This is one of the places we like to stop at and have some not-so-fast-food, healthier and very affordable food. The chicken, which is the star of this place, is always flavorful and they give us the right amount of chicken in every order, specifically at this location. We've had bad experiences at other locations but this one, most of the time gets it right. As a family of 5 we love to get the family meals and they're always the perfect amount for us, we also love their Nachos. What I also like about this place is that if you're on a diet, you find tasty healthy options on the menu to choose from. About the staff here, sometimes we get the friendly crew, other times not so friendly, but at least we haven't had a bad experience with anybody.

Best Authentic fire-grilled Seasoned Chicken... period! Outstanding Mac 'n' Cheese, too! Make use of the coupons that you get from this food establishment. I consider them better than fast food. While I like popeye's chicken better than KFC and churches, for authentic season chicken, a poya loco cannot be beat. You can also choose any sides when getting a family meal: I always like to get the macaroni and cheese for both side dishes, because it seems freshly made and moist. My FOUR STARS review of this restaurant falls just short of 5 stars, because in the past near closing, I did receive dried chicken instead of the freshly made chicken.

I went through the drive thru around 5 pm. Mind you no one was behind me. The customer service through the drive through was great and wasn’t an issue. I got a chicken pollo bowl, no beans and no onions. When I got home and ate the food, I noticed it had multiple cilantro stems in the food. I understand with cilantro there might be some stems. However some of these stems were huge and could pose a choking hazard to someone. Also some of the chicken was burnt. I gave it 3 stars because the customer service when I went through the drive thru was the only saving grace.

The food is very good. Every once in a while, you may get a piece that has been over cooked. The amount of salsa is always enough. The sides are good. The bowls are great meals when you need something quick. 10/26/2023 The first review was about three years ago. The last two times I went they made mistakes on the orders. The first time I ordered mixed and got legs and thighs. The second time I went for a eight piece and only got seven pieces. The food is still good. But the customer service has gone down. I am lowering the star rating from four star to a three star.

Decent place , it’s better than what I had else where from an El pollo . Good bargain for a nice meal . Staff were responsive and quick . Chicken is well cooked , tender and has great texture. Beans seems bit watery , nevertheless it’s fine . There coupon is well worth.Will go there again

The price of the food has become outrageous. My avocado burrito had too much avocado, It was $10 and I was still hungry after I ate it. Not great not horrible but very pricey.

7/2/25. Spoke to manager about the sewer smell coming out of the restroom into the dinning area. Hopefully it’s taken cared of. Great food. Good service. The smell ruins it.

Went really quick on my lunch break and got a 2 piece chicken and 2 sides for almost $12. Service was ok but when I opened my food I saw the thinnest chicken leg and a thigh leg with no meat 😡. I was already back at work, upset and super hungry. Didn't think of taking pictures since I only had a few more minutes to get back to work so I ate. For what I got in meat...the $12 was NOT worth it! They gave me 2 flour tortillas, I couldn't even fill one of them with the meat from the leg and thigh.

This restaurant was empty at 2:30 when I walked in no one was there and the 2 women in back looked at me and continued doing something no welcome no hello no I'll be with you soon. I decided to go to the bathroom and when finished walked up to the counter and was ignored again. I walked out. I use to live by a Pollo Loco and ate there 3 times a week I will never return to this location. I've always been happy with your chicken even read about the ma who created Polo Loco admired him much. Now I know why the parking lot and your location had not one customer yet waiters who obviously don't give a damn and are ruining what little business you hope to have....there are way too many other welcoming business's that welcome customers. I ordered a classic chicken tostada & chips. Chips were stale. The flour tortilla shell for the salad was rancid tasting! Perhaps the oil was bad or they sat out too long. Haven’t eaten here in a long time and I won’t eat here again! It used to be delicious😕
