Uno de los restaurantes de boneless de mayor tradición en Chihuahua y si acaso buscas más opciones también hay hamburguesas, Mac n Cheese, ensaladas y hasta costillas. Si tienes oportunidad prueba los clásicos strippers y disfruta porque son una gran opción para ese antojo en familia. Sin problema de estacionamiento y el personal de lo más atento. Quizá solo faltaría un poco de limpieza ya que la mesa del futbolito estaba llena de polvo.

I give Alitas Ortiz Mena 4 stars. Overall, it's a good place to spend time with family or friends, but there are some details that could be improved to offer a more well-rounded experience. What I liked most is that on Sundays they have an excellent promotion: kids eat free with every adult meal. This makes a huge difference if you're going with family, and it's definitely a welcome bonus. They also have a good variety of board games, which helps make the wait more enjoyable or just to enjoy the moment with those you're with. Additionally, they have a children's play area, which I think is a great idea. However, it's important to mention that this area is extremely hot. On hot days, it becomes uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy, both for children and the adults accompanying them. It would be good if they invested in improving the ventilation or air conditioning in that area. As for the service, it was friendly, but the wait time for food was 20 to 30 minutes, even though there weren't many people there. This did seem a bit excessive, considering it wasn't crowded and one would expect a faster service in a restaurant of this type. One thing I really liked, which they no longer offer, is the refill option on drinks. The berry drinks are still delicious and highly recommended, but removing the refill option seems like a step backward, especially when many of us choose those types of drinks expecting that benefit. In short: a good place, with good food, a family atmosphere, and details that make the visit enjoyable, but with clear opportunities for improvement in the service and the conditions of the children's area. Even so, I recommend it.

Fui a comer en las alitas después de mucho tiempo. Y me llevé la sorpresa que ya no es lo mismo. Los precios a mi parecer son altos para las porciones que ofrecen. Las porciones son pequeñas con precios altos. Y el sabor me pareció algo normal no tan rico como antes. Dudo si regresaría.

El personal es muy amable, servicial y eficiente. Sólo tenían disponible 1 tipo de cerveza, de las muchas que ofrece el menú. No había del refresco que queríamos La hamburguesa clásica estuvo nada atractiva en sabor ni en presentación

Mesas sucias, personal hecho bola en la mesa de fondo y sin querer atender solo viéndose quien le toca…. Tardamos 10m en la mesa antes de ser atendidos. La comida rica eso sí

A very large place with plenty of tables, it has a small but functional children's area. The food is very tasty, but the prices are high. The climate during this hot season is poor, and you're always hot. The service is average. It has a large shared parking lot.

I see alot of people saying how prompt the service is, however, in all the times I have been there this has not been my experience, even when it is quiet. Today they have "New menu's" which are actually the old menus with 1 or 2 additions. The prices have gotten higher and the portions smaller, with the exception of the salad. Staff are friendly and helpful but the service from the kitchen is slow.

Now that they've renovated the children's area and parents with small children take them to have fun, you're more worried. They don't have a maximum age limit for entering the games. Children as young as 12 are inside, removing mats and climbing like monkeys on the games and jumping from there, endangering the children who are playing properly inside and under them. I mentioned this to a waiter, and he didn't give a damn. I was always looking out for my girls, but those lizards on the other side of the restaurant weren't paying attention. Terrible service there because on one occasion one of the older girls even hit my 2-year-old daughter. That's why I didn't let her in anymore. Set a maximum age limit!!! At least 6 years old. Don't wander around!

Estuve tratando de comunicarme pero nunca respondieron, hice un pedido por rappi, el cual me llegó crudo, de 4 pollos, 3 estaban crudos y el otro aguado, aparte de ser muy desagradable, es incluso peligroso el pollo crudo... que decepción

Si le pudiera dar menos estrellas se las daba. Estába el restaurante casi vacío entre y me senté más de 15 minutos y ni si quiera el menú me llevaron. Mejor me fui al wingstop que ahí me atendieron con una sonrisa

Servicio amable, pero la comida deja mucho que desear. Los boneless con mala apariencia y sabor, y las papas grasosas y poco cocidas. No volvería por la comida, aunque la atención del personal fue buena.

No había agua en los baños, eso amerita clausura de negocio, un servicio vital de higiene, tampoco variedad de salsas, el servicio no es rápido, siendo fast food. Aunque tengo que rescatar que los alimentos son buenos.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the terrible telephone ordering service at your Mirador and Palmas branches. At both branches, I experienced the same problem: I called to place an order, they asked for the phone number of the person placing the order, and yet, upon arriving at the restaurant, they had no record of it. In both cases, the staff responded—literally—"What can I order?" which meant waiting another 30 minutes. This happened to me at the Palmas branch. This situation is extremely frustrating and reflects a complete lack of organization and respect for customer time. It gives the impression that you are playing with people's time and simply don't care about providing adequate service. Unfortunately, with this kind of service, you are destined to lose customers, and in my case, that will be the case. I sincerely hope you become aware of this situation and improve your service, as it currently leaves much to be desired. Regards

Terrible service from the waitress....I went to dinner with my husband and my 2 young children and the waitress who served us (I didn't even notice her name but she's a girl with light brown hair, glasses and braces.) since we entered at 10:20 pm (they close at "12:00") told us that we had 15 minutes to order because the kitchen was going to close, and that they were going to spray a chemical in the play area, my children could not even play (we chose to go to the wings for that reason), then they let in vendors who as soon as you take the first bite to your mouth, approach you and want to force you to buy their products (what one is hungry and we want to eat), another thing, as far as I know the tip is a contribution that the client makes based on the service that is provided and if I as a client am not provided with good service, I am not obligated to give even a peso, and if you as a company have the courage to force the client to If you're just tipping them for their pants, then we customers need to unite and file a complaint with the corresponding regulatory bodies. Oh! And PLEASE, they should notify customers from the moment they enter that, in addition to the consumption expenses, we MUST add the tip the waitress demands. I was leaving and she stopped me and told me I should leave her $132.00 pesos as a tip, not just $40.00 pesos (in an annoyed and sullen tone), because that's what I thought was fair given the incidents we went through.
