Hola, he vuelto. Hace dos (2) años hice una mala reseña por un problema que tuve con un pedido. Está vez he pedido un dos por uno (2x1) super, una de ellas carbonara, la otra diablo con extra de PEPPERONI. Cuando he recogido las pizzas lo he comprobado y solo había uno (el que viene con la diablo). Mi pareja ha bajado para preguntar y la persona que le atendió (muy amable, por cierto) le comentó que como el PEPPERONI se quemaba al ponerlo encima ahora lo ponen en la base. Al llegar a casa y cenar, no había más PEPPERONI. Pongo tres (3) estrellas porque en general las pizzas han mejorado muchísimo. Buen sabor, buena masa, buen queso. Pero lo del PEPPERONI, como amante del PEPPERONI me ha dolido. No sé si será porque está muy caro con esto de la guerra, y por eso prefieren ahorrarlo. Hace dos años cometí el error de hacer fotos de la pizza entera y solo subí foto de los bordes. Esta vez sí me acordé de hacer fotos antes de comerme la pizza porque lo del PEPPERONI me sonó muy raro.

Las pizzas de sabor buenas pero los trozos de los ingredientes muy grandes parece que no había ganas de cortar y se ven las pizzas con mal aspecto

FIRST, THE NEGATIVE: They need to improve their hygiene. THE POSITIVE: We phoned in to pick up two chicken sandwiches and two full-size double burgers. Good value for money. We had to wait a bit, but that's understandable. I think they offer better quality and more quantity than other well-known burger chains.

I'm so surprised, the quality has dropped considerably in recent months. The pizzas are much thinner, drier, and have very few toppings. When it happened the first time, I thought someone new was making them and didn't think much of it, but this past Friday when we ordered again, the difference was staggering. We used to love going there, and if they don't change, I don't know if I'll give them many more chances. I prefer to make them at home; these days, supermarket or frozen pizzas are better. They raised the price, which I understand, but they shouldn't reduce the quantity, or it just won't be the same.

La comida achicharrada pedimos ofertas y nos lo cobraron todo por separado, el servicio muy lento , fueron 50 € por 4 pizzas un Coca Cola y agua y nos tardaron en atender una barbaridad. Este restaurante era de nuestros favoritos pero la comida y todo en general ha cambiado mucho .no recomiendo nada este restaurante

Buenas. Hice un pedido a las 20:50 que me llegabas a las 21:50, han pasado dos horas. He contactado dos veces con el local y me decían que era problema de Glovo, que la pizza estaba hecha, me la acaban de traer y está ardiendo, y añadir que la recepcionista que atiende al teléfono agradable era poco.

Lo siento pero la masa no sé qué le ha pasado seca seca no la he llevado xq vivo en el marquesado si no la llevo te quedaba engollipada, no sé si han cambiado de cocinero pero fatal fatal para tirarla no le ha podido comer

Más de 2 horas en entregar un pedido. Podrían advertirlo de alguna manera y no ir retrasando una y otra vez la entrega. No recomiendo pedir por Glovo.

It's a disgrace! I placed an order on Glovo at 10:30 pm and at 11:58 pm it says the order is canceled. I have a small child waiting for dinner and I'm not ordering again. It's a real shame.

I placed a delivery order with them at 2:45 PM for two medium pizzas; they said it would take 50 to 60 minutes. So far, so good. But they cancelled my order because one of the items was missing after I'd been waiting for 60 minutes, and when I tried to reorder, it showed as closed. No explanation, no apology, nothing.

The pizza is awful and it takes forever to arrive. Plus, the pizzas aren't even cut! I've seen pizzerias that take much less time and have more customers. And the weirdest thing is, I ordered the pizza to eat there, not to take away. I'm not trying to hate on them or anything, but the restaurant managers are going to ruin the place all on their own. I'm never coming back.

This is the second time I've received a pizza that looks like my two-year-old made it. They just throw the toppings on haphazardly, and the quality is absolutely terrible. Last time, they were packed, and I thought it was because they were in a rush, although that's no excuse for the garbage they made. But today it happened again, and the quality is a disgrace. There won't be a third time because I'm never coming back.

Today I ordered a super pizza and a club sandwich (I usually order these a lot), but today I wasted my money on the sandwich because it came empty, super dry, and bland. It's the first time that's happened to me, so whoever made the sandwiches today... add a little more!! I almost choked! Wow! Update: I went back today, I ordered a sandwich. The girl who charges the bill made me the sandwich, she fiddles with the money, the computer mouse... Disgusting, I'm going to throw the sandwich away because it disgusts me so much, it's quite unhygienic. Terrible service. I've already had two problems with these people. At the first one, I placed my order, and they told me it would be ready in 35 minutes. When I went to pick it up, it turned out they forgot my order, and I had to wait there for them to make them. The result was more than an hour waiting for pizzas. And today, the final straw. I order a Diablo pizza with sausages, and they give me a pizza with ONLY sausages... TERRIBLE. Every time I go there, there's someone complaining.

We just placed an order through Glovo, and they sent us an inedible pizza. We ordered a pizza without spice because we don't like the spicy food they use. Not only did they put spice in it, but the can clearly spilled, and instead of throwing the pizza away and making a new one, they sent us this crap. It looks like it has sand in it. Thanks to Glovo for handling the incident and refunding us the full amount of the order.

If you want to get robbed, go there. I order a 2 for 1 deal, and they've removed the large option. They've also raised the prices, so I order a medium. They give me these two pizzas, both of which fit in the same box. I can't imagine what the small one is like. Besides, they've lowered the quality of the products, and the way they make it, one of them is already burnt. I check it because the employee doesn't even check if it's correct and tells me it's in the other area. I ask her if this is really a medium, and she says yes. There are many more pizzerias in Chiclana, and I won't go to this one again. (((((Answer)))) Well, if they don't come out burnt, you've had enough comments about them being burnt, something's not right. And if you haven't raised the prices, they've given me the wrong prices and charged me poorly in relation to the advertising I get. I'm sure I'll be better off somewhere else. Thanks!
