Most starbucks I have visited are quite packed for you to work there. In this one, if you don't find a spot inside, the outside places are terrible during the spring/summer, is very hot.

Everything's wrong. It's literally empty while Bernardi, just a few feet away, is packed, and they still don't seem to care. They serve you whatever they want, they charge whatever they want, and twice they haven't had venti-sized cups (Oh, but they charged me for a venti!). Honestly, you don't expect much from Starbucks, but this branch is a complete disaster. It's awful. I wish they would pay attention and get organized; it's sad to see such a poorly managed branch. I don't recommend it, and I don't plan on going back.
Every time I go because it's the closest one, they always either give me the wrong drink, I have to exchange them because they don't pay attention and do whatever they want, and what's the point of asking you what kind of milk you want if they don't put in the right one anyway? And to top it all off, they take forever. 0 out of 10
I ordered a Marcha pearl and they sent matcha. What's wrong with them? They don't pay attention when they fill an order or even if it's so cheap.
