Was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received, when we sat down to wait for our food, the cashier Alex came over and she offered to bring us ranch or any other condiments we needed. She kept checking on us throughout our time there. When our pizza arrived, there was a topping missing, the cook came over and apologized and made a fresh pizza right away. Then later during our meal, the manager came over to check on us a couple of times also. They seemed to have a sense of urgency when it came to customer service, it was unexpected but very refreshing to see.

If you’re anywhere near this Shakey’s, do yourself a favor and stop in. Between the great food and Marisa’s exceptional service, this place has officially become one of my must visit spots whenever I’m in California. Highly recommended!

Marisa was very kind, especially with the kids, and always checked on us to see if we needed anything. She made the party fun and easy. I think Shakey's Pizza is a good place to have a party.

I recently visited this Shakey's and had a really good experience. The food was delicious — everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. I especially liked how many options they had for the buffet. Whether you're in the mood for pizza, chicken, mojos, or pasta, there's something for everyone. The staff was friendly and the service was quick too. I live closer to a different Shakey's Pizza location but I go out of my way to drive a few extra miles to go to this one because it is the cleanest, has the freshest food, and best service! I went here for a friend's birthday and now I am addicted! Highly recommend this spot specifically. It even has a movie theater next door. Pizza, salad, drinks, and games all in a clean space! Cant ask for anything more.

This particular Shakeys get a lot of bad reviews for some strange reasons...but my experience was pure bliss....I enjoyed every minute....they have the worlds best buffet in my opinion. The fried chicken is juicy & yummilicious ....& the buffet will even customize a pizza for you....what more can you ask for.

Excellent value lunch buffet Came here on a weekday with the boys after a long swim workout so we were super hungry. Pizza was excellent with a crispy crust and good variety of toppings, potatoes were crispy and flavorful and the fried chicken was best coming right out of the kitchen. Would definitely have this lunch buffet with hungry athletes again

Took a long time to get our food and when we did get our pizza it was overcooked. They didn't need to have music playing with so many people there talking away and the football game on. The employees were nice, but they were totally overwhelmed.

Food was good but not great for the price. They have gotten so expensive it is no longer a place I would frequent. The only thing they have that is worth the trip for me are the mojos. But the prices are so high for what you get, they are no longer worth it.

This is the first shakeys I’ve seen that has an outdoor playground and outdoor dining area. Inside is huge and is a great place to host kids parties or sports banquets. Their arcade gaming area is also bigger than most Shakeys. I usually come during bunch a lunch and it does get a bit crowded. There were a few times I’ve visited where the wait time for the food was pretty long and the pizza selections were only kept at two choices. Clean space.

Pizza buffets are pretty nostalgic, so in our travels, when we see one, we try it. Plus, we thought it'd be a quick stop, and we could get back on the road. This was not quick. This was an hour long stop before we kinda just gave up. When we got there right after opening, there was one pizza on the buffet, and it was pepperoni. The next one came out after about 15 min, pepperoni again. Finally, a third pizza ham and peppers. Then, a pepperoni. The next was a Hawaiian, and then, you guessed it, a pepperoni. They were spaced so far apart that there were rarely more than 2 pizzas on the buffet. It's not really a pizza buffet if there aren't different types of pizza. There were other food options, a salad bar with no cheese, fried chicken (dark meat only 😕), mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, and fried potatoes. Nothing I would have considered eating at a pizza buffet for lunch. We finally just left because it had been an hour. The pizza is actually decent, so it was extra disappointing not to get to try a variety of pizzas.
