Forever Yogurt Andersonville is a great,tasty, and fun experience. They have added a lot more of options within the last year. They are family friendly and they have a family night discount on Fridays.

The staff members are very friendly. I just came in there with my little sister and one of the workers were so nice towards her and I. The selection of toppings are great.

This is by far the best forever yogurt... His staff member that works here always keeps the place immaculate, all toppings and yogurts stocked, and is beyond friendly. It's always a pleasure to stop by and speak with them. Already looking forward to my next visit! :)

We decided to check it out on a whim...and I'm glad we did! It is the cutest place, especially for kids. Besides the AMAZING froyo, they have a ton of game boards near the back to play at your leisure.

This might be my first ever Google review, and it had to go to Forever Yogurt. Sparkling clean and impeccably tidy with an amazing array of toppings (not one, but two varieties of Nerds??). Come for the yogurt, stay for the delightful experience.

Came in early one Saturday morning. Got to chatting with the guy working there while my son played with the toys they have there. He guessed me at 15 years younger than him. He was off by 10 years. Not sure what made me happier, the delicious smoothie or his guess.

We come from west of the Medical District to the Andersonville Forever Yogurt when there are other frozen yogurt places miles closer. There is even another Forever Yogurt in Little Italy. We go for the variety of flavors, plethora of toppings, protectively clean (wipes, gloves, etc...) and most of all, EMILIO! The General Manager there is the best! You can tell by how he runs the place and treats all the customers that he takes great pride in his establishment. When this pandemic is behind us or is under control, this will once again be a great hangout for all. Keep up the great job Forever Yogurt and Emilio!

My favorite froyo place. They recently remodeled and removed some booths which leaves less space for customers. But the new furniture is nice and I love the flavor options.

Really good froyo. I love the dulce de leche flavor. The staff are really nice and helpful. This location won't take cash over a $20 because of a rash of counterfeits going around. Bring your debit card!

Best frozen yogurt experience in Chicago. They have EVERY topping, plus a nook in the back with a huge selection of board games. Great place to swing by for dessert after a dinner nearby.

Really good 😊 tried almost all the yogurts and I picked the toppings of fresh fruit and different kinds of cereal many other toppings to choose from. You pay for the weight of the yogurt and toppings Roughly between $10/$15 a cup 👍🏼

My son loves this place. They are also unbelievably KIND people, always giving him a free candy when we visit. Everything is BEYOND clean, they straighten and clean everything after someone uses something.

They bought new furniture, added board games, are stepping up their game. Bathroom is clean, drinking water available, lots of toppings. Juke box on wall. Froyo machines are well maintained, lots of good flavors.

I live 1 hr away and have other options closer but this by far is the best! The assistant manager is super friendly and attentive! The store is clean and they have a lot of options in games and toppings.

Love Forever yogurt, they have a rewards card now , that gives you nice discount after a certain amount of purchases. My favorite flavor it's the french vanilla and the euro tart.

My kid spilled a gallon of lemonade and they cleaned it up. Then we went back the next day and he gave me a free bottle of water. We go several times a week. It's the best.

We came in here after a hot walk and our smoothies hit the spot! Lots of options for different dietary needs and preferences. The place is super clean and both the guys working there were wonderful and incredibly friendly. We’re only passing through Chicago for a few days, but we would come back often if we could.

My little visits here are always so pleasant and the froyo is tasty with TONS of toppings available. The staff is constantly cleaning up and maintaining the entire area with a smile and infectiously positive attitudes. Something great is going on here and I see you all.

Overall EXTREMELY impressed. Initially I was a bit weary of eating at a serve yourself yogurt bar in Chicago during a pandemic, but am very pleased to say that the staff made the utmost effort to sanitize and clean after every customer. The manager greeted us right away and was very polite and hospitable, he treated my girlfriend and I as if we were the only ones in the shop. You can get frozen yogurt anywhere but you will not find this type of service everywhere.

I have been going to this location almost every other day for a protein smoothie this past month because they are some of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. I don’t usually write reviews, but customer service here is just extraordinary here like many people mentioned before! The place is very clean and they clean the machines after every use. The frozen dessert itself is obviously very good, but if you would also like to brighten up your day this would be the place to go!

Best array of topping at any FroYo place! - and I have been to almost all of them. Plus they have games to play, a great reading area, and the staff there is so friendly and is always delighted to see you! It is one of our favorite places in Andersonville!

We absolutely loved this place!! Just the look and feel of this place is so cool!! But the best part was truly the staff, they were so helpful and nice. I hardly ever review places online, but I love this cafe so much! Much more than a Forever Yoghurt spot, this is a neighborhood institution with hot beverages and board games among comfy seating. I come here regularly with my daughter to hang out.

Wow! I went here for the first time with my boyfriend on the 4th of July and was blown away by the cleanliness of the space and the friendliness of the staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that this location has two adorable seating areas with cozy couches, large tables and a fully stocked shelves of board games you can play while enjoying your frozen Yogurt. This would be the PERFECT spot for a first date! The women’s bathroom also has a baby changing station fully stocked with diapers and diaper changing supplies( powder, diaper cream, Vaseline, wipes). Highly recommend this fun spot to families with kids and also for couples looking for a cute and fun date! We will be back again!

What a great place. In addition to many tasty flavors and toppings, there is fresh juice bar, espresso drinks and candy! You can enjoy them on the cozy couches and play a game or read a book. All in one. I visited the Andersonville location with my daughter and loved our visit very much. Thank you forever yogurt!

This forever yogurt location is nothing like any other location in Chicago. When you walk inside you get a sense of being at home. The staff is great! Emilio is the best! He's literally sunshine in a human. When you come in you're greeted and asked how your day is going. The inside is so customized. If you have children stop by! There's board games. Music. Books. Candy. I mean just stop in and make your own judgment of the place. You won't be disappointed. Emilio knows all the regulars and makes any new customer feel right at home. It's a place for family and friends. Super clean and you are for sure coming back for more!

Easy to understand and rally cool stuff to put on. Would ask for a little spoon to taste the ice cream from the machines. I had other expectations. But it was still delicious. I wouldn’t overdose the candy, it was toooo sweet for my taste. But great staff and atmosphere there. You have each machine 3 knobs. Left side and right side are labeled, when you pull the one in the middle it mixes both of them.

They have expanded to have a juice bar & coffee bar, as well as areas in the front & back with board games, card games, and lots of seating. Plenty of games for kids & adults alike. The froyo is delicious, they have tons of toppings, and they even have a couple non-dairy options that rotate. The manager & all the staff were super friendly!

The yogurt was fantastic so so many choices. And the topping were unique and plentiful. Very nice and delightful place.

This place is IMMACULATE. So clean, so organized. If you have OCD, this is the place for you. All of spoons are always aligned perfectly. The staff pay such special attention to keeping the area clean and presentable after each customer. And to top it off - it’s the NICEST staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s such a great place to hang out, wonderful coffee, games and an inviting atmosphere. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

There are so few frozen yogurt places in Chicago, we’re lucky to have such a nice once near us. We love forever yogurt and are regulars when we need a sweet treat! They take really great care of the yogurt machines and topping stations and have delicious flavor options. Only con is they don’t have cookie dough as a topping.

Loved the decor. One of the most unique forever yogurts out there! Service is awesome ~ very clean and the people working there genuinely seem like they love what they do and the owner is super friendly and cheerful as well. love all the board games and kid friendly areas they have. I think I found our next hangout place :)

The selection of yoghurt flavors they have is so fun! The toppings bar is kept clean and neat. They have little puzzles and box games on the shelf for little ones. It’s quite a cute location.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 12 years (!) and it is simply perfect. The staff have clearly been trained so well- they always ALWAYS welcome every single customer who walks through the door, and they always seem cheerful and happy to be there. The machines and toppings stations are left SPOTLESS. I love coming here and I’m so glad it has stood the test of time!

This is the best yogurt store in the city! Noah is the owner who is at the store from 2:30 am until 8:00 pm. Store is clean and bright. Wonderful choices of smoothies and children’s cereal and frozen yogurt and toppings. I will be back and I live 40 minutes away!!!!!

Forever yogurt on Clark street- Yogurt is the "in" thing and I am digging it! When I heard they were opening up this location in Andersonville I was quite excited. I stood in line for the 50/50 promotion, first 50 people in line get free yogurt for a year. And I got to be # 47! Almost missed it! Variety of flavors, which is nice, but at times perhaps according to the flavor or the machine, some yogurts come out watery than others. Does not happen all the time, but as of lately it has. But overall good. The topping bars are amazing selection!!! I like the fact they have chocolate dipped strawberries!!! My favorite, and these bubble tapioca looking things that are flavored from strawberry, to kiwi is a burst of juiciness goodness!! But alas, it has come to the end of free yogurt. But this will not stop me from returning! The establishment is nice and clean and friendly staff! Shout out to Jessica!

So yes, I'm a 50/50 club member. Stayed in line to be one of the 50 folks to get free yogurt for a year! Love that it's a just few blocks from my house. The staff is always friendly and the toppings are always topped off. What's keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that when I go in the flavors I love the most are not being served. Some of froyo flavors can be on the watery side. So minus one star for the water and flavor choices. =(

It is absolutely the best frozen yogurt in Andersonville ! The biggest proof is the number of locals that are frequent customers. Only reason I won't give it 5 stars at this time is because I wish there was more variety/rotation on flavors, but it is a solid 4.5

As toppings go, this FY has the best variety. Not to mention how clean, organized and well stocked they always are. For those who want to enjoy their frozen yogurt while playing some board games, this location supplies a handful of fun games for your entertainment. My only complaint is that we have made the trip several times only to find that they are closed before their listed store hours. Went on Valentine's Day twenty minutes before the posted close time and the girl would not open the door. Might want to call ahead just in case because the hours posted online do not reflect their winter hours.

Cute interior, great location in Central Andersonville. It's a nice stop for frozen yogurt- health information is posted with each flavor- there are healthy options here! They also have cereal and smoothies with high protein options. The changing room is nicely designed for kids and babies (changing table extras) as well. There's is a huge selection of board games which makes this a fun place to hang out- even in winter. Ultimately, I have it 4 stars because when you add toppings to the food experience, you end up with a very expensive half cup of yogurt. If you actually filled the cup they give you and added all the toppings you're easily above $17 for a cup of yogurt. This makes a family outing very expensive for most.

Estuve en esta heladería con mi hijo y le encanto, a él le gustó mucho el poder servirse su helado y luego en el local tiene juegos de mesas muy divertidos por eso mi hijo dijo que era su tienda favorita jajaja, a mí me gusto, solo hay algo malo, yo son amante del café y vi que ofrecen café, así que pedí un espresso y realmente no paso la prueba, claro entiendo que su fuerte es los helados, pero si ofrecen café deberían de mejorar allí pero excelente lugar y la atención, visítenlo. I was in this ice cream parlor with my son and he loved it, he really liked being able to serve his ice cream and then in the place he has very fun board games so my son said it was his favorite store hahaha, I liked it, just There is something wrong, I am a coffee lover and I saw that they offer coffee, so I asked for an espresso and I really did not pass the test, of course I understand that their strength is ice cream, but if they offer coffee they should improve there but excellent place and attention , visit it. @juanchocoffee #juanchocoffee

Good yogurt flavors but weird set up of the toppings, I felt like I was skipping over some because I couldn't find them. Also, I felt it was missing out on a bunch of sauces most other places have. (peanut butter/hot fudge). Not dog friendly.

Great location and really big! Comfortable chairs and setting and lots of candy to chose from. But staff wasn’t all that friendly. And didn’t have the flavor I wanted. Didn’t have any flavor that I wanted. Disappointing

super overpriced for the quality. i paid $10 for a half filled cup. you can get a full pint of good ice cream for less than that. if it was super high quality and made in house i would understand. the inside is really cute though, and has comfy seating.

The new employee with the goth like outfit has a bad attitude. I asked her about mixing yogurt with milk as a smoothie or shake and she looked at me like I was crazy. Extra star was because the nicer manager saw she was struggling and that I needed help and took over from there. Definitely won't be coming back to this location

I went to Forever Yogurt on March 15 at their 5309 N Clark St location in Uptown and was given the wrong smoothie and did not realize it until I had paid and was handed the smoothie and drank some of it. The yogurt was okay, but this instance is enough not to go back to this location.

Ate a cup and gained like 5 pounds!! Unbelievable, no way it’s low calorie

Tenía muchas ganas de disfrutar de un helado refrescante, pero mi experiencia no fue del todo agradable. Pedí el helado de mango y lamentablemente no cumplió con mis expectativas. El sabor estaba aguado, agrio y desabrido, lo que hizo que no fuera una experiencia placentera. Además, la atención al cliente tampoco fue la mejor. Aunque hablé en español y el personal también lo habla, no fueron muy amables. Creo que si ofrecieran una atención más cálida, el lugar podría destacar mucho más. Espero que puedan trabajar en estos aspectos, porque he estado en otros puntos cercanos de esta misma heladería y es mejor.

Actually, I don't want to give this place even 1 star. I and my husband loved this place before, the guy who seems like manager or owner was so kind and nice every time. BUT! last Saturday around 3pm, I and my husband brought our 3 kids to this place. We were looking around to taste some new flavor for a while and just standing there but no one came to us. So my hubby picked the little paper tasting cups 3 for each 5 of us, and we were about to try flavors. At that moment i saw the employee lady, I told her, "we couldn't find you and can we try please?" She suddenly said " NO! You can try like this, try two for each" and took the mini cups away from my hubby's hand. It was so rude and unkind and mindless the way she talks and did. So we say nicely to her we couldn't find you and we are five people. She said "NO!" And we said "He usually gave us cups a lot and let us freely try" She said " Who is yhe guy? I don't know" we said " your manager or boss? And she said "My boss nver stay in this place" she was acting and talking like 5 yrs old. I am sure if the owner hire my 10yrs old girl, she will never treat customer like that. We told her "you should be more kind to customer and make sure customer can aware who is employee and we'll go to other place." She said " Ok, go ahead" it gave us bad feeling, and so upset in front of our kids, but we left. I think the place owner should do something about it. At least educate your employee how to serve and communicate with customer. It is awful to have those place in my neighborhood, and I'll talk to my friends about my experience.

The worker there was so mean. I heard her talking about me behind my back, and just saying all this rude stuff I did not feel welcome and she was really rude. I don’t know her name, but very mean lady.

Beware of the Asian girl with the glitter eyeshadow and the over done eyeliner who is absolutely rude and lacks customer service and common courtesy. Let me begin by saying I’ve been to many locations and this hasn’t been issue- my bf and I were putting flavors into the cups that we are PAYING FOR & decided to take a bite to see whether or not the flavors we’re commitment worthy. In the process of doing so she began scolding us like we’re criminals for doing so. Keep in mind they offer samples to begin with and the amount we poured vs ate was substantial and the store would incur no loss as a result. It was a bit excessive for my taste and I will not be returning as a result. There is a right way and a wrong way to talk to customers and I must say this girl crossed a line today. You do not YELL at customers who are spending $$ at your establishment. I seldom write bad reviews but this chick irked me to a different degree today.

Came in for the first time., the neighborhood has changed so much. I came in from the CBD shop and there was a man in a green jersey who approached me and asked if I was smoking. And I told him no. Not that he’s anywhere near a sercurity guard. But random people approaching your paying guests as if their job is security,is NOT okay. I made my purchase and left. Will have a conversation with the alderman about this weird and incredibly intrusive encounter. this Isn’t okay at all.

customer service was shockingly bad. unbelievable attitude was held against me. It's sad to have to leave a review for them to take care of it. It should be managed before we jump to take this measures. Too late to act .

Went here with my family for dessert as a reward. Place was busy with no help. Camera and staff watch customer every step entire time but does not offer help. Only reprimand for being wasteful of products but made no reservation about charging of waste products. Cashier was not upfront about charge until I checked my receipt. I agree with the charge and will pay for wasted products but don't go on and on about being wasteful and losing money, if you're already charging for it. I see frozen yogurt as a treat and happy place but it was far from expectation. Ruined our night.
