We were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and they gave us great recommendations about the food. The place is spectacular, and the food, especially the grilled fish, was perfectly cooked.

The staff were very friendly and provided detailed information about the menu. The food was exquisite, having improved significantly since our first visit a few years ago. The blue crab bisque and the cockles were highly recommended. The thoughtful touches were also appreciated (seaweed bread with olive oil and, as it should be, house salt, and finally, a cream wine from a renowned Chiclana winery). A must-visit.

It's a charming place with wonderful views and very friendly staff. They serve soupy rice dishes and other delicacies that are well worth trying.

🌿 A haven for the soul in the Chiclana Salt Flats 🌿 Today we had lunch in one of those places that makes you feel at peace: an open-air space surrounded by nature, nestled amidst the magical Chiclana Salt Flats. The food was a true tribute to the land: fresh produce from the garden and the surrounding salt flats, cooked with care and authentic flavor. The tranquil atmosphere made every bite even more enjoyable. Ideal for disconnecting, reconnecting, and savoring the best our region has to offer. If you're looking for a place to eat well, feel at peace, and be enveloped by natural beauty, this spot is a sure bet.

A beautiful place, ideal for getting to know these wonderful southern landscapes and the salt flats up close. I went to relax and have a drink and tried the beetroot gazpacho. It was very good and very original, with samphire and traces of sea bream. It was delicious. The staff was very professional; one of the girls who served me was Lucía, who was very attentive at all times. The place has tons of things to do, such as a spa and organized tours. You can see flamingos and other birds in the surrounding area.

A fantastic experience. The mud circuit and the swim in the salt pool were very relaxing and different, perfect for unwinding. The food afterward was top-notch, tasty and beautifully presented. The service was also extremely friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a unique day out, eager to return again.

After two years of living in Chiclana, I finally decided to give this place a try. The service and the explanation of the menu were fantastic. All the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I really liked the mix of traditional and typical local food with local dishes like the shrimp tortilla taco. The croquettes and salad were delicious. The sunset with the San Fernando skyline was beautiful.

I've been driving along this road for over a year, seeing mountains of salt as part of the idyllic landscape of the Bay of Cádiz. When you venture into a salt flat, like this one, you realize that everything is a product of nature itself and the ingenuity of humankind in surviving thanks to its resources. Here you'll find the explanation of salt: as a preservative, a seasoning, and more. Paco explains where it is and the reason for its salt marshes and shores. You'll find plenty of explanations that will educate children, and many adults as well. The food is generally good, and the service is excellent.

As always, the food was excellent, and this time we added the salt spa experience. Massage, mud bath, and saltwater pool where you can experience buoyancy, Dead Sea style, where I also had the chance to try it. The service was excellent despite the large crowd.

A paradise waiting to be discovered. We came on a recommendation, and it exceeded all expectations. Magnificent surroundings, spectacular location. Absolutely every staff member makes your visit enjoyable and entertaining. It's well worth the visit, the spa bath, the mud baths, and of course, the restaurant. You won't believe the quality of the food for the price. The friendliness of all the staff is outstanding. The sea bream, the braised pork cheeks, the scrambled eggs... the desserts... DELICIOUS... the staff is SPECTACULAR. Bravo, and keep it up... it's a pleasure.

A very cool trail to visit in Chiclana. There's a salt museum, and with a scheduled visit, it seems to be very good. We took a self-guided tour and were able to appreciate the beauty of the landscape, both the salt flats themselves and the wildlife and clouds. We'll return to enjoy the spa and restaurant. Highly recommended for walking or biking.

A fun and educational experience, exploring the process of salt and its color, as well as its benefits. I highly recommend the salt spa and relaxing massage. My skin feels soft. I was surprised by the heat and the effect it has on my breathing.

I had been here for a celebration and I liked it. There were several of us and we tried everything. The rice dishes were very below par, and the eggplant stuffed with sea bream had very little sea bream in it. The sea bream croquettes were very good. The service was good and attentive, although it took longer than expected.

I've been a customer since they opened, and at another time I would have given them a 5-star rating. I was there last weekend, and the truth is, the service leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second time this has happened, but seeing that it's even worse than the last time, I'm writing. I don't know if the waiters are learning, because they act as if they don't have much of an idea. We waited for over 20 minutes to be asked for drinks, and we had to get up to ask for service. We were sitting outside, and there were only four tables occupied. The terrace isn't big enough to make it hard to see all the tables, and even then, they told us they hadn't seen us. We had to ask three times for bread. They started bringing the dishes before the drinks and appetizers. We ordered croquettes, and the insides were cold and soggy, as if they had been frozen and not fried properly. (That's not the waiters' fault; it might be a matter of the kitchen's organization.) We also wanted to order more drinks, but since they didn't appear on the terrace, nothing happened. We finished, got up, and paid at the bar. We went to the spa, and before we got back home, lunch had an effect on us. I don't know if it was the scramble or something, but both of us ended up with upset stomachs. I feel sorry because it's a beautiful place and the food has always been very good and the service is perfect, but honestly, the service hasn't been good for a while now, and the waiters act as if they don't know what they're supposed to be doing. I feel sorry for them because they're very young and are probably learning, but they look lost. Accessible restroom: A disaster. The seat where you sit was loose, so who wants to sit there? Because yes, in an accessible restroom, people usually need to sit down. The shower had a hose, but no shower head, and the shower head was lying somewhere else. No soap, toilet paper, or hand sanitizer. The other restrooms were perfect, but the accessible restroom was terrible. As for the spa, it's fine. It's business as usual, although some guests think they're in a water park instead of enjoying the natural, peaceful surroundings, and instead start screaming and shouting. That's not the owners' fault. The surroundings are beautiful, although the area where the animals are kept looks a bit neglected.

Ninon
Ninon

The place is beautiful and charming, especially with the presence of the animals in the backyard. However, I was a little sad to see that the donkey had very long hooves and a rather unkempt coat, which could indicate a lack of attention or simply a need for regular brushing. He also seemed bored, even chewing on the fence. It would be great if they could receive a little more space, care, and stimulation. Taking care of the animals' welfare would make the place even more special and authentic.
