Got the mango oolong fruit tea with passion fruit jelly and mango pudding. Asked for 50% sweetness which was nice cause then I could taste the tea and not just mango. Giant cup for a great price! Really friendly staff! Check-in on Yelp or FB for a free upgrade!

I was very excited to find out that this store opened right down the street from my work. I no longer have to drive all the way to Northridge to get a boba fix. This store is on the smaller side but feels pretty spacious. I was able to get in and out very quickly. The guy working was also super friendly and helped me find something I hadn't tried before that was super yummy. I will be back, probably a lot more often than I should.

Bon Bon has the best flavors and the boba is fresh. Quality you can taste. My first time at this particular location and the drinks are the same across other locations. I suggest the snow milk with egg pudding or the milk tea with sea salt vanilla foam, or the watermelon slushie

Tried their different slushy flavors from all three locations and I must commend on their consistence in quality. I've become some what of a boba aficionado and I am never disappointed by Bon Bon Tea Houses boba. They are served soft, gooey, and warm, and they recommend you do not shake them and mix the boba with the slushy that cause them to start to freeze. For some reason, at least for my taste, the cold boba just don't taste nearly as good as warm boba, and don't get me started on frozen boba, that's a crime against humanity! Also they brew their thai iced tea as opposed to mixing them from powder and indeed they taste much better for it. Ask for a free sample next time you are there!

Excellent customer service! Friendly greetings, smiles, and positive vibes. Both Chatsworth and Reseda locations rock. No lines at Chatsworth. They even offered me a trial shot before making my milk tea with red beans. Their strawberry milk tea is awesome too. For the price, you get a huge cup. They have 2 sizes. The small is enough for 2 people! Oolong teas are so fragrant!

My ultimate favorite Boba spot. I been to Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and now the Valley when I say they make the absolutely best Bobas I'm not joking. You have to give a try if you come across one specially the one on Chatsworth by Norhoff and De Soto.

Brand new place just opened, looks very sterile with high counters not allowing you to peek behind them. Not many seating as I foresee this to be a popular hangout for younger crowds. Only 2 staff working on Sun evening when we're here. Place is clean and spacious, server was nice and made a recommendation

Nice spot with a great variety of herbal teas and milk teas. Ranging fron Thai ice tea, to mango, to taro, lavender, to winterberry and more, there's a ton to choose from! I tried the lavender milk tea with boba, and it was excellent! Super friendly crew, with nice relaxing atmosphere, plenty of places to sit, chill, or just wait for your drink.

I love this place .. the employees will go to great lengths to make sure you're happy with your drink. My signature drink -- I like to call Taro Taro Slush with Aloe is always on point. Make sure you tip those kids -- they work hard :-)

I can say I had a pretty good experience at Bonbon tea House luckily they are pretty quick you can get in and out relatively fast The drinks are good and they have a check-in special with Facebook which is cool when I will tell you is that the drinks can be a little more on the sweet side so definitely keep that on check you might want to level it down they're normal is quite sweet and I am a guy that likes his sweets

Bon Bon has fell off a bit from when it first opened it's now a middle of the pack boba spot although still solid. The best boba is Hey Tea and Odd One Out. That being said I still pop in because these guys are better then most.

Not so good neither bad. I love Mango milk tea with Boba. The drink looked like a chocolate drink. Generally it should look vibrant. Flavor wise it didn't had much Mango flavor. I was thirsty and wanted to have boba also at a new place. M not sure if m gonna order again. Rating 3 just because the staff was very friendly and order came in fast.

Very friendly and helpful staff that’s why I gave 2 stars. but drinks was horrible. Had the peach mojito half sugar and the ice lemon tea with jelly. Tea shops for me fall into two categories. Ones with good tea has the tea as the predominant flavor/taste and others are flavor forward. Both our drinks were neither of these. My mojito had tea that was so weak that you could almost not call it tea and I couldn’t taste the peach or mint flavor.

Drinks were not good (iced oolong and iced earl grey). My cup was not sealed properly and spilled on me before I took a sip. No napkins were provided with food, had to ask. They sell fried potstickers and squid balls but only have ketchup and ranch for dipping so keep that in mind in case that matters to your order. The fries and potstickers did taste good.

Wrong order charged me for boba and added none

I come to this place daily and when I purchase a regular smoothie with no boba I normally know what it cost. 6.05 plus my .65 cent off I get. When I order my smoothie was 7.06 the guy with the bleach hair said it’s because we sell food now. That’s why your smoothie higher. Very disappointed the start of my new year! I won’t recommend none of my clients to come here no more.
