten ramen at a lot of places, I appreciated. I'd highly recommend this place and plan on returning.

De entrada pedimos Gyozas doradas muy ricas y bao de rib eye con una salsa agridulce de cacahuate , para mi gusto demasiado agria no fue tanto de mi agrado . De tomar quise pedir una bebida con vodka y no se pudo ya que quitaron de su menú todas las bebidas que incluían absolut, no se si es de forma temporal y elegimos limonadas de jamaica y maracuyá tienen un sabor bueno , Para la comida elegimos ramen diablo que lo recomiendan mucho en reseñas que leí , pero para ser honesta le faltaba sabor al caldo trae chistorra y panceta que a mi gusto fue lo que me gustó del platillo , tienen buen sabor . El otro platillo fue bento box que incluye arroz blanco , ensalda , pollo con salsa agridulce,una salsa martajada , un dumpling dorado relleno de queso crema y 4 pedazos de rollo natural con surimi, aguacate y pepino, el cual resultó a mi gusto el mejor de los dos platillos que pedimos , todo lo que incluía de muy buen sabor . Las porciones muy bien servidas, y el servicio al inicio fue bueno , hubo un cambio de mesero desconocemos el motivo. Sin olvidar el postre recomendadisimo borrachito de dátil un pastelito de dátil bañado con ron servido caliente acompañado de una bola de nieve que se derrite mientras lo comes súper rico . Ya había ido antes a probar sushi y me gusto muchísimo , regrese a probar el ramen no fue lo que esperaba pero el platillo Bento box y el borrachito de dátil merece la pena regresar .

Por varios años ha sido mi lugar favorito para comer rollos y ramen, en particular no había asistido a esta sucursal, el mesero súper amable a más no poder, todo el servicio de 10, solo los rollos que pedí, no fueron de mi total agrado, el arroz no se sentía tan fresco como en otras sucursales y la presentación del rollo que era como con alga de fresa si mal no recuerdo, no estaba tan bueno

When we arrived at the restaurant the first negative point that really pissed me off was the dude of the valet parking he was very mean and rude, he told me that i needed to find a space down the street, and all this just because the appearance of my car, then we entered and we thought that the food could be very tasty, and in fact it did it was really good, we were intrigued if they might have great service and they did, the food arrived super quick , i would give the food a 9/10, service 10/10, location 10/10, valet parking 4/10, spot 10/10.

However, when it comes to the service, I have to say I was expecting something a bit more special. Don't get me wrong, the staff were friendly enough, and the initial greeting was pleasant. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was met with warm smiles and a nice escort to my table. That part was great. But as the meal progressed, I couldn't help but notice some lapses in attention. It took a while for our orders to be taken, and there were moments when we had to raise our hand to a server for assistance. hola, hemos sido clientes ya por mucho tiempo, y es raro cuando pedimos para llevar. Hace unos dias mi novia pidio un bento box para llevar ( solo fue una cosa), se bajo la hostess la saludo le pregunto que si era para comer ahi o para llevar, mi novia le contesto que solo venia a recgoer una orden que hizo por telefono, le entrego la bolsa de papel, le acerco la maquina para cobrar con tarjeta y le pregunta que si quiere agregar servicio..... COMO POR?? mi novia le contesto que no que solo la comida y automaticamente hubo un cambio de cara y actitud de la hostess. 1. la propina NO es obligatoria, y aun asi siempre que vamos y comemos ahi dejamos 15% a 20% de propina... pero para llevar? cuando lo unico que hicieron fue tomarnos la orden entregarnos una bolsa y cobrarnos?... creo que lo de las propinas se esta saliendo de control en muchos lugares , revisen eso... y si no se les deja propina para llevar que no actuen de una manera sangrona ... no es obligatorio y no es mala onda, lo comento porque tienen un excelente servicio sus meseros y la comida, nunca nos habia sucedido esta experencia en Saketori.

Great food. Awful service. We ordered Ramen. The menu warns you it takes 25 to 40 mins to serve. But it took at least 60, not only that but they kept blaming everyone else for this delay. Once it arrived we ordered chilli powdered and it never got to our table. Overall under par service.

Hubo un tema al final al momento de pagar la cuenta, puedo decir que la comida estaba muy buena. Lo que sucedió fue que todas mis amigas pagaron lo que les correspondió y agregaron propina sin embargo parece ser que algo faltó de pagar, muy probablemente a alguien se le fue pagar algo y yo le dije al mesero me puedes ayudar a ver qué faltó de pagar de nosotras? Y sólo se puso a contar los recibos de lo que pagamos pero yo le estaba diciendo que algo faltaba de pagar de alguien y queremos ver que faltó de nuestra parte y me empezó a decir que si quiero me hace las cuentas en mi cara y no se que más, amablemente yo le estaba preguntando que faltó de pagar de nuestra parte, probablemente a alguien se le fue algo y él no quiso ayudarme sólo me decía que faltaba dinero, en realidad pagamos la cuenta cerrada, pero algo se nos pasó de seguro y no lo contemplamos y en la cuenta parecía que no dejamos propina porque quedó exacta la cuenta pero el hecho de que se pusiera prepotente el mesero a pesar de que yo le dije ayúdame a ver que nos faltó de pagar se nos hizo de mal gusto y nos fuimos sin más, en realidad la cuenta se quedó como si no hubiéramos dejado propina, pero en realidad era algo que nos faltó pagar pero como el mesero se puso prepotente dijimos a bueno mejor así está bien, y nos fuimos. El mesero pudo hacer hecho cuentas de lo que pedimos y pagamos cada una pero se puso muy prepotente diciéndome que lo podíamos revisar en mi cara, si lo podemos revisar, pero no en mi cara…

Está lindo el lugar pero mejor me como una maruchan no saben hacer ramen lo único más salvable fue el sushi 5/10 bebidas igual costo está elevado para la calidad de comida

Fatal, servicio mediocre, la comida que era frita venían quemadas y tiesas, pedí como siempre en mis bebidas un poquito de romero y limón amarillo me dieron una grosería saturaron el vaso de romero tuve que quitarle un buen de romero. Luego le hice una petición al gerente que si podía poner en el postre felicidades y pues tajante y como si fuera el dueño dijo que no. Te atienden como si no les gustara el trabajo o les pagan mal o los maltratan que así es como te reciben, tratan de imitar al Restaurante Animal que soy cliente VIP de ahí pero en serio solo fui por que mi abogada era su cumple y le gusta ese lugar. El postre me la llevé al Maison Kayser de Landmark para terminar la noche con un buen sabor de boca. No cuentan con estacionamiento para personas con discapacidad. Horrible experiencia, primero me salió un pedazo de vidrio en el ramen, luego el agua natural que pedí traía restos de comida, cosa que me di cuenta ya que me lo había tomado y mi acompañante y yo nos enfermamos del estómago. No recomiendo ir, fue asqueroso
