Great customer service
I like the place it is always clean inside and out and the employees are 👌 Finally they put in a pizza that did not have pepperoni or sausage on them They have a good selection of pastries to go with the coffee plus a lot of other snacks fresh and packaged And of course you will find truck driver stuff.
Just an old restaurant and the employees are more interested in drive-thru than helping counter customers. Buy first, bathroom open for you second or fifth.
Have been coming here for yrs. Yes, people have come and gone from the crew. But I have always enjoyed the food and crew. They have 4 tall tables which I like so I can stand for a bit after my long drive in my semi.
Still open during construction for it's remodel which is getting closer to being done. Employees are good, and only downside is the location since people don't know how stop signs and right of way works lol

Even though the staff was in a huge rush hour they got my homestyle chicken and ranch order done less then 5 minutes, they had a clean appearance despite running around and had awesome manners I recommended my friends and family to come here every time I had a very pleasant visit here specifically a girl named Brittany she did a great job.
Just love the crispy tacos. Been eating them for years. And customization was very good this visit, I appreciate that. Have some tacos!!

I didn't realize, until after I had ordered and ridden to the store, that I had placed my order after the lobby it closed. The crew was good enough to bring out my order to me since I was on a bicycle and it wasn't safe to go through drive-thru, and they even brought me out a cup of ice water without having been asked. Awesome store, awesome job, thank you so much!!!
BUSSIN BUSSIN!! Seriously the best experience I’ve had at ANY fast food restaurant in months. The two people working the late night on oct 14 ‘24 were very friendly and accommodating. I ordered using the app and my food was ready within 15 minutes. It was hot and fresh, and very delicious. I was so pleased with this experience that I just HAD to come on here and hype them up. Stellar 🤩 service. People are always quick to complain when they’re dissatisfied with things, but hardly ever praise a great experience. They knocked it out of the ballpark tonight. The food is scrumptuous, and even better when your taste buds are salivating for a Jack Burger, Loaded Tiny Tacos, or Cheesecake. Drive thru line's we're a little long but orders were prompt and fast food was hot and fresh hamburgers were hot and juicy fries were fresh and perfectly salted and grease wasn't old tasting good job.
Jack in the box is one of the better fast food joints in town. I like their cheap tacos 4 for less than 3 bucks. Makes a good lunch or fast meal.
Let's be honest, you don't go to Jack in the Box for the burgers OR the sides (you can get better at other fast food chains)... what you go to JITB for are the items you WANT at 6am...TACOS!! They're the same at every JITB you visit. There's a reason these are ranked #1 tacos in the industry (don't believe me...Google it). Simply put, crispy shell, meat, lettuce, cheese and sauce... and @ 2 for $1.49, you can indulge until the alcohol you drank beforehand is all soaked up. These taste absolutely fantastic! Are they Taco Bell or Del Taco fantastic...no. But then again, can you get these outside of normal hours...YES, which make these tacos a staple of the late night/early morning crowd. I indulge, like millions of Americans do. Why only 4 stars then!? NO cilantro or onions. You want those... hit the Taco trucks. 🙂
Place looked nice service was fast and friendly. Food tasted great and fresh. Bathrooms were dirty but that's my only complaint. Hundred times better than the other one I tried to go to.
Always quick and tasty food. Good prices. They need help keeping it clean, everytime I go there it's not very clean. So I just go through the drive thru now.
The fastest drive compared to all the other JB's only. It sucks they did mess up I was coming becase i was tired and hunger but at least they gave the correct burger.
Not the greatest of food stuffs, but food tends to be compact and dense. For example, their loaded mini tacos are cheap, hefty, small and filling. If you have little time for eating, they are quick and their meals are chock-full of calories. In other words, watch what you eat, it's yummy but goddang is it packed with fatties.
Service was ok and speed was good. I tried the grilled chicken salad which was just ok, nothing special just average iceburge lettuce, cucumber cherry tomatoes some carrots and a tiny bit of cheese, just the right amount of chicken for me. Probably wont buy the salad again, but do really like their tacos.
Always slow.. Has improved recently. Used to get eggshells on breakfast jacks so i stopped eating any egg products there. But clean and friendly skeleton crew. Been that way for 10 years and they get the job done.
Really never come here but this morning my brother and husband came to grab some food for our mom and it was delicious. Rickey was great at the counter. Greeted us with a smile and counted my change back.
If you have a larger car this drive thru can be one of the more difficult ones to navigate- especially coming out and trying to turn immediately right. Other than that, the staff is efficient and I've never had a problem with my order.

It's always the super good looking ones that mess up my order and my family is like hey where the rest of the food and I'm like I dunno xD am I going to complain? No but I'm still not happy about it. That new brioche sandwich is buttery goodness though.
Food was ok but I think you need to retrain Chad working on Nov 1st 2019 in the morning. He skipped over customers, messed up the 4 orders we saw him give out including ours and had a bad customer service just all around. Heard one customer say they should have gone to Del taco instead.
The service is top notch, the food is a little inconsistent, like cold fries, stale tacos and bread, running out of items like loaded fries, i get supply chains are messed up but food being stale is not cool, but at least the staff is nice so I'll go back, it's fast food after all
Usually ok food. Today the fried food was very burnt and the cheese burger was dry. The milkshake was awesome. Long line thru the drive thru, so I did not return the food.
What can I say? It's Jack in the Box LOL but this one's pretty good. The workers are always friendly. The place is clean. And you can get some pretty good onion rings after midnight.
Something strange about this Box, frequent lights out while still open drive through, unusual people wandering about, can't quite put my finger in it. Maybe its the aggressive iguanas living in the shrubbery. Still, its a lifesaver at 3am.
Nothing wrong with Jack they are good if you need a quick bite. Only three stars cause I prefer more healthy food. Their staff has always been professional to me
I used to love Jack in the Box. Their 99 cent tacos and ultimate bacon cheeseburgers were amazing... but not anymore. The tacos are good but not for the higher price. The ultimate bacon cheeseburger is soooo much smaller than it used to be and of course the price went up as well. Just sad because back in the day I came here weekly and now I cringe when someone wants Jack in the Boc
Jack in the box has food that is not the best but not very bad. Although there food is not gluten, vegan, or dairy friendly environment. And there food is very unhealthy just like any fast food and high calorie. But it is a very good price and it is great if you are in a rush and need to stop somewhere.
We went through the drive thru, had to take half our order in because it was wrong. Other then that the food was fresh n hot
If Ricky is in charge for the morning shift, you're good to go. I tend toward more complicated orders and he usually makes sure they're done right. I've had bad experiences with the night shift in the past, however. Generally, if your order is simple, you're fine, but asking for substitutions or anything held is asking for trouble. Food usually comes out fine, but don't expect more than fast food. Not too expensive and nothing amazing, but it does the job.
I go to this place a lot on a drive I take frequently. I haven't had any problems at all with the quality of food or service. It IS just a JIB, so don't expect high cuisine, but it certainly wasn't made wrong or poorly. Everyone there was very, very nice to my 4 year old boy and me.
I've made many a horrible decision in my life when it comes to food choices. Jack in the Box is not the worst and certainly not the best. But what can you expect from a drive thru fast food joint? Especially one ran by college kids in a college town yet so displaced from the college scene that nobody wants to be there. What can I expect but slow service and a tepid staff? Nothing. So add far as jack in the boxes go, this one is not the worst. If you want quality service go somewhere else. If you want a quick cheap meal (maybe not the one you ordered) then come here.
Paid almost $7 for a large pineapple milkshake that was not mixed very well and almost $8 for a buttery jack burger that was not even remotely close to the picture on the drive-through menu. 2 shakes & a wimpy burger was almost $20! Im not too impressed at all.
Lobby was filthy and my fries were dry. Burger was good. Drink machine in lobby didn't have a lot of options available. Out of syrup or flavour. Typical day but just a few things to make the experience better for the customer.
It is reasonably priced. The food is just okay.. What I did not like: the floor was greasy and slippery; the employees took at least 5, maybe almost 10 minutes to acknowledge me, two of my children, and my niece standing who were standing there waiting to order; and the restaurant had a password to enter.
Well, hopefully half of the negatives I found with my visit to Jack in the Box were due to COVID, which is why I still gave them 3 of 5 stars. There were only 2 cars ahead of mine when I arrived, 1 ordering and 1 pulling to the window, however, it took roughly 8-10 minutes (easily a conservative estimate) of waiting before i was able to move 1 space forward to the ordering mic/speaker. THEN, another 3-4 minutes before an impatient employee attempted to rudely rush me through my order. The same 2 vehicles were still ahead of me waiting, and the 1st had (by then) been there about 15 minutes or so! Thankfully, they finished up their transaction within a minutes or 2, and the next car (the vehicle in front of me) was only at the window for about 4-5 minutes. I got to the window, was greeted with an apology for the wait and a smile, handed over my money and... was immediately handed my order! Unfortunately, that was the high point of the entire visit, seeing as 2 of the 3 burgers in my parties order were unsatisfactory, and the fries were hard and nearly inedible. I've received MUCH tastier food from Jack nearly every time I've been there in the past, so I must conclude the warning sign in the front window notifying customers of extended wait times due to not enough staff MUST have had almost everything to do with what was wrong with my visit there.
This restaurant was very dirty. Trash and receipts laying all over the front counter and floor. The "freestyle" drink machine shot syrup and carbonated water all over the place. We waited for a very long time to get our food but apparently my credit card didn't finish processing... They just brushed off the whole order. Strange. But the guy at the counter was pretty cool and apologetic, so that brought my rating up to 3 stars. Clean your place guys!!
It's alright food. 3 stars for average. Not exceptional. Not world-changing. The tacos are cheap, but Del Taco does 'em better. The burgers are fine but In n Out does them better.
I have gone two times through the drive through and witnessed the manager, of all people, not wearing gloves while making peoples’ food. I just can’t bring myself to go back, even though I love jack in the box.
I know its not the greatest job but it is a job and if its not too much to ask I would love it if the employees at this jib could not be rude and serve food that doesn't taste like hate. I will not be returning here. No wonder the line at Del Taco is nearly reaching your drive thru that is empty.
The bun was so hard and tough that I could not bite into it. It wasn't crunchy, but just plain tough. The meat also tough around the edges. Needless to say, the only thing I got to eat was the center of the meat. I didn't I didn't complain or exchange it because I was on my way out of state and didn't know it was like that until I was a couple miles away. I will never go back to that location again.
Went through drive through at 10:30pm one car in font of me…took 30 minutes! Never going back.
I know fast food isn’t ideal but when it’s at night and it’s dead slow with no one else in line you’d think you’d be a bit more friendly and not extremely short. Also would ignore my mom anytime she would talk or ask a question which I found very disrespectful, especially coming from a male worker. At least fake like you care lmao
I went to Jack in the Box last night, 30 minutes before it closed. The people working there were extremely rude and complained about our order because they "close in 5 minutes". We had a large order for 4 people, spending over $25. They didn't give us a receipt and we were missing items from our order. Upon getting home, which is less than a mile away, I tried calling the store and had to call again and again until finally by the 7th call I got ahold of someone, I don't know who, but I doubt it was the manager by the way she talked to me. I'm calling corporate. I am extremely offended by this business and will not eat there again.
Just got dinner after a 10 hour work day. Missing my fiance's jumbo Jack w/no pickles and my daughter's cheese burger. Not cool. Now I am cooking dinner anyway as it is too congested with traffic to go back. Phone seems to go to a fax line that just beeps.
Asked for a salad with NO bacon for my wife. That was all I ordered. It took them 15 minutes to make the salad. I asked them one more time to make sure there was no bacon on it, and the Manager, who was at the drive thru window and took my order, assured me that they would not put bacon on the salad. When I got home, low and behold, there was bacon on it! I had to return it to them and get a refund! The problem with this Jack in the Box is that it is VERY poorly run, and a severe lack of communication! Area supervisors really need to visit this place and try to get the problems fixed. I will not be back anytime soon!
The kid at the drive thru was lost taking the order kept asking me to wait and they didn't get a 60 dollar order right
They constantly get the mobile orders wrong. Claiming that 'It must have been another store' that the order was placed at, when I'm staring at the address on the mobile app on phone screen after having them confirm the address. There's no excuse for this and I've sent complaints to their review website with no response back. Best to just order something from a different Jack in the box. These guys don't have two brain cells between the lot of them.
First time to this Jack in the Box and was not impressed. Had to wait a while for anyone to notice we were at the counter, then there was an item missing (she hadn't even rung it up) from my order. So I went back up to re-order rather than say anything.... and stood for 5 minutes with no one coming up to wait on me... so we just ate what we had and left and marked this off our list of now and then's (don't usually do fast-food anyhow so maybe this was to teach us a lesson. lol)
I walked in. Wasn't served straight away. Took a few. My Ultimate Cheeseburger was moderate at best. The cheese wasn't melted on the hamburger patties that weren't even hot. Plus I wasn't given any napkins and none were provided as the napkin dispenser was also empty.
The inside always needs to be cleaned as do the restrooms. 🤮 The service is horrible and it shines bright through the employees that are quick to tell you that someone will be rite with you when all that they're doing is standing there waiting for an order to be ready that was just placed 30 sec ago. At best Jack in the Box makes a couple of things passable. Most of the food they sell is either overcooked therefore over greasy, and their breakfast lineup is an exercise in futility? Too salty, too dried, no respect for the use of cooking equipment here. Take for example their egg rolls. They have good ingredients, and if prepared right they would put to shame most, if no all, Chinese egg rolls, but nooo! They have to fry it till it is one grade before burnt. Either cooks are too stoned to mind the fryer or just couldn’t care less. Either way the one that looses is the innocent customer who makes the mistake to go thru the drive up window. For a franchise who brags about their extensive breakfast menu, they sure sell you some crappy stuff. Please don’t judge me to harshly, most franchises are rated below 2 Stars. 1.5 Stars. 9-3-2024 Blunder. Hungry, decided for Jack in the Box. Should have refrained instead. Curly fries dry, double cooked, oil dislikable, overly salty. 2 for 1 tacos, the pride and joy of the franchise overly fried, impregnated with that stale oil they overuse, flat and overly cooked. Mini Chimis, Mini Tacos, a tad better. Yes I am accountable for going back, entirely my fault. Healthier food is everywhere yet one assaults its own body I suppose. My bad.
Second time here. Waited in drive through at the menu speaker for almost 10 min. They said they were understaffed. The first time we went inside and the employees didn't seem friendly. Who knows maybe they were having a bad day or maybe the way I dressed, looking frumpy.
Decided to eat in lobby since drive thru was really busy, we were kinda hesitant to stay but we were hungry didn't want to drive somewhere else. Ordered,got our food and found a pretty much clean table. My shoes were sticking to the floor, you could hear the noise it made when I took steps. The chairs were the same. When I went to pull the chair my hand touched sticky bars . Was disgusting. Looked like the real boss was in doing a walk through. I wanted to say something but kept my mouth shut cuz I believe I would of probably been ask to leave..i guess corporate don't make visit very often. This place needs a very good deep clean. Just imagine behind counter???
Tried to walk in since the drive through was long and even though the signs say the dining room closes at 9 on sundays I wasnt allowed to go in at 750 lazy liars cant even keep their actual hours and have to wait 30 minutes to get your order in the drive through doesnt matter if you're the only car or if there is 5
45 minutes to get a #10 add cheese, no mayo, med, curly, coke. 2 tacos, 3 piece jalapeno poppers. 6:15pm to 7:00pm. Watched 5 groups ranging from 2 to 5 walkout without ordering. They only had 3 people working and they were failing miserably... I don't like peole pointing fingers but I would have to blame the crew leader running main grill for the crews motivation. Time to step it up fellas.
Most discusting bathrooms I have ever come across for Jack in the box. I refuse to eat here after a visit to the facilities to wash my hands. I went to the counter and asked the guy at the counter. "When was the last time the bathrooms were cleaned?" His reply uhhhh.....,.....I dont know? Now it only makes sense to me that if the bathroom is that bad then what else is a concern?
It's Jack in the Box. It's never been good. My car goes there when others want it. They eat, I don't. Curly fries are always over fried, chicken is greasy, and they put a Miracle Whip-like substance on their burgers which is just plain Wrong. It's so wrong it should be called Burger abuse. *shudders*
Went there about 10:45 PM. Pulled up to the drive thru and there was really loud music blasting from the inside. I could barely hear the person talking to me. They got my order wrong. (Probably because they couldn't hear my order over the music)
if I could give this location zero stars I would, the last time I was there was a few months ago and my burger bun was soggy as hell the fries were cold and limp I literally couldn't even eat it it was disgusting, yesterday I decided maybe they had a bad day I'll go back I'll try again I ordered my husband a burger and I got a grilled chicken salad through the drive-thru I sat in the Drive-Thru for 22 minutes most of the time with my food sitting on the seat of my car getting cold well they tried to figure out their soda machine cuz they couldn't get me my soda, they did not give me any salad dressing for my salad or a fork or a straw with my drink, my fries were half empty and by the time my husband actually got his Burger it was super cold. That was their last shot I will not go back
This place is the worst! They never get my very complicated special order of "no sauce" correct! I don't understand why. Just don't put the nasty sauce on my food! And it always takes forever! This is the place to go if you want the wrong food after waiting for 20 minutes.
This is definitely the WORST run fast food place I've ever seen. They make major mistakes and then "put you on a list" to get a free "______". This list doesn't exist and when you try to claim your free "____", they call you a liar and say you're not on the list. It's happened TWICE to me!
Wanted to get the teriyaki bowl and they didn't tell us they didn't have it until we were at the window. When we realized they also missed a curly fry and we asked for it, the employee rolled her eyes at us and begrudgingly went to get it. Was not worth the time.
Unbelievable. 25 minutes so far in the drive thru and I'm still 4 cars from the window. The speaker on the drive thru is almost non-existent. You have to turn your car off and strain to hear the "speaker". A cellphone speaker would do better justice. But seriously, how long does this process take? You can sit here for 7-10min and not move a single spot. It's appalling and frankly you should just close if you cannot effectively operate a drive thru.
I have gone through the drive-thru at this particular Jack in The Box and smelled awful things. I drove through without ordering in previous years. Two days ago I hesitated but I was very hungry and hadn't eaten all day. The other nearby drive-thrus were very busy because it was lunch time. So I decided to order here since I didn't smell any awful smell and it had been several years since I had a bad experience. I ordered two different types of McMuffins. They both smelled the same and awful and were so bad just the smell made me nauseous when I unwrapped them. So I brought them back and asked for a refund. An employee asked me if I would like a free meal. I assumed that meant that I get my money back and I get a free meal. Again I hesitated but I said okay as long as its not the same thing thinking maybe if I just have a hamburger it will be okay. I received a meal and ordered a curly fry with it. Again the same smell came from the curly fries even though it was a different item. I went back and I warned them that there's something wrong possibly with their oil. I left without a refund because other cars were coming through the drive-thru. When I got home I noticed the employee had taken my original receipt with a survey so I couldn't report it by survey code and had given me a manager's meal receipt that was unsigned by the manager. I called the corporate office. That employee asked me if I would like a district manager to call me back and I said yes. 2 days later I'm sick and I think it's from just touching that food bag from Jack in The Box that I threw out last night, and the district manager still hasn't called me back. Plus I never received my refund! Save yourself, don't go to the Jack-in-the-Box on 20th in Chico California. I've been to many other Jack in The Boxes and never had any problems except for one off of I-5 giving me the wrong order. At the best these food service employees are negligent and at the worst I think they're trying to purposely poison people.
I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad with crispy chicken and was given a grilled chicken salad. I figured I would let it go and just eat it but I then noticed some of the lettuce was brown and slimy. My partner also said their fries were cold and soggy. We packed up the food to return it to the restaurant and realized we were not given a receipt. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food.
Had to have to remake 2 burgers 3 times because they did not know the ingredients to the buttery Swiss jack, 3/4 employees were extremely rude and hard to even get to remake my order, and somehow managed to get pieces of lettuce on the bun of my burger so I guess they are just working with dirty hands dirty surfaces or both.
The slowest drive thru ever. Everytime going here gives me the anxiety. They need to come up with a solution for delivery drivers to quick pick up the food after 10pm without have the long wait in drive thru.
My bf and I went there Sunday night around 11 though the drive thru and this girl taking my order was so blunt and rude. What can you expect it's a fast food place right? I didn't even finish placing my order and she gave me the total. Completely rude! It's not my fault you're having a bad day or hate your job. If you hate it you should probably get a new one. When we got the the window we saw her slouch on the counter and began to text. It's really inappropriate for an employee to do that in front of customers. I'm sure the owner wouldn't allow this behavior. She definately shouldn't be working there or needs proper training.
Worst jack in the box in town you get more sauce then anything else every single time you order a burger youd be better off going to the one downtown at least they actually care about the quality of their food and service this jack is a joke!!!!!
Got it on door dash. The door dash drive and customer support was excellent but jack in the box completely messed up my order and offered absolutely no options when they were out of one of the items. Just want to be clear, doordash was not at fault it was entirely jack in the box fault.

My order was processed and my bank account was debited. I arrived at the restaurant to find the drive-thru lane blocked by a parked and unattended vehicle, and the lobby was closed. I tried calling the restaurant but after minutes of ringing no one answered. I was finally able to yell into the restaurant and speak with the manager who, after initally "shooing" me away, informed me the entire restaurant was taking a lunch break. It took minutes of back and forth to get to the point where I was told that if I waited until an employee removed their vehicle from blocking the drive-thru lane I could get my app order THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. Jack in the Box has handled the entire COVID fiasco extremely poorly. I will not order from Jack in the Box again and I encourage you to do the same.
You can't use the restroom until you buy something for sure, if your kids can't hold it doesn't matter first you have to be in line to place the order then go in the restroom line to use it. 😠
This Jack in the box has always been a good location for friendly staff and good food. However, tonight went differently. The white guy with the facial hair who I hadn't seen before, completely fúćķəđ up my order. Mistakes are forgiven, but an attitude followed by incompetence is not.
I hate going to a fast food and no one is at the counter. Then, the shift supervisor comes out with two employees, looks at you, looks and sees there is no one to take my order, doesn't say a damn word and walks out. So do I. Piss poor customer service value.
This Jack in the Box is always disgusting. Sometimes the floors are sticky. There is often trash and sauce on tables. Smell can sometimes be a huge issue depending on how hot it gets and they NEVER seem to clean the bathroom properly. Last time I was here the bathroom trashcan was leaking all over the floor. The toilet was covered in feces and the sink was smothered in a thick gray substance. Never going here ever again.
I guess we are a glutton for punishment. Heading back home we decided to stop and get a burger meal. Cheeseburger, fries and a drink. The fries were old and cold. The top of the bun was so hard we couldn't eat it. We ended up removing the bun and folding the patty and bottom bun like a taco to eat it. The best part was the ice tea. We won't eat at Jack in the box again.
I went here for lunch on 8/1/21 I was on my lunch brake and I decided to go there for lunch. I drove there and was going to use the drive through and saw how long the line was so I parked my car and went inside. Their was one person in front of me she ordered food online and they told her that they forgot to make it. Then I was up but I had to wait 8 minutes for them to take my order. So when they finally took my order I decided to order something easy and fast because I was on my 30 min. Lunch brake. So I ordered 4 tacos and a small fry. After 10 minutes of waiting for my food they finally gave the other girls food but I hadn't gotten mine yet so I been there for 18 minutes... 18 minutes and nothing and I just had to go back to work with no food. I told them that I had to go because I was running late all they did was look at me and continued with the drive through orders and didn't care for the customers inside the restaurant.
I came to the dive through at about 12:20 am and there was multiple cars in the line, about 10, after waiting too long for a fast food restaurant I was told to back out because of door dash orders taking priority. I called the facility and the woman I spoke to told me door dash comes first and though the advertised time of 1:00 am is so the employees have to clean up so can't serve food up till that time. Unacceptable.👎
Don't order a shake from Jack in the Box on 20th St!!! Ordered on the app, pulled up, was informed they were out of shake mix, couldn't give me a refund because they didn't know how, and there was no manager on duty. Suggested I get a refund on the app. We all know there is no way to get a refund on the App! So shame on Jack in the Box, having a store open with no manager, the "Team Leader" doesn't know what he's doing, and no one is getting shakes!
Went to Jack in the box on 20th in Chico on Sat Dec 31rst. Pulled up to order and was told they were not open yet. I looked to see what time it was. It was 8:02. I asked what time they opened but got no response. I pulled around to the pickup window and noticed holiday hours open at 8am. By this time it was 8:05. No response at window, so l figured maybe they are running a little late. Waited until 8:13 and went to front door and walked in. Three employees walked by and would not even look up at me. Finally I asked if I could get some help. Was told they were not open. I said the door was open and your sign says holiday hours open at 8. They said the manager made a scheduling error and they would not be open for another half an hour. By this time it was 8:15. I went across the street to MacDonalds were they gladly helped me buy breakfast for my house full of grandkids. This Jack in the box has terrible employees with horrible attitudes. I will never come here again!!!
These jack in yhe boxes are always run down! And it has taken a half hour to get our food in the drive through. The gentleman running the drive through was handling money with his gloves on! Don't you think he would take them off to handle money?
I want to clarify, I never leave poor reviews as I am a food service worker (I know the pain) and have worked at this establishment in the past. But I will say, tonight was the WORST service I have ever seen at this jack in the box. I come here all the time during the day with no issues. Tonight, I pulled into the drive thru at 7:30, gave my order, and waited about 10 minutes to get to the window. As I finally get to the window, I sat there for 20 minutes watching the woman at the window put together, I'm not even joking, FIVE online orders, and about 4 front desk orders before even getting my payment for my food. I sat there feeling like I needed to bang on the drive thru window to actually get her to acknowledge me because I had waited so damn long. I feel bad writing this, as I have been coming to this location for YEARS without issue. But this was straight up unacceptable. All I ordered was a burger and fries, and was left waiting for 30 minutes feeling dumbfounded. I will never be coming here past 5pm ever again if this is the "service" I recieve.
Don’t order off the app for this location at east 20th! The manager Brenda won’t answer the phone after you call a bunch because more than half your order was missing and just basically says ohh sorry. I know this is fast food joint but still should justify a mess up.
Worst customer service of any fast food place in town.
Slow through the drive thru just a few cars in front of us and too a little over 30 mins
If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered pick up through the drive-thru and got there when it said my food would be ready then sat in the drive-thru waiting for the 2 other cars in front of me to get their food (~15 minutes wait in total from ordering till I was at the drive thru and the cars in front have already ordered). They didn’t start to make my order until I was already at the window then took so long I was late getting back to work. My work is across the street. I should not have been late. AND they made my drink wrong. The boba was hard, the drink was gross and not at all like same drink I’ve ordered 1000 times usually is. It should not take me almost 20 minutes from the time it should be ready to get my PICK UP order from the drive thru, especially since I only got 2 items; a drink and a sandwich, and the fact only 2 ppl were in front of me that sat there for less time than I did. Very disappointed.
I needed to charge at the tesla charging station which was going to take 25 minutes and there was a jack-n-the box employee parked in the only shady charging spot, when I asked if she could park in one of the shady spots that wasn't a charging spot she said oh yes , and proceeded to go in to work, I mentioned it to the manager to ask the employees not to park there and he said sure, 20 minutes later I'm almost done charging and no luck. At least on July 12th she parked better.
This store is a little overwhelmed and the employees have low moral, but most are very nice and respectful. The store is poorly managed; the "Store manager" is one of the rudest people to deal with and his actions are uncalled for. They mostly ignore you until they feel like serving you and there are some health and safety issues with this store. Apparently he "...doesn't care!" Well! You work for Jack in the Box. Do your job and clean the soda machine. I won't go back to this store mostly because the manager runs a nasty operation. Now I would be afraid he would retaliate and spit in my food...lol....Yuck!
