The employee that helped me was Andrea and she was so helpful and kind and got my pizza exactly right! And wow she’s so beautiful too
Ordering online os easy. We received our food in a timely manner and the pizza was fresh and delicious. The wongs were not good though. The driver was professional, friendly and followed social distancing orders.
We had a charter bus full of 42 hungry kids. Our stop there was delayed and the Friday night staff was happy to accommodate us and make sure the pizza was hot when we arrived so we could grab and go. Thank you!
Been ordering from here for over 20 years . The pan pizza started tasting a bit different earlier this year so contacted customer service asking if they had changed the recipe . They must have retrained them or something because it’s back to being delicious . Soft on top and kinda crispy on the bottom as if it were fried. Soooo good. I don’t agree with others’ reviews about them being stingy on the toppings as ours are always fine . Great service , greater pizza :)
I just wanted to write a review on the excellent service I received when placing a delivery order on the phone with Ruben. Usually when you call in an order to any place that delivers and is busy, you are rushed and the employee gets frustrated when having to take a credit card number. Ruben answered all my questions so politely and didn't hesitate to explain all the pricing to me and make special requests to my order. He gives excellent customer service. I've worked in the food service industry and taken a lot of orders over the phone, so I know that it takes a lot of patience to deal with questions, requests, and everything so politely as he did. Thank you so much for having such a great attitude!

Really love the pizza from this place, always order from here. I wish I can give them 4.8 instead of 4 stars. The only reason I am giving them a lower score is because every time I order it seems they reduce the amount of toppings on the pizza today I could barely see the toppings on my pizza. I don’t need crazy amounts just the regular amount it’s supposed to have.

The person making the pizza needs to ensure they are reading the online/app order carefully. Twice on my app order they got it wrong. The first time was with toppings and this last time with the crust flavor.

The service in general is very good, when you order delivery they hire DoorDash and that sucks they left my food on the floor and he never knocked on the door the delivery guy's name was Rick I talked to the manager Dani but he didn't do anything about it

The garlic knots pizza was a total disappointment. Don't waste those 17$ on the pizza . So little cheese in the knot it was really hard to even see the cheese in that ball of tasty BREAD. Little Caesars has better stuffed crust you can pay less for TWO stuffed crust pizzas and yes they are plenty filled with cheese. I ended up throwing away about half of the pizza because nobody wanted to eat it.
Always had a good experience here up until today. Ordered our usual personal size cheese pizza no red sauce. Had to repeat and clarify it to the cashier. Didn't think it's that complicated. We took our order home to my in laws and to my horror, my mother-in-law found a long strand of hair on her slice!! Disgusting much? We will be limiting our business here to extremely small to none. I think we'll go back to the other pizza places. A shame really, because like I said, experiences here has been good, but this time around, that just changed things.
Sadly, I won’t be giving this place any more of my business. All their new hires are absolutely clueless and don’t care about their customers one bit. Came today for lunch. They’re supposed to give discounts to people who work in the complex (the manager told me himself). I mention this at checkout, pay, and realize I didn’t get a discount. Ask the guy and he’s like “well, I already rung it up so there’s nothing I can do now.” DO BETTER.
I just ordered 2 deals and they failed to put the sodas in the bag … luckily I noticed while driving home so I went back. When I went in the employee was so rude… she asked me for my receipt l, looked at it, and pointed at the refrigerator and said you can get them there. No apology or anything… where is the customer service!!?!!
We've ordered from here a few times. Overall, each experience was fine. Today, I placed my usual order, which isn't complicated at all; personal size cheese pizza without any sauce. I had to repeat this 3 times to the cashier (Angel) and 3rd time being when he was totaling up my order. I had to clarify to him that it's just dough, garlic butter (or just butter) and cheese - TWICE. The rest of the order came out just fine and the wait time was exact. For the carry out large pizza we pick up, we found a strand of long hair on one of the slices! Gross! I wish my mother wouldn't have removed it so I could have taken a picture of it. My tip: if you're going to order from here, make sure to check your food. Really disappointed at this place and would now think twice about coming back. Wouldn't recommend.

The first time I had told the guy over the phone that I wanted my pizzas pan style and when I got my order it was hand tossed and some how the guy added a cheese pizza. The second time I went and picked my order up to make sure it was correct because I am very picky and only eat the pizza that I like and order. When I picked up my order it was correct, so I thought maybe just a bit of bad luck on the first order. Then I just ordered the same order I have put in with them 3 times and got it for delivery, making sure I got my order read back to me, which was correct. When my pizza showed up I saw it was pan so I was happy until I bit into my pizza and found they had put the wrong sauce, which doesn't go with the style of pizza i get. In three times of ordering with them I have spent $75 and only been able to eat 3 of the 7 pizzas they have made for me. Then when I call and complain they end up just giving me credit to my phone number $15 the first $10 the second time but this does not make up for the fact that I keep paying for pizza amd delivery just to not be able to eat it and be mad that they won't do anything better then some credit. This is the last time I order from this location and I hope this gets read amd they fire all of the people not doing their job right. If I were to mess up on my job like this I would get fired.
I ordered a Big Dinner Box through the mobile app and requested curbside pickup. The app said it would take about 15 minutes so i showed up about 20 minutes later and hit the I'm Here button on my phone and wait. I wait almost about q0 minutes and decide to go in and ask about my order. I see there are only about 3or 4 people working so I figure they were a little behind which is no problem. I gave them my name and they go to check thier warmers. That's when I see a Big Dinner Box and assume it might be mine, but the worker looked at the receipts and tmchecked the back before telling me it'll be about 5 more minutes. So I said that was fine and decided to walk around becuse there were already people waiting in the lobby. I come back a little over 5 minutes later and there's a line if people waiting to pick up orders so I wait a little longer before getting back to the front to ask again. After giving them my name again the look through the same warmer and pull out the Same Big Dinner Box that was there before. I knew it was the same because I asked them if it was and they said yes and that they were sorry. I'm sure it was there ready and waiting in the warmer for over half an hour at this point when I first arrived. The pizza turned out ok, but the breadsticks were a little over done. Also I also got the wrong sauce on our wings. We received BBQ instead of Medium Buffalo wings like I ordered. Definitely not very happy about this experience.
Pizza Hut is the worst. The website is horrible, the mobile app is worst. Then the locations, first don't bother calling. The locations do not answer the phones, it goes to an offsite customer service center who places the order or takes the concern in place of the staff. The speed of service is horrible to go along with their high prices. Don't bother. Save yourself the headache, if it's not free because of some school provided coupon, run away.
Don’t come here this place sucks. I ordered a 1 topping pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and you can tell it was old because it was so tough to eat. Young people who don’t have good customer service or literally know anything work here. I paid with cash and was told to sign my own receipt, I was so confused. Then I realized one medium pizza cost me almost 24 dollars, I immediately asked to talk to the manager and she also did not have good customer service. She said they have some pizzas on special and some are not that’s why that one was expensive. I looked online and pizzas with 3 or 4 toppings were much cheaper. I returned the pizza, I don’t know the logic of Pizza Hut but you just lost a customer.
