Outstanding service, environment, music, and of course food! Absolutely delicious and amazing recommendation by my knowledgeable server- Alfredo with shrimp, the sauce is made to order. You can tell they work as a team here and I appreciate every small detail. Thank you for a delicious meal.

I've been living around this place for yearssssss and this is my 1st time here. I noticed when I walked in they were super busy with parties, but I was still waited on immediately. They took care of me as if no one else was in the building.The service was wonderful. Margarita had the right amount of tequila...yum. I ordered the linguine Calabrese. It was phenomenal. It had the rt amount of spice! I will be back.

Elegant old world, classic Italian Cuisine, best describes what you can expect from your dining experience. They also have a sumptuous wine menu, that makes pairing your meal easy and complimentary. Fresh daily home made bread and soups,begin your meal. The menu is extensive, yet my personal favorite is the roasted salmon piccata, which I often find myself craving. There is plenty of parking in the free off the street parking lot. The entrance and facilities are handicap accessible.

This is my second time at this restaurant, and of course I will be back. The food choices are great if you like Italian food. I ordered the chicken franconello and it was so good. I will show you my food. Believe it or not I have eaten off of this plate and I still have enough 4 dinner today. We ordered the flatbread as an appetizer and I could have gone home after that it tastes just like a pizza so with that, the bread with the parmesan cheese and oil, and a cup of soup, trust me I was very very full. Come here and enjoy.

Had a nice time for my Husband's Birthday. The food was pretty good and the Drinks were off the chain!!!

The food is phenomenal and the service is impeccable. The pasta is perfection. They always have special menu items that are creative and delicious. I have yet to eat something I dislike.

This is my first time here. I really enjoyed my meal I had chicken fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had chicken Parmigiano. The food was delicious and well prepared. Our waitress was awesome very attentive and gave great service I will be returning.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive, very friendly, very fast. It's a bit loud in there so if you have trouble with hearing folks while in a noisy environment keep that in mind. Absolutely fantastic experience. This spot is a favorite for local friends of mine and I can see why.

Great food. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Clean space as well. Definitely recommend this place. The sangria is top notch.

Great atmosphere, very traditional. The food is great, I did takeout and sat down for a glass of wine while waiting. The service is very friendly and relaxing. I have been here a couple of times and the results are always the same. I will continue to come here.

This review is specifically for the lovely hostess Mary. Visiting this week was my first time and even over the phone she set a great first impression of the restaurant. When I arrived she was just as professional in person which made me happy I decided to give them a try.

Went There Just yesterday 4/14/2025 For My Fathers Birthday... The Food was very Tasty. Very well put together and a Plenty Portion. Kinda too Dark for me (lol) But The food was very very good. I shall Return...

Love sitting at the bar here for food and drinks. Marsha is the best! We love their banana peppers, appetizer, which totally takes me back to my grandma. Also very much enjoy all their chicken dishes, and they make great martinis.

This is a great place plus great atmosphere. I got reunited with my loud friends... yes loud. We talked a storm and the rain came. The great atmosphere feeling was the nice warm rooms with just the right light to feel at home. That feeling made it very special to all. Since we had lots to catch up on. I fully recommend a sampler. So sorry. Did not have time to use my picture taking skills since conversation was good. The service by far the host, waiter and cooks attended to all the details that where needed to make us feel relaxed and talkative. May I remind you it was 7 of us. Talking away. The items that we got in the sampler where so good and tastee that I fully recommend. About the price...well. it was reasonable. I can not complain. Since it was beers and wine that we where more interested in. Stella, red wine kept on coming. Nothing out of ordinary. But it sure made all seven of us leave with a happy smile and great recap of our life's. By the way. My friends are retired. I still work for a living. :) thank you for having us. We will be back more often.

Huge portions of great food. I had the mussel linguine in squid sauce. Everyone at the table loved the food. Service was so good. Waiter was knowledgeable about the menu. Plan on using their valet parking as street parking is sparce.

Franconello is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Jeanine and GM Marcia is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Great pork vesuvio. Must come back. 10/10.

Great Italian restaurant!!! The chicken parmigiana and italian sausage was delicious although the chicken was cut a little too thin which may have been the reason the chicken was a bit chewy and a little tough. I would order it again because it was seasoned perfectly. The food portions were generous. We had our desserts to go. The carrot cake was so good. Probably my favorite dish of the entire dinner. Also, our server was really nice and attentive with everyone at our table. Highly recommend this restaurant! 👌

First time here. Was a Sunday afternoon, free parking, no wait, Amazing food and the service,, The service was excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure we were content. Highly recommended, will definitely return

Atmosphere was good, not crowded so we could easily talk with minimum noise. Wine 🍷 was good. Food was tasty the pork chop was a little dry. 🤷🏽‍♀️ bread was good with oil and cheese. We also had calamari it was bland, the only flavor was dipping sauce. The dessert was yummy. Server was nice. Overall a good experience. 4.1 🌟

Very nice place. The gnocchi baked with cheese was excellent and really enjoyed it. The chicken picata and vesuvio potatoes we average. Could have used more flavor. More lemon on the chicken and more garlic on the potatoes. The bread was really good and fresh. I will come back and try other items. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend the gnocchi.

This is a family favourite! Admittedly it’s quite good for how far Franconello is to Italy. Serves traditional American Italian dishes with quite large portions of pasta. I have to say it’s the only place in the world that serves a good amount of ravioli/tortelloni! To top things off, make sure you have a giant slice of carrot cake. It’s so huge, it’s the size of my whole face!!!

I came in 1/09/24 for a business meeting. The food was very good, and our specific waitress was good, however when we tried to order dessert around 8:45pm we were informed that the kitchen was closed and that the restaurant would actually be closing at 9:00pm, a full hour earlier than the posted hours on their website and Google. No one informed us of this when we were sat, and then we were subject to multiple people "lightly" indicating that they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. The apology of our waitress is the ONLY reason service is getting 3 stars. When ended up going to Barraco's for dessert and to leisurely finish our conversation.

We came here with a small group (7) in mid August - & had one of the BEST pasta dishes in my life! Their bread was already a delight - subtle flavours & multi-seeded. The squid ink linguine (?) is currently not on the menu, but I hope it does come back, as it was simply divine! A most unique blend of squid & pasta flavours & served in the perfect portion. The calamari fritti was cooked to perfection- grilled, charcoal flavoured, buttery soft yet not rubbery. My husband had their veal parmigiana ~ perfectly cooked with a good balance of coating and meat. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all their dishes. The only surprising disappointment was the rigatoni bolognese, which was shockingly undercooked. The desserts, both tiramisu & chocolate lava cake ~ spectacular! The wait person was extremely hospitable and helpful. He tried his upmost best to keep my niece (severely allergic to sesame seeds & oil) from getting sick. We were among the first group to use the upstairs. It was lovely in the evening rain. As always, good food, great service. Note: There is only one bathroom upstairs and no elevator, so ask to be seated downstairs if those are concerns.

Stop by with no reservation, food was good, service was a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry. I will definitely go back. I got the 26oz Pork chop and potatoes.

Complimentary valet service. They even grab the door for you. Delicious and Very affordable pasta dishes. The sauces were so good.

The atmosphere is wonderful. Service was good. To be fair, I was here for lunch, so it was slow, but the service was in point. Portions are HUGE! Had lunch and enough leftovers for dinner. Nice place for a first date or family dinner. Price was higher than I would like, but it was worth it on portions alone. Check it out!

Went for dinner, food was quite wonderful, but the atmosphere was a bit loud. Will likely come again, but will avoid the bar. Asked about drinks and was told, "We have an open bar so anything you want." Ordered a Gibson and the waitress came back saying, "We can't make that one. We don't have the onion and all the other stuff." Bartender obviously doesn't know the craft since a Gibson has the same base as a normal dry martini with a different garnish. Since there is nothing to quantify "all the other stuff," i didn't trust the bar staff to know how to make a cocktail since they don't know what ingredients go into a drink.

Food tasted absolutely delicious and authentic! The drinks needs improvement as far as mixology goes but they are strong! Carrot cake is heavenly but at the price point size does matter. All in all I would recommend this place as a nice atmosphere for a date night or hideaway spot for someone special 😉

Food was a little bit on the bland side. Steak was not very tasty, kind of burned on the outside. My wife used to love their chicken marsala, she didnt care for it, at all this time. This place used to serve amazing food, a few years ago. Maybe they have a new cook?

The atmosphere was nice, service was decent and the food was ok. Then mussels and flatbread were good, the entree's fell a little short they were ok. This is the only Italian restaurant I've been to that didn't have giardiniera or cocktail sauce but that's not a huge deal. I had a bigger issue with them running out of ny strips for the steak vesuvio, the had another strip steak on the specials menu but refused to make it vesuvio style. All in all id say it wasn't worth trying nor will I be returning.

Spaghetti and meatballs were not the best. My wife's eggplant parm was good. This was on Valentine's day, but our waiter never checked on us after dropping off our food. He then packed the leftovers and took forever to bring the check. Might go again on a slower day.

Loved the atmosphere…it was New Years Eve so I’ll pardon the slower service, but definitely friendly. Chicken Vesuvio didn’t taste fresh. Chicken tasted like leftovers. I will revisit on another day for a second chance.

Mmmm, not impressed. Very little if anything to eat that's gluten-free. I had the gluten-free pasta and added shrimp. I got a side of spinach, the only good thing, and added them together....because the pasta with Alfredo sauce had no flavor, the shrimp were super tiny. The waiter gave water refill to the table next to us but we had to stop him and ask for ours to be refilled. We had reservations but even with the reservations it was another 10 min wait. Super loud in there. I get it must be a place people locally like, very dark lightening and the gangster like theme. Not somewhere I'll go again. If you go good luck with parking. Park at the bank

Good customer service, bland expensive food. I had salmon vesuvio with a side of sauteed spinach, both terrible.

I was present for a bridal shower. The elevator was not working and there were no other accommodations for my relatives that had special needs. Staff were not working with my relatives to figure out other needs so they did not have to over exert themselves. I had my niece that was with me who was extremely tired. We stepped in the outdoor dining as we were informed we could go into that area. When two other relatives joined, we were told we had to vacate. The food was cold and the food was not kid friendly. Also the drinks were warm. There was no staff to be found when you needed someone. This was a no go dining experience.

I visited this place for lunch, ordered a plate of soup and a glass of Merlot wine, there seemed to be no problems with the soup, but with the wine it was more difficult, the worker did not know about the availability and went somewhere to look for someone who knew.... after returning, the worker suggested that I wait for "someone". So I asked to skip the glass of wine and serve me the soup, because I was in a hurry and did not have time to wait for the bartender. They took the payment immediately, I left a tip.... to my great surprise, the worker brought me my soup in a plastic bag, with plastic utensils. When I asked if I could eat here, he answered yes. I did not order food "to go", I had to insist once again, on my own, so that at the end I would be served soup in a regular plate and regular metal utensils for the meal.... it's just terrible!!! When I asked why, I got the answer that I ordered soup and a glass of wine to go!!!!! The food is delicious, the service is terrible, 😞

The server was terrible!!! He made it clear that he couldn’t be bothered when we asked about the dishes on the menu (first time there) and he kept rushing us!!! So, what should have been a very special, and enjoyable first Valentine’s Day together, turned out to be quite a disappointment!. Also, the food wasn’t all that especially for the price but we would have given the restaurant one more chance , if not for the server. We won’t be back.

NOT family friendly. I was underwhelmed by my dish. And the service. When asking about allergens my wife was given a quick and unconvincing no. There is no place to change diapers. And when my wife requested it, was directed to a high bar chair to balance our child on. Placing a large group at a booth with high chairs and elderly is not the best arrangement. We have no plan to go there again.
