The Worker in the drive thru window is awesome! I unfortunately haven't caught his name, but he his extremely nice and welcoming! Makes me want to come back here!
Came here about 30 mins after they opened and recieved great service and freshly fried 🍗 chicken. It was nice and crispy with all the familiar flavors of KFC. We also ordered the chicken pot pie, my childhood favorite, which also didn't disappoint.
This KFC really improved a lot from previous management. Food is great and prepared well. The staff are efficient and friendly. Thank you
Stopped by to pick up a bucket of chicken for the family. They have maintained the same "finger licken good" flavor over the years. This place was clean and the service was very good. Of course it's either drive thru or walk in for take out. Everyone was wearing a mask and they had a large plastic sheet spanning the counter. Check it out when you're looking for something tasty 👍🏻

Food was delicious, had a honey BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender and juicy and the combo was more than filling. Sweet lightning mountain dew....if you like the flavor of mango and mountain dew you will love it.
I have an in Kentucky Fried Chicken and pretty close to a year but I have some today and I enjoyed it I really did I know it's really bad for you but every once in awhile Maybe
This parking lot is sketchy and lots of tow truck signs and trucks in the parking lot. So safe to say use the drive thru. The staff is rude but the food is good. Use your coupons!
Just ordered the 29.99 family meal. Young man was gruff. Had to come back around for silverware, etc. The girl was similar in attitude... they came across as if they couldn't be bothered. The food was prepared though.
I ordered 3 pc of strips and large french fry. They sold me a combo plus lg ff. I never said combo.
Drive through and walk up are both inexcusabley lacking in inventory control on orders. I have not yet once left this store without first having to argue about items left out of my bag. Owner of this store is either making major bucks off of us customers missing items in our bags, or the girls who work there are taking home our missing food. Either way, customers at this store BEWARE! It's extremely rare to get what you've paid for. However, the food is tasty delicious when we get it fresh and hot!!!
My last visit was terrible. I was taking a boys group camping. And they wanted kfc on the way, to snack on. After we got to our destination, I realized I was shorted. I bought and paid for 30 pieces of chicken, but only received 10. Needless to say... being camping with hungry kids isn't fun... After an email to management and a promise by them to make it better. That was a bust too. If you want chicken ... go to El pollo loco. Atlas they will back the customer
Whats with the famous bowls only getting 5 pieces of popcorn chicken now? And the meal no longer comes with a cookie? But price goes up.
Drive thru person did not get my order correct. I even asked when he handed it to me if it was correct and he said yes!!!!! They need to listen better!!! Very disappointed when I got home!!!

The food was tasted really old I can say I kept it there in the oven for like 4 days I don't know what it is but I think Kentucky Fried Chicken has really lost her touch if they don't have the passion no more
The service was good but the chicken That I order wasn’t cooked well enough it was raw
25 min no food, nothing special just a standard bucket, was told 5 min, pulled around the front to wait, 3 cars waiting for food, car behind me got food, cars in line got food, so not sure what was going on, I ended up going inside, n still waited, I asked for refund, they did offer something for free, not sure what, at this point I was done.
If management thinks this is good customer service then you need to find a new manager. Poor leadership in showing your crew how a customer service agent should act and treat guest. If i could give it a negative star i would. Greatly Displeased. I suggest getting fried chicken from stater brothers or albertsons instead of this property. Worst KFC i have been to.
I just ordered a 10 pieces KFC at this store, when came home, I discovered that only 9 pieces in the basket, and this is the second time they did to me since last year. I don't think it's hard to count from 1 to 10 unless they don't know how to count, it's not like you have to count up to 4 or 5 digits, if that's the case I can understand if they missed 1 or 2. I think the owner of the store needs to retrain their employees how to count correctly because that makes customers really mad, they feel like they get ripped off by the KFC.
KFC fried chicken isn’t what it used to be. I’ve been a fan of KFC since I was a kid. But nowadays, the size of their chicken has changed, also the taste. It’s okay if they’ve raised the price due to difficult times but never compromise the way it was served before. Hopefully top management will make changes.
This is the worst KFC in the county. I went here and the order was incorrect and ice cold. I will give credit to the fact that they were not rude about me coming back even though I was livid. I got a refund but serving food like that is bound to get people sick. I will never ever go to this location ever. If I want KFC I’ll drive to the one in Yorba Linda
They gave me the wrong order and I can't even call the restaurant to complain. And the chicken that they did give me had very little meat on it and was dry. The guy who took our order in the drive thru was also rude. This is the worst customer service I have had.
I ordered Georgia gold. And when I got home, I found out they gave a wrong tender. The NH tender is too spicy for me. Terrible. Can't enter the order right. Why I have to give one star, no star for them.
Here is why i rate them 1 star "hate it and never will here again!": 1. Attitude crew is very bad, they are not energetic and not attentive. I dont think they are happy having a customer. The crew at the kitchen is singing out load with their whatever music it is! Your not at home boy! 2. Rest room floors is wet. Hello! Have you heard about "slippery when wet"?! Water is every where. Everytime i drive through i always have missing orders. I tried to call to report and not working #. Missing food item, missing drinks ...I even started to ask window staff and assures the order is complete but NOT...
They claim to not have promotions that are clearly posted on their windows and just aired on television. They wond discount your order unless you noticed it should be the special you asked for. Terrible service and terrible rip off.
Ordered through Uber Eats. They forgot the honey packet and the KFC sauce that I paid .30 extra for.

This was a terrible experience. I went to this store on Tuesday, January 20th, because they have a promotion every Tuesday offering 8 pieces of fried chicken for $10. I had previously gone to another KFC in norco city and had a great experience; eight pieces of fried chicken for ten dollars was a great deal. However, when I went to this store, they said it was $12 for 8 chicken pieces. That was fine, but the problem was that they only gave me 7 pieces. My wife noticed the discrepancy, so I asked the female server about it. She responded very rudely, insisting that she had given me 8 pieces. It wasn't that I would go hungry because of one missing piece – on the contrary, we couldn't even finish what we had – but I just wanted to correct her mistake, but...
I got food poisoning yesterday about 1PM here. I ordered the two piece fried chicken meal. I was sick as a dog for over 18 hours.
I went on a Friday to get food for us and I regretted the next day .We got sick and my baby ended up with a fever ,diarrhea & throw up I know for a fact it was this because my baby ,husband and I don’t eat the same thing during the week and I decided to treat my baby out with some of the food here and we all ate the same thing this day. Luckily my baby did not get worse if not I would have absolutely took this further and got the Health department involved!! Take this as a Warning and clean it up KFC for your future customers . As for me I absolutely Won’t be coming back again!

Went through the drive thru. I ordered $40 of chicken with strips and bread. I received 3 sauces for 14pcs of chicken. I asked for more. They told me they will charge me extra. Their bread was hard and flat. Their chicken was old. I will never come here again
Rude waitress, there is no sauce in the bag and the taste is the worst in all KFC. Never go here.

Very frustrating specially when you have kids wanting the biscuits. We spent over $50 on our order. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering.

The customer service today 3/22 was horrible in the drive thru window . The lady was beyond rude and the coleslaw tasted like a cleaning chemical . KFC doesn’t usually have bad food or service so for the price these days , it was especially disappointing to toss the Cole slaw I paid extra for .

The guy they had taking the order was incoherent, hard to understand and kept cutting my husband off before he could add more to our order. We get to the window and he is not paying attention to what he is doing. My husband paid him and had to ask for our change. His response "my bad" not " I'm sorry about that" or "excuse me" but my bad. Then, he hands us our food, our fault for not checking before pulling away but there were cars behind us and this location is already slow so we didn't want to stay too long checking the order. My husband pulls over to check the order and it is wrong. I go to walk in to have it corrected and the doors are locked (it was 9:15pm). I knock and show the bag of food so they know I'm not just trying to come in to order and they look right at me but totally ignore me. We drive through again to ask them to correct it and he once again isn't paying attention. He keeps turning his back on us as my husband is trying to explain how the order is incorrect. He finally fixes the meal and hands my husband the bag. No apology for our inconvenience, not a word. Luckily the food was decent, not great, but decent. It's KFC, not anything too special, chicken was a little dry but tasty. We will NEVER go back to this location again. So rude and not worth the aggravation.
The chicken and the sides were old. Felt as if we were eating leftovers. Some of my sides were missing and I had to drive back for over 10 mins to to get it. They didn’t care about the inconvenience. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. It was my first time and will be last as well. Next time you want KFC, just avoid this location. So 0 stars for customer service and food.
Tuesday day specials 8 pic for $9.99. Always gave me 7 pic. The only kfc doing this cheap thing. The big Latino lady, told me the reason gave me 7 because I want 4 pic dice and that's why I can only get 3 legs... ????????????? I just don't get it. Anyway not gonna go there anymore.
My grandma had a terrible experience here. First of all, $42 for 14 pieces of chicken? What a joke. Service terrible and no utensils when she got home. But that’s not even the disappointing part. They shorted her with 13 pieces instead of 14. She is a senior citizen nervous to drive out but she did it for my grandpa. She was so upset to get home and find out the absolute embarrassment of a job these workers have done. Advised her not to return. Fast food gets a bad rep for poor service and this kfc would be a good example of that.
