Ismael is the best server from the time we walked in to when we walked out he helped us find what we wanted to eat and was the nicest server ive actually ever had. He definitely needs a raise! Made my family and I feel very welcomed :)

Came in for breakfast this morning and our server was Vanessa. She was a great server and was very attentive, brought us waters without having to ask, got our order in fast and made sure everything came out good. Overall great experience, great food & amazing service! Thank you Vanessa!

We really like this IHOP location, the waiters are all friendly and attentive, thank you Vanessa for the friendly service last time. Today we had Ismael and he was also super friendly and checked in with us perfectly. The food is always great, no complaints!

Though we live closer to another IHOP, we always come to the one on Central in Chino because we’re treated like family and the service has been outstanding. We're greeted in a warm and friendly manner by everyone there. For example, today Ismael was are server. We have been served by him on multiple occasions and his service is always exceptional and friendly! Today we brought our daughter and son-in-law. Our daughter said she could understand why we come here because everyone makes you feel like you’re part of the IHOP family. One thing we notice is that if we need anything, for example more coffee, you can ask any server and they will help you without hesitation. The service and food was pretty good. Not bad for a Saturday I must say! My waiter Alejandro was friendly and always ready to get orders or anything else we needed for to eat or while we ate. I would recommend 😁

Our experience was nice everyone working was accommodating to my senior parents sitting needs Jade was a delight and very helpful telling us the specials and her favorite recommendations. Food was great and it all came out in a timely matter overall a great experience. Nice to know this still exists

Jessalynn is an absolute ROCKSTAR. Best IHOP experience I’ve had in a minute. She was fast, super sweet, and somehow knew exactly when we needed refills like she had a sixth sense. Food was great, but her energy made the whole meal better. If you get Jessalyn as your server, you already won. Give her a raise!

I use to not like IHOP due to a bad experience years go food wasn’t good. Recently tried it out and loved it. This location specifically is close to home, only 5min away. Service was great our server Sylvia was also great as well, consistently checking on us and making sure we had what we needed. I give IHOP 5 stars.

Took my mother in this morning right after her doctors appointment and was greeted with a warm smile and sat down right away. Berry was more than excellent and very attentive to ensure my mother and I had the best experience. Our food came out warm and delicious, the cinna bun crepes are a must have for the sweet tooth lovers out there.. and always a great day when their handsome manger is on sight! 10/10 recommend this place and ask for berry for that top tier service.

I had a family breakfast at IHOP. We ordered pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, an omelet, and coffee, and everything was really delicious. The service from Jessalynn was excellent as well, so I left a great tip. I normally go to a different location but I will definitely be returning and asking for Jessalynn’s service again!

This location is my go to! Great service and awesome food! Sylvia has been my waitress and she recommends the best items to go with your meal! She recently got me hooked on the Serrano peppers (so hot! But so good!!). She is so sweet and my coffee mug is always full! Love this ihop, my kids and I love coming!

I love eating at this location. The service and ambiance are both welcoming and friendly. We’re always greeted upon entering and seated quickly. Our server on the last visit, Berry, is very fast and efficient we absolutely loved her. We had no issues placing our order with her despite having a lot of modifications, received our order in a timely manner and were very well taken care of throughout the whole process. Overall, this location has became my favorite one to visit!

The dining experience was good. The menu changes are disappointing. Why the 1 star. Before we even walked out the door my wife and I ran to the restroom with cramps and diarrhea! We ate around 3pm on 10/25. Made it home but still have some diarrhea! The eggs? Old table syrup? The water? Don't know but I know we won't be back
