First time and we'll be back. Food was really good. I had the California burrito and my wife had a beef combo burrito. So good. Can't wait to try some other things.
It's one of the best taco places in the Chino Hills area. Freshly made hand tortillas and a very good selection of salsas. They have complimentary beans which are freshly made the from scratch. I will warn you tho, it's a bit pricey. Still I recommend it. You should try it.
The best taco place in town! Highly recommend the Carne Asada tacos with Spanish rice as they are flavorful and authentic. The pozole and albondigas are delicious in winter especially when sick.
Consistently good. The homemade corn tortillas are so so good!
Simply the best. Everything I’ve been looking for and more! Can’t beat their taco Tuesday. $1.25 for fresh, handmade tacos? Yes please. Been in SoCal for two years and I haven’t found better at a restaurant.
Best Wet burritos in the 91710 area code. Don't believe me? Listen to this...My GF broke up with me today and I was devastated. Sounds unrelated right? WRONG, directly after eating my LEFT-OVERS (Not even a fresh steaming wet boy) I felt insanely better. The constant attention to detail and aspirations of excellence show in every burrito. My faith in humanity was restored by this establishments left overs and now I'm about to crush some homework after working a full day and getting my life absolutely destroyed.
I come here every so often to cure my Mexican food craving. It's really good overall super fresh. I mean it's good 😊 I personally love the carne asada fries and potatoes tacos. Thank you ladies for being so nice and cooking our food.
Casa Juanchos is our go-to spot in Chino Hills, and we’re not ashamed to say we go several times a month. The homemade tortillas are next level, and everything from the Juanchos Plate to the wet burrito, chilaquiles, and breakfast burrito hits every time. Authentic, flavorful, and consistently delicious — a true Mexican staple and a must-try.
I would definitely say that juanchos is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the I.E. service was good as always. I have been a repeat Customer for about 2 years now. Their food never disappoints. Definitely recommend for anyone that’s wants good and amazing authentic Mexican food.
Food is always good. Service is quick. Seating is very limited, and we usually take out. Prices are fair. If we want to sit down for a Mexican food meal this would not be our first choice, only for the small shop location they have.
This is a small little extension of their bigger restaurant in Upland so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered an al pastor burrito it was actually very delicious the salsas are delicious as well I will definitely be coming back to try other dishes
Nice Mexican food with good prices. Food does take a while to come out as they make the food to order. Ours took about 20-25 minutes with it not being that busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating but the tables are smaller.
This place was sooo good! I was craving Mexican food and wanted a plate and they got it down. We got Shrimp Al Mojo De Ajo, Juanchos plate w/ carnitas and an enchilada
First time here, and it didn't disappoint. Had a machaca plate, and the champurado was a hit. Clean little hole in the wall location. You can either sit inside or outside. The employees were attentive and helpful. I would recommend this place if you want to have a chill morning or afternoon lunch. They offer albóndiga, menudo, and other traditional soups on the weekend.
Street Taco tastes good. The environment is pretty clean, food is fresh, there is also a outside spot to eat. They also offer fresh beans for free too.
This Place Right Here!! First Time There and let me tell ya!!……I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! Not hyping just speaking Truth! I ordered chilaquiles in red sauce with over easy eggs. A few minutes later a delicious skillet came sizzling to my table with scrumptious chilaquiles in a delicious savory sauce with a light kick to it, a just the right amount of melted cheese blanketed over them and not to mention the beautifully cooked over easy eggs topped off the dish…the chilaquiles were far from soggy and toasted, they had the right amount of texture! I tell ya! There was a Pachanga in my mouth and my heart was smiling! 🤗 Thank You Casa De Juanchos! Best chilaquiles I’ve ever had! ….And don’t get me started on the rice and beans!! Oh my gosh!!! Droolville!! I wonder what I’ll have for lunch! Buahahaha!😈
Excellent local place for Mexican food. My girlfriend went here all the time and loved it. Recently I have tried both their tacos and chicken fajitas. They are great. I love how they prepare the tacos. Very fast service too.

Wow! The food was phenomenal. I ordered Tortas. My wife ordered a la carte the taco, green sauce enchiladas and salad. Price was great.
Birria was very good. Food has nice flavor. A little pricey but what place isn’t these days
Food is great here, service pretty fast. Call ahead to place a pick up order. I don’t recommend using grubhub, etc for pickup orders because the prices are inflated. Carnitas burrito with red sauce is my go to but quesabirria tacos are also fantastic.

Really good food! Their guacamole is exceptional. I took a large order to a party and everyone was raving about it.
We had a chili relleno, carne asada burrito, menudo & albondigas. 1st off their tortillas are amazing & they have an awesome salsa bar!!! Everything was delicious but I didn't care much for the meatballs in the albondigas soup.
Cute place, food was mostly good. Some prices seem off... $7 for a bean and cheese burrito? But the machaca burrito was a hit. Generous portions, friendly and helpful staff. They have taco tuesdays and Wednesday’s potato taco specials. A cute patio to sit outside. They have Dr Pepper and the specialty drinks like horchata. Seemed clean and up to date. We used a coupon so the meal was reasonable. I’d go again.
It was a bit hot to eat in there, but the food had good flavor. The quesabirria tacos are really good, and their churros are delicious.
We haven’t been here since the ownership changed a few years ago. We tried different tacos. The birria tacos were quite good and very flavorful. The fish taco was very good as well, but carne asada was tough and not that good. This is pretty authentic place (says a man not from Mexico, but been there many times and probably not a true expert), but it only serves beef, fish, chicken, carnitas, and birria. If you like lengua or cabeza (my favorite) tacos, then you have to go another taco shop. This is a decent place and we will once again return as we did many times when it was operated by a different family.
Very good food and reasonable prices. Some of the tables are too small to be comfortable. I appreciate the generous portion size and good tortillas. My kids liked the kids' menu options. The avocado was fresh.
Mexico City wrap well prepared with tortilla chips. Food is prepared in view. had it with a Horchata. 👍🏼

1st time trying this spot, I ordered an asada burrito. No special requests, no extras, everything on it. $14, I said to myself, "this better slap" The meat was quality and seasoned well and had the perfect ratio. Salsa bar with pickled jalapeños available. I'll be back and try something else.

I got the machaca breakfast burrito it was served hot and was flavorful. The other burrito we got was a carne asada burrito. it was obvious the meat was cooked a while ago and was rubbery and not very tasty. Asked for no beans but still had beans inside. staff were friendly though and service was average.
The food was good, but not exceptional. It's definitely not worth the price. $22 for 3 rolled tacos, a small bean and cheese tostada, and a drink. I left unsatisfied. I won't go back.
The reviews and pictures made us really excited to go and try them out (especially since they were the only taco shop of this style in the area). The prospect of handmade tortillas were especially enticing as we love handmade tortillas for their thicker, meatier consistency in tacos. Imagine our surprise when sitting next to the tortilla making station was a bag of store bought taco tortillas with additional bags in the backroom racks. It could just be a coincidence that their handmade tortillas happen to look like the store bought ones (in color and perfect circular shape) but I will say we've never had other handmade tortillas crumble apart the way our tacos did. The food itself was alright. Not the worst we've had but also would have trouble competing if other places set up shop nearby (2 Portrillos, King Taco, Tacos y Mas come to mind). For example, carnitas should be greasy and with a slight crisp from the frying. Ours felt boiled and watery. The Al pastor definitely had strips of onion that you don't get from places that cut directly from the upright rotisserie. It was especially amusing observing the staff try and figure out which order goes to whom. For whatever reason, all of their receipts print with the same order number so it comes down to the memory of the staff to figure it out. Between approximately 7 orders, they almost gave the wrong food to 5 of them from what I saw. All in all, fine if you want tacos and are nearby as there's no other options (I did enjoy the crispy tacos) but, in terms of constructive criticism, there are areas that could be improved.
I love here in town. A multiple year customer. We love the food. It's fantastic but I have a bone to pick. We order 4 entrees and get one little bag of chips every dang time. I get the volume control but train your employees how to make it fair to the order. Many thanks.
I've been here at least 50 times since this place opened in Chino Hills. Used to better but not for a long time. Haven't been here in a couple of months because food isn't very good but my wife likes it. Called in lunch order, said it 3 times , they messed it up. Waited for the redo. Small portions, over priced, and bland mexican food. Half a step above Del Taco. My bad for expecting better when I knew it wouldn't be. I'm done with this place.
wanted a breakfast burrito and this place was close. Ingredients are clean and the beans and tortillas are great! The whole burrito, especially the potatoes lacks seasoning. Also, it desperately needs something tart(sauce, guacamole, something) to make it more enjoyable. Would’ve been great if they included it by default.
Regular customer, eat here multiple times a month. The inconsistency is disappointing. Some times you get chips, some times you get foil wrapped tacos, sometimes you get wax paper wrapped tacos. Todays order the most disappointing, my sope was beat down! I was thrown in the container, no napkins, no lemon, no chips, very little meat in chicken taco. Wasn’t even busy, so many employees and it was still a mess. Also, $4 for a 16oz soda! Do better.

This WAS my favorite place. Went last week. They've changed their red and green salsas. The salsas taste completely different. Their potato tacos no longer come with Cojita.

Some weird man tried talking to me about liking kids when i walked out the door for my delivery. Last delivery at this pathetic restuarant. Its prejudice and i dont respect it.
On 01/04/2023 I went to this place with my husband to try it out because my mother kept telling me how good it was. I ordered a carne asada wet burrito with green sauce. Everything seemed good as far as the service. The meat was very good and flavorful. It wasn’t until I got about half way into eating my burrito where things went down hill. I was about to eat a piece of burrito I had on my fork and I happen to look down at it before sticking it in my mouth and noticed something black. I poked it with my finger and noticed it was hard. I pulled it out and behold a Bobby pin was tucked in the burrito. I literally dropped my fork in disbelief. Luckily I didn’t put it in my mouth and choke. The person that worked there name was Esteban! He gave me a refund but that honestly didn’t seem like enough. I’m traumatized now. Probably won’t be eating Mexican food for a long time. I wish I would’ve took a picture. The people that worked there did not seem to concerned about the Bobby pin in my food. Felt like they maybe should’ve done more. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place. I’ll be thinking about eating somebody hair or hair clips! WATCH YOUR EVERY BITE FOLKS!
HATE CRIME: Second time I experienced a hate crime from one of these types of places. I asked for a vegetarian burrito, and the guy served me meat, then tried to make me feel unwelcomed after I asked him to change it to vegetarian. Hate crimes are punishable by imprisonment. Don't go to this place. Anyplace else is better, and I will be suing.
This was my second time coming here. I order carna asada burrito, the carna asada was burnt. There was more rice then meat And there was a long hair in the burrito. It was so gross. I called casa juanchos spoke with Giovanni let him know. He didn't seem to care. He didn't apologize. All he ask what did l order. And asked wanted another burrito or credit. I noticed no one wearing hair nets, the cook or making the food, Health inspection should come to casa juanchos.
It’s a shame that I couldn’t enjoy it the delicious food this place served. The cashier service was awful. He clearly speaks spanish but for some reason, just didn’t want to take our order in Spanish. 🙄 hey dude, if you’re reading this, you’re a shame for Latinos. I had never felt so humiliated in my life.
It is 105 degrees outside and they don’t have ac on inside the restaurant. I get that their customers are having to eat outside due to the pandemic but this makes for poor working conditions for their essential workers. It felt at least 110 degrees inside. Much worse than outside. I may consider reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Strongly urge management/owners to demonstrate more consideration for their employees.
Harassed by Santiago. I didn't know how to ask the correct questions. I was also informed I need to go to school to learn how to qualify to enter this place and order food. How about that for customer service?
The last few times we ordered everything was pretty much downhill, this was the last chance we gave them another try. Failed again. Messed up the order, meat was way over cooked we called for refund and they told us they would give us 10% off our next bill. What a joke. We were never planning to eat here again. Terrible management not taking any responsibility for there own actions. Try another place. Trust me. P.S. we alway spent between $80-$110 every time we ordered but that don’t hold any water with them.
Ordered a simple meal. 2 bean and cheese burritos and 2 shredded beef tacos. Let's start with the bean and cheese. The size of the burrito was the same size a Tina's frozen burrito. They made the cheese crusty and the beans were salty. Not good! The shredded beef taco was fatty. Finally they did not wear gloves to make our meal. Complete disappointment! Ended up throwing the food away. Complete waste!
I ordered 2 quesabirria tacos and there was no cheese and when I called they pretty much called me a liar saying they did put cheese but there was no cheese. I was on my lunch break. So make sure to check your quesabirria tacos before you leave. First time having a negative experience.
Bro , it’s my first damn time here I very clearly explain no lettuce in my tacos it’s quite literally one item you had to remove. Terrible first experience and will be charging back for my food. It’s not that damn hard especially when I was the literal only person ordering at the time
