I am Thoroughly Pleased with this location's Service, Atmosphere and it's AMAZING Employees. I come regularly since joining the Unlimited Sip Club. I tend to work an abundance of 11 hr. shifts on my job and I swear by the Charged Lemonades (Ya'll stole me from StarBucks 😁). It's the equivalence of (2) cups of coffee and a nice change for a cold drink. It helps me power through my (6) day week. I was trying to take advantage of the Bakers Dozen deal on Tuesday at another location and the mgr. said that they were sold out and it was only 3 p.m. I was miffed, so I called across town to my favorite location and Josh (Mgr.) went above and beyond to take care of me. He took care of my needs over the phone and it was bagged and ready upon my arrival. They have a young and pleasant staff who makes you feel welcome. Keep up the Good Work, I Appreciate you 🤗🎉🌞

What an awesome Panera location! I've been to many before, but on a rest stop on our drive down to Georgia we stopped at this location. Not only was the food just as good and fresh as always, but my aunt who has a brain injury ordered a salad she did not like, and they offered to remake a different one for her at no extra cost. They even brought it out to us and when we asked for it to go they happily abliged and bagged it up, smiles on their faces and everything 👌 So impressed!!!

Love this location. The manager (I think her name is Anna) is so kind each and every time I come here. I love that shes in the back actually preparing food w/ her employees. The employees are all very sweet. Location is very well kept, clean & the food comes out fast every time. A+

I had an issue with a salad that I ordered and Anna (I think she’s the manager) was incredibly nice and helpful! She got a new salad made for me super quick and even offered me pastry item. 10/10 service.

We was amazing how Anna has been resolved my problem when I got my order no complete, high quality service and she is working hard all the time as your own business, I hopefully she will have success in her career in this chain.

Great Panera location! I placed an ”ASAP To-go” order online, which was very convenient as I did not have a lot of time for lunch. My order was ready shortly after arriving and was 100% correct. The restaurant was clean inside, the staff was friendly, and my food was fresh and delicious.

This is a great pandora to study and eat at! I love that there are some corners to study in and plenty of plugs. This Panera seems bigger than most and it is easy to find a seat. There are also many people coming through but there is plenty of space to walk through the tables. The worst thing that can happen when you are studying is to have someone bump into you! I suggest this Panera as the best in the area.

Our visit was 16 February 2024, our dishes were grill cheese, cup autumn squash soup, cup bistro onion soup, French baguette bread, 2 apple, 2 drinks. The staff was pleasant and the food came out hot. It was a to-go order and it stayed hot to get to our hotel. The restaurant was clean and we almost stayed but we were tired from our drive. The food was well prepared and if back in town would stop back.

This Panera did not substitute kiosks for human interaction and the experience was delightful! Excellent service and food! Thanks!

top tier location of Panera, probably the best ever. I always get the Chipotle Chicken Avocado because one cashier (I think her name is Steph?) recommended it and it is SO GOOD! I keep coming back all the time for it! EDIT: just came back to this review to add that I always get the best customer service at this location, usually Steph, and sometimes Isaiah, being great employees. I always tip them a lot because of how gracious and welcoming they are!

Love this location. We came later in the evening for dinner so they had run out of a few of the things we had ordered. They let us know and let us pick out any of the other desserts to make up for the amount we didn’t get. Very kind people and cozy atmosphere!

Good place for good coffee and organic healthy meals and pastries. The staff here are both attentive and friendly, moreso, unfortunately and fortunately, than other locations. They're also visibly conscious about the cleanliness of their facilities. I spent an afternoon here and had a peaceful, quiet experience. I was able to work on my laptop and drink coffee contentedly until it was nearly time to close. This particular location is a small oasis with delicious offerings, albeit a little on the costly side, just a humble walk (or drive) away from the mall and other outlets. I can see myself settling into a comfortable routine here for the time being.

I was meeting my team for the first time before we participated in a curling bonspiel, and we had a nice brunch! One wanted breakfast, so we planned on 10:45, but I was looking for some protein that I could eat in between games too. I ordered a new salad that I hadn't seen on the menu (it's been a while since I ate at Panera); it was a delicious green salad with grains, banana peppers or pepperoncini and grilled chicken. My food was ready fast, tasted great, and we had a great weekend curling!

Food is scrumptious and consistent. Customer service is always great as well!

I ordered the Ceaser chicken salad, half order. For $7, it was not generous but it was enough. It was not amazingly tasty but it wasn't bad either. A solid average. But I am giving Panera an extra star because I can sit here all day and drink their coffee and they like it 😊.

Decided to try this place again and I’m glad that I did. I was unsure what to order so the female employee gave me her recommendation and it turned out GREATTTTT!!! I had the bbq chicken sandwich. The iced coffee was just “ok” for some reason it doesn’t seem as strong as their hot coffee. But it was still pretty decent. But I won’t order it again. I’ll just try a hot coffee or other beverage. I also received their “kitchen sink” cookie and OMG it is so yummy!!! The two female employees that assisted me were excellent. Thank you for a great experience.

Dropped by here for a quick bite. I was greeted by a very perky, smiling young lady at the counter who quickly took my order. She informed me after that breakfast ended 30 minutes earlier and if I would like something else? I told her anything else she picked is fine as long as it's not spicy, since I had not eaten as yet. I got the wrong bread but the sandwich was good. Place smelled weird. As if it could use some airing out. Place was clean.

I had the pizza with sausage and pepperoni! I really thought it had a great taste. They were out of soup which was a disappointment as I originally wanted soup and sandwich. My son had the chicken chipotle pizza. We shared. My daughter in law had the chipotle chicken avocado melt. They forgot the cheese but made it right!

Fantastic food as always and this is our first time to this location. I liked how large of a store it was. Staff was courteous. Only complaint was the restrooms being a bit rough and no hooks to hang my purse on.

Visited this location on a Sunday morning after services. It was crowded and busy. The staff was quick, efficient, and professional. The facility was clean and the staff wore gloves when touching food. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the cashier should wash hands after handling money and then put gloves on. This is basic food safety and handling.

Good food, right? Poor customer service every time. I tip because I feel like I should but I'm disappointed every time by the customer service so I'm not sure about why I'm tipping. My food was stolen once before and the server admitted to it. So why am I tipping? Glutton for punishment...

Great place to grab an early dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. They get pretty busy around 6 and later (and soups run out because of location) and there's more mess ups. I've been here dozens of times and I've only had bad service (missing things, wrong orders filled) once, which isn't bad when you frequent a place enough that they know you don't like chicken on your salad. Definitely recommend!!

Isaiah assisted me he was very professional & just had a awesome personality. Isaiah made my day cause i was mad there werent any everything bagels... Isaiah was very pleasant even when his lead/mgr rudely interrupted him taking my order demanding he get on his register...This young man was very poised....remained professional & quite pleasant & continue to take my order w/ a pleasant manner.. Astonishingly how proffessional he remained after the manager was rude to Isaiah making demands without saying, please or thank you understand the importance of treating employees well. Customers like myself take notice of things like this. Cause I would hate for Panera to lose a good employee like Isaiah. Cause it's going to make me not want to return if I'm not greeted with someone as awesome as Isaiah!!!!

Service is generally good. The food is always good. There have been a couple occasions where they got the order wrong. The indoor dining is nice and there's also seats and tables in the patio.

I had came in with my sister in law for lunch and we had gone to the mobile register where you can customize your order. Once I had finished customizing my salad I had waited by the pick up line to get my order. However the pickup time was usually slow I do however wanted to give a shout out to the employee that was working at the pickup area she was extremely kind. I had gotten my salad that I ordered and I told the employee that there was an error and I choose the Fuji apple salad without the onions. She then politely told me they they would make another for me, once I received the next salad it was incorrect again with things I didn't want since I had the option to customize my salad at the mobile register. I just wanted to share to be mindful of this also for allergy reasons. To the kind employee working the pick up area she did a wonderful job. Even when my order the first time was not correct she was extremely polite, and there was a gentleman behind me that his was wrong as well. Even though this wasn't the experience I was hoping for, the staff has been very polite.

Talk about a late night adventure. The manager took excellent care of us. The food was served fast and was a great value.

Good food and clean place. Staff is not great at making food efficient. The manager was very nice and got my refund but I got a Turkey bacon bravo got home the sandwich had no Turkey in it. Overall check your food and you'll be okay.

I've eaten at this location several times and normally the food is quite good. Today however was a different story. I ordered a pick 2. Caesar salad was nothing but leftover lettuce and the Bravo turkey club sandwich had a strange after taste and the bacon looked very strange as well. Hit or miss here.

Food is decent, like what Panera tastes like. Customer isn’t anything special but they treat you bad either. Just beware, if you order curbside, you’re order might sit there for a bit if they’re busy. The app told me my order was ready but apparently they were too busy to walk it out. I even tipped for those 20 or so steps they’d have to take to bring it to my car. Alas, I had to do the walking inside, and nobody tipped me. Lol

I love Panera, but the cost for the portions they serve doesn't make me feel like I'm getting a great or even good value for my money. The food was great as always, but the portion sizes...

The food is as good as any other Panera, but their curbside operation is a tragedy. Twice now, I've waited in my car for a full fifteen minutes before my food was brought out. The latest time I rushed out and didn't realize until I was gone that part of my order was missing.

My 1st time experience in Panera as a patron. I joined Sips Club, so that was my 1st time at this location while on a business trip. The app did give false information as I had selected drive thru, and there wasn't one. I looked for my drink order in the designated location, but it wasn't there. I had noticed staff calling out customers' names. However, mine was not, so I went to the counter and saw my order was ready.

I pre ordered online. When I got there, no one was in line and 3 staff where behind the counter. I waited for acknowledgement and they clear saw me, nothing. I finally went to the register and the lady was nasty when I asked her where do I pick up my online order. When I went to the area, I did see my order. The another lady asked me what name I was looking for and I told her. She told me that another staff took my order as if it was a delivery. She was nice and remade my order and I appreciate that. I spent over 30 to 40 minutes for a pick up online order. Never again. Not a good experience.

I love panera! The bakery items are delicious and generally fresh. The drinks are excellent along with the food. I re joined the sip club and usually get the agave lemonade. This time I decided to try the unsweetened ice tea as they have sweeteners to taste. I used the sweetener and the ice tea tasted like iced coffee! Panera rookie move. Do not use the same carafe to brew the tea! Coffee is stronger than tea and overpowers the taste. Also, I was going to get a pastry until I saw gnats crawling along the chocolate chip muffin tops. This time of the year the pastries need to be covered. Bugs love the sweets too!😳

Let me confess. I love the autumn soup!!! This time I ordered a half a sandwich and chips. Extremely displeased with the quarter of a sandwich I received. Maybe this was because it was late in the evening. I don’t know but I was not satisfied with my purchase.

Panera’s I understand that you all are on a shortage of ingredients (hint the depressing salad with scarce lettuce and no tomatoes) and employees I’m here every week and every other day and it’s always something. The employees are always pleasant by the way. The food is not cheap but it’s the closest thing to being healthy near me, but this is unacceptable. A drop of dressing?? Seriously? Like I said the food is already expensive but you short the customers on ingredients we do get. Do better. I will be going to the other location because for what I pay and still being hungry afterwards don’t add up. That is 1 teaspoon total of dressing by the way

I love Panera, I eat at Panera couple times a week. This panera location is close to my Fiance's place, therefore we come here most often. All the other locations always get my order correct. Sad to say this location cannot get an order correct! [Crying Out Loud 😣] Most times I will be missing a main ingredient like the egg or the meat. It's a joke. Im pretty used to it though, we celebrate anytime they actually get our order right. Ha! Ha! Today my sandwich is missing the egg. Come on guys! 😲

This location is just ok. Often times the tables are not turned over, that is cleaned in timely fashion by ti me the next customer enters for dining, botched coffee or empty coffee, in the morning if you are trying to grab something before work, the cashiers are slow to serve because they are busy setting up and will see you have you wait until however long it takes them to finish for a busy location you'd think Panera would invest is impeccable upkeep. Maybe because it's busy they think they're golden. To me it falls short of my Panera expectations that I see and experienced in other locations 😩 apart of the coffee club and instead of saying they're out of hazelnut they replaced it with dark roast trash 🗑️ SMH even after I told them the New batch was still not hazelnut but trash 🗑️

More often than not this location gets my order wrong. The team working there is friendly but extremely understaffed and unable to provide the service expected by paying customers. I payed extra money for additional topping on my salad and they were not included and no one would answer the phone to even hear me out.

The service was great! I ordered take out for my family... But when I got home and everyone started eating it all went down hill! I ordered mac and cheese for my daughter Panera bread changed it and put broccoli in the mac and cheese! My daughter didn't like it. My other daughter had an apple with her meal and it was rotten. I had a bacon turkey bravo and there was no bacon and the turkey was bad it must have expired.. I also ordered three baguettes and I only received one but I paid for three. Very disappointed, it wasn't cheap I mean it was kind of expensive. I wanted to get a chocolate chip cookie for my kids but they were $4 a piece! So forget that! Very disappointed!

Aside from the first young lady, the women working there brought a cafeteria feel… Panera Cafeteria… The way they militantly call your name and slide the food across the counter made me feel like I was in a cafeteria instead of a cafe. Plus my green goddess was more like peasant gruel… very little effort was put into it clearly.

I have to say I never write reviews, but this Panera continues to disappoint. The past several times I have been here they have been out of the things that I order. The same girl has checked me out every time and she has had a major attitude multiple times. Plus I just waited for 12 minutes for a to go order of soup (not my first choice... they were out of my first choice) which literally only had to be ladled out of the soup container. I love the Panera chain, and I will continue eating at Panera but this location is not my favorite. I would go elsewhere.

I feel the Panera has been progressively going downhill over the past couple years. This particular location has failed me several times. Mostly when I get food to go or choose rapid pick up. Make sure to double check that they got your order correct. My recent incident was that they failed to put sauce on my sandwich… I asked for three different kinds of sauces and I barely got one…

Great food but unfortunately some cashiers can be rude. Had one of the females at the counter roll her eyes at me when I wanted to add my rewards number for my points. I'm a regular customer and spend quite a bit at that location so I was a little surprised to see that.

I'm really disappointed in Panera Bread the food quality has went down tremendously. I ordered the new grill mac and cheese sandwich and had to send it back twice because it was cold. The employees act like they don't want to be there and when you ask for extra condiments or have an special request they act like the world is coming to an end.

I know this isn't specific to this Panera bread, but it's a very annoying pattern I've noticed. Panera's app or website will conveniently alert you if a menu item like a dish or a side is out of stock, but it doesn't do this for toppings. Multiple times (from different Panera bread locations) I have ordered a Mediterranean bowl and upon receiving it, some of the toppings are missing. I asked the first time this happened and they said it was because they were out of certain ones. Interestingly, Panera's ordering kiosks inside the stores do alert you if a topping is missing, so I don't know why this hasn't made it to the website and mobile app. The Mediterranean bowl I just received is missing arugula and cucumbers. I would not have ordered it had I known these toppings were missing. "Why not just call ahead and ask?" Because the last time I did that, the employee I spoke to didn't know what arugula was....

Food was bland sandwich was not the size expected. And they seem to be out of almost everything I was asking for

I went to the movies at Northlake. After the movie I thought I would grab some soup and sandwich meals from this Panera. I ordered on my phone. The order was ready in 5 mins. When I got home the soups were fine, but the grilled cheese wasn't really grilled and the Half grilled Chicken & Avo BLT wasn't grilled either and it had no avocado or bacon. The sandwiches used to be great here. The sandwich quality have gone way down hill.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU WALK OUT! We tried to grab breakfast there two weeks ago. After ordering from their touch screen at the store. We walked to the counter to find out the electric ordering wasn’t working. Ordered in person and some of the things the touch screen said we’re not available, actually were available. Then we ordered again. The time to fill the order took longer than we’re accustomed to. We hustled out late for church because we were there so long. Then in the car found they shorted us one entree that we ordered and paid for. Tried calling them multiple times that day mid afternoon but when I would hit the option to speak with the manager after several rings the phone would just always disconnect, repeatedly. The food was very fair at best what we did receive. Hopefully just one bad customer experience. But, it would be nice of they started their phones. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU WALK OUT! :)

Not busy at all but long wait. 2 orders wrong out of 2. The chicken chipotle sandwich had no chicken and there was a piece of plastic in the soup. They forgot the chips and spoon with the new correct order. However, food was fine when it was right. Also, last time I ordered delivery from here they gave me the wrong order too. Definitely check if you get to go.

There was a time when Panera was awesome. That time has come and gone!!!! Place is not clean, tables are not wiped down. Self service on drinks and they call you to a window to pick up your food. And they want tipped???? Thought we would try this location because we were nearby. Ordered a cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. Took first bite and was massively disappointed. Said out loud I think this had gone bad. Bride had soup and a half sandwich (cranberry walnut chicken salad) she took a bite and said hers was ok that it wasn’t spoiled. ok, So I opened my sandwich and said no cranberry’s no walnuts. Tastes like fish purée. Turns out it is tuna fish chum. Yuck! They remade sandwiches with the right ingredients still seemed like they scooped open canned over processed purée of chicken salad and threw in canned cranberries. For $25 this was a waste. Threw it in the trash and moved on. Will not be back.

This cashier was extremely rude for no reason. He was standing with his coworker talking while I was waiting and I wasn’t even saying anything. His coworker said “you have a customer” and he said “I know, I can wait all day” multiple times, knowing I could hear him. Like I don’t understand being rude to someone for no reason.

I will never go to this location again. The bathroom was dirty and there were bugs flying around every where. I saw dead bugs beside the toilet and everything. After I ate my food I immediately started feeling sick and had to go to bathroom which is when i saw the dead bugs. The table was not even clean when we sat down the only reason I stayed from the very beginning is because I met up with an old friend and thats where she wanted to eat. I will never go again.

The manager was absolutely rude to me . I called the store and ask to speak to the manager tell her that they forgot to put my bread bowl in my bag that went with my broccoli and cheese. The manager told me to drive back out to the store the next day for the bread bowl without the soup .I said you mean to tell me that you are going to give me (bread bowl only )when it was your company mistake that you didn't put it in the bag.l asked her for her name and she hung the phone up in my face.I will not go back to this restaurant ever again.

Ordered takeout and a couple of items were missing. The delivery person was rude. When I called to see if they're send the meeting items, no one answered even though there was no one in the store when I arrived. In the store the people behind the counter were rude and lazy. They were closing at 6pm on Saturday when they're supposed to be open until 10. Try another location

Ordered a strawberry smoothie. I'm pretty sure I got strawberry juice lol. I didn't notice on the spot since I was in a rush.

Would be nice if these people actually cared about its customers. It seems these people lack attention in the quality control area. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and salads to go. I ordered the Mediterranean and got a turkey club. I cannot stand turkey breast, so I wasted $7. The staff put lines on the receipt to indicate the order had been checked, which it obviously was not. To top it off, my wife contacted Panera, who dismissed her and did not bother to address her email or offer to right the wrong. It is too bad because we like to order from Panera, however, we will spend our money at places that value our business and actually care about its customers. I suppose they have enough business, revenues, and profits where they don't need any of my business. That is OK and I will be sure to let everyone I know how they choose to operate and treat people.

It would seem Panera is trying to make it difficult for me to like them anymore. Each time I visit this location, am reminded that their food &service isn't worth the time and money. There was a sign on the door stating that food was takeout only due to staff shortage. What I couldn't get my head around was the fact that there were at least 6 people behind the food prep counter chatting each other up or on their phone with completely blank order screens yet it took 15minutes to put soup into a paper cup. No baguette or utensils so I had to come back into the restaurant after leaving. It was so awkward standing there waiting for them to finish their conversation. In the meantime, the dining room smelled of a school cafeteria and was a mess. Why are there so many people standing around? $10 for a cup of ice tea and a soup, won't be returning.

Edit: I gave this location another chance on 9-21-23. I received an email saying my order was ready, then listened to the staff discuss Kevin Bacon and what 40hr workers must do on their off-time. I don't give a **** if you're within 5 steps of Kevin Bacon, make the salad, dude. I just love spending my whole lunch break waiting to pick up my to-go order. Deleting the Panera app and removing Panera from my rotation.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to!!! I waited over 40 mins for a sandwich and soup and there was only 3 ppl ahead of me.. Then the person after me got there food before me!! It looked like the cooks/employees were just playing around.. Finally I went up to the pick up window and asked about my food. The girl who just clocked in looked over to the oven and there wrapped and ready was my sandwich. I happened to look through that window 10 mins before I asked her and saw that sandwich sitting there... Poor VERY POOR service!! I don't even want to mark a star!! -0

Mother Bread must have been having a horrible day. Ordering a large order here to take to clients felt like I was the enemy. Another employee came out to intercede and nobody really apologized after I told her that it felt like I’ve done something wrong and they don’t want me here. The other guy just said “no no no” and kept working. Everything I asked for was met with a question like I should know exactly word for word how to describe what she needs to do her job easier. I’m sitting here waiting and this is the last time I come to a Panera Bread. I won’t pay for abuse.

When they get your order right, the food is amazing! However, I live next door to this location and so far it has been disappointing. They often get the order wrong, it always takes forever to get my food and service is the worst. Nobody interacts with you, neither have I ever seen someone smile. The other day it seemed they’re understaffed and the manager seemed and looked irritated and upset. Today I order a salad with extra croutons and guess what? They’re all stail. They have a long way to improve in this location.

Not clear when you walk in as new customer on what to order and where to wait. I felt out of place. I'm guessing if your a long standing customer who knows what you want you would enjoy this. Walked in and ordered a sandwich they said they were out of turkey. Ordered something else. Went to walk over to get my drink... there was throw up all over the floor, when I brought it to the blonde managers attention she didn't say much and sprayed lysol on the floor and that was it. Didn't say anyone was going to even clean it up. I asked for my order to be brought over by the door because the throw up smell was awful and they made me get my order from the cubby. I am dissatisfied with the service today, it ruined my appetite and I threw my lunch away.

Northlake Panera is a horrible restaurant and should be closed down. I have had horrible experience the last two times I have dined. One time I found hair in my blueberry muffin and just recently I ordered a grilled Mac and cheese sandwich to go and some other food items. Instead of getting the sandwich I got a large Mac and cheese. When I called the store I spoke to Josh he told me we could return and get the sandwich. Upon returning to the store I had to wait 40 mins and had to ask three times what was taking so long to make one sandwich. All the store reps kept saying is that it was being made. Once I finally received my sandwich it was cold. I will NEVER go to another Panera again.

I spent more than $50 on an order for myself and my daughters, and a manager named Carri(n) labeled me a liar and ordered me to "take it up with Doordash!" I was shocked by how inept and disrespectful she was. I placed my order using the Panera Bread app on my phone. Despite the fact that they gave me updates indicating that the order was "Delivered," it never arrived. We were informed that it had been sent to the incorrect address and that they would send the order again when I contacted. Once more, the order stated that it was "Delivered," yet it was never. I know it wasn't delivered to my house since I have cameras all over it, including a doorbell camera. One thing I believe the manager Carri(n) did not comprehend is that after placing my first order, my wife arrived home and was also hungry, so we placed a second order that was delivered without any problems (to the same address of course, using the same app, smh). Therefore, when we called her back a second time to report that it had occurred with our larger order again, she advised us to "Take it up with Doordash" because Doordash had a photo of what happened. this Carri(n) even refused to give me a refund for my order. I was so offended, I started to phone the bank and report it as fraud, I felt like they were doing precisely that! Instead, I called corporate, who gave me a refund (as they ought to have) and a Pick 2—yeah, right! As a software developer, my time is money, and $15 worth of free goods just isn't cutting it after over an hour of phone conversations between them and corporate. Corporate ultimately gave me an additional present, which made everything "fine." I'm still upset that we waited for three hours for nothing and were essentially labelled liars. I frequently patronize this shop, or rather, I used to.

Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my whole life. After waiting close to 50 minutes I got told that I was going to have to wait longer, but that I couldn't be given an ETA on the wait because my order wasn't even on the screen yet. Tried to cancel my order and ended up having to wait just to do that. Ended up spending nearly an hour and a half just to leave without eating anything. I know that times are difficult right now but an hour and a half for a sandwich is unacceptable.

Very bad. I ordered an egg sandwich for breakfast, and when I got to work, the egg was raw, had gotten smashed and was all over the container. Even if I could have picked up the mess, I wouldn't have eaten it because it wasn't cooked properly. I even sent an e-mail to corporate and they never responded. Real good customer service......

Do not go here , employees have no sense of urgency and they just toss the bag at you like it’s your fault you have to wait 20 minutes for one small pickup order .

This place is super dirty. I ordered a soup and there was an insect in the soup. It looked like a cockroach inside the soup.

I recently placed a large order on behalf of my company which included 30 bagels of six different varieties. Unfortunately, all of the bagels were placed together in a single bag without any separation or labeling. This made it extremely difficult to distribute them appropriately among our team. Given the size and nature of the order, I was quite disappointed with the presentation and came very close to requesting a refund. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve service for future bulk orders.

We got really sick after eating here. Our stomachs were extremely upset.

Idk what's going on with this location. Infuriatingly long waits both to order and for the food to be prepared. Ordered on the app this time to avoid the slowness at the counter... it's 10 minutes past when they initially said it would be ready and according to the status board they haven't even started it yet. 🤬

I feel like the quality of food has decreased exponentially. I ordered 2 of the spicy take chicken sandwiches and it was terrible. Chicken was so bland, not spicy at all. I took one bite and it turned my stomach. I couldn’t eat it. Spent $34 and I regret it. I may never eat at Panera again which is so sad. Panera used to be great.

Yesterday my experience out started nice. The cashier was pleasant. We waited for our food which included a frozen drink. They made the drink first and a little over 15 minutes later it was melted and we had to request it be remade. We get home and my salad has no salad dressing and the tuna sandwich barely had tuna. I usually have a great experience at every location.

Bought a bagel yesterday evening on 5/21, and I asked the young man to slice the bagel. He handed it to me without it being sliced so I remind him and he takes my bagel back but before he takes my bagel out the bag with his gloved hands, he decides to move the trash can around. I didn't get that part? Couldn't that have waited until after you touched my food? I didn't wait to find out if he would have changed gloves, I told him never mind and took my bagel. All that to get him to a Tough and Hard Bagel that tastes like it's a few days old. Very Disappointed in Panera!!!

I haven't eaten at Panera since 2020, but remembered that their salads were nice and tasty. Yesterday, I went for a very late lunch at around 330PM-ish, and ordered the new Southwest salad, the creamy tomato soup bowl, the pecan braid (pastry) and a large beverage. I forgot that Panera served only Pepsi products, so that was a huge blow. But anyway, the salad was very flavorless, even including the 'southwest' dressing they included to make it a "southwest salad," but neither that or the ranch dressing had any taste. It was almost like a cafeteria paste of what ranch is supposed to taste like. To be $30, it was a very unfortunate and pathetic experience, especially if it appeared and tasted like food from Ikea. And then Panera expected you to dispose and tidy your dishes before you leave? No thanks! I'll never be back.. Yikes.

I went in ready to order. The cashier saw me then proceeded to sweep the counter with a handheld brush for about two minutes. After she finished sweeping the imaginary dust, I ordered a sandwich and a side salad. When my order was ready, only the salad was in the bag. I went back to the cashier to ask about the sandwich, she said “huh”? Apparently she never charged me for the sandwich. I then paid for the sandwich and waited. While I waited, I noticed another customer go back to the cashier with their food. I guess I wasn’t the only one. Once I got home and opened the sandwich, there’s no meat. I don’t know what La La land the workers are in because the service here is horrible. The food and everything else is ok.

So, my family and I stopped going to Panera after several bad experiences at multiple locations. I decided that I should be ok to go up to the counter, order items from the bakery, and leave. However, this was too complicated for this Panera to handle. After ordering and paying, the employees decided to stand around and talk rather than get my order together so I could leave. After several minutes someone else ordered the same thing and they had to refund me because they no longer had enough to fill my order. It will be a while longer before I order from here again (for personal or for my business lunches).
