I loved the flavor and would definitely return. The ingredients are super fresh because they make the rolled ice cream right in front of you. They might be missing a few more flavor options, but I imagine they only work with those for freshness reasons. It's important to know that the ice cream base can be yogurt or soy (which doesn't agree with me), and they don't mention it, so it's best to ask beforehand. It's a small but very good place.

The place is very small, but offers a cool atmosphere in that area behind the convent, which doesn't have many trees. A couple of tables and stools serve as a short break while they prepare the products (crepes and ice cream). The rolled ice cream is very good, and since the toppings are extensive, the number of combinations can be enormous. The price of the rolled ice cream depends on the number of ingredients combined, but it's generally affordable. The ice cream is made fresh, and the quantity of each ingredient is at the discretion of the maker. In our case, it took a little over five minutes to make the rolled ice cream. As an extra, you can add one of the five or six toppings they offer. The service from the girl who served us was attentive, efficient, and followed all COVID-19 safety measures. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good rolled ice cream. It's also very close to the main square of San Pedro Cholula: just one block away. #icecream #crepes #cholula

I saw the recommendation on TikTok, and honestly, it's a visually stunning experience that really makes your mouth water, and they have a huge variety. That's definitely a plus. My only complaint is that the combinations might make the flavors lose their essence a bit.

The concept is different here. I like the place, its style, and the friendly service. Areas for improvement include standardization and practice; regardless of whether the products are artisanal, there should be a quality standard. They should ensure that extras like nuts or seeds are fresh because they affect the flavor. I would recommend using higher-quality chocolate for the base, as it detracts from the flavor. The control of the ice cream flasks needs to be improved to prevent them from delivering a roll that breaks when serving. Of the two ice creams I bought, one had a slightly smaller portion; they clearly need to adjust the serving size. Congratulations on the strawberry and raspberry ice cream. I'll be back to try some of the seasonal flavors and give my opinion.

The service was very grotesque, and it took them a long time to make it :/... I also waited a long time to try their ice cream, and it left a lot to be desired. It had and tasted more like Hershey's chocolate than Ferrero ice cream. :/ I was honestly disappointed :(
