There was a blonde woman who was Super rude. Saw her coughing on people's food. In addition, she didn't give me full my order. I don't recommend coming here for anybody. This carl Jr. used to my favorite. But with service like that, it is better to just go to H Street. Sorry doesn't cut it when 11 dollars Worth of food is missing from your order. Or if that lady coughed on my food too. I work in Customer service. I know not to treat Anyone like Trash like she did. Or to scam any customer like this restaurant did. Ps link doesn't work

I’ve been at this restaurant so many times, but this day i had the WORST experiencie… I came in (09/23/2025) with my mom she order 2 combos, The cashier “The Manager” gave us a number, she called out our number to pick up the Food at the front and It was ok, but then my mom asked the “Manager” for more napkins cause she literally put 2 with the order.. and She just looked and turned up her eyes.. and i was like OK… we waited there and then she came back ignoring us… then I asked for Jalapeños and the lady said “The cost Is 52 cents” and I was ok but my mom asked again for more napkins and told her “I need more napkins because the table Is dirty and I need to clean It” and she just ignored her again… then I said “Excuse me lady she asked you twice for more napkins you Can charge me for them to If you want to” she just twisted her eyes again and put 2 more… My mom said “What a bad service” and the lady just said “Thank You” instead of apologice for the bad attitude… then I order a extra soda and she was so rude twisting her eyes to me and saying things in low voice.. then I asked her name and she refused, and I asked her name again and she said “LOURDES” and i said “Thats not a Good service and you are the Manager? Really” and she just kept saying “Thank You”… This Is not right at all, this is not the attitute a “Manager” should have to lead a restaurant… This Is not what a “Manager” needs to show at work to the employees… We asked for more napkins to clean up what “The Manager” should take care of… I Dont know who Is the real “Boss” of this “Manager” but this Lady “LOURDES THE MANAGER” Is not the right person to lead a restaurant where she needs to deal with People… she was so disrespectfull and rude.. You Can check your cameras..!

Can't make an order with a person in the drive thru, it's only through an AI system that doesn't understand anything. I wanted a veggie burger but the system told me there is "no beyond". Does that mean there is no veggie burger available? CJ used to serve something other than Beyond. Who knows, the machine couldn't tell me. I got fries and a sour mood instead. AI is not the way, folks - pay your employees.

The WORST Breakfast Burger I've ever had at ANY Carl's Jr. The cashier was by herself aside from the cook so Im not.going to put the blame on her. Unfortunately the older lady cook who made my meal didnt seem to be in The right headspace. My burger had little to no hash rounds and my side of hash rounds was skimpy as well. Extremely unfortunate that I have to write this review but my experience today was not worth the 15 minutes I had to wait.

Never been treated so horrible they treated us like we were among the homeless yet we paid for the food they refused us condiments napkins and u se of the restrooms u really need to train the employees how to treat paying customers not their business whether we homeless we paying customers was horrible BTW homeless are the ones paying your alls paychecks regular people don't co n e p ay 15 bucks a burger when they can cook at hone keep that in mind MR CARL

This visit reminded me exactly why I never want to eat fast food. Really low quality and in a building that desperately needs a renovation. Really, when was the last time they did any work in this place??? Our visit was at 9:15 pm and only two employees were present doing the work if 5 or 6 people. The man at the front took our order, was dealing with the food orders to get everything together then delivered the food to our table. On departure he was cleaning the dining room and other tasks that he really shouldn’t be doing if he’s the manager. The back man stayed back to take care of all the orders. Front man was very professional, nice and really was nice and had his act together. The food was so low vibe however, I got more and more angry at myself for having agreed to come there. The ketchup all over the back of the booth added the final touch that made me say, Never again!

I had the worst experience at this Carl's Jr. 😤👎 I'm a regular customer here, and I'm disappointed with the service. The women's restroom was out of order, and when I asked for the code to the other restroom, the cashier refused to give it to me unless I bought something. After arguing with her, she finally gave me the code. This is unacceptable! 😡 please train your employees. I WILL NOT COMING BACK!! This happens today 09/12/2024 at 6pm

So this was our favorite Carl's jr restaurant, but lately, they have been going grom bad to worse the food is not like it was before and the service os also not that good either, and this Sunday was the last straw, my daugther and I went to get some burgers and she wanted a shake so I ask for one and they gave us something, we ware in a hurry so I didn't go back to return it. This was the last time we went to Carl's jr, sad to say. Hope in the future they fix whatever issues they have ...

Make sure you’re getting the right amount of burgers and the correct burger. They gave me Big Carls instead of the Really Big Carl. All three sandwiches were wrong and the cashier had plenty of opportunity to check my order since there was two other sandwiches missing. It was too far and too late to go back.

Their Dine in states that they open at 6:00 am. But I literally just saw the lady mopping, she saw me and continued to mop. So clearly they open whenever they want, if they didn't finish their job.

Would give it no stars. I can see they screw up A LOT of meals based on reviews... Went last night and ordered a famous star- what I did get was a BS burger with small ass slider patties. No, I didn't order a famous star with slider patties, I think the famous star is your classic & all fast food companies have "how to make this burger." So if you don't know what you're doing, look at the ingredients sheet, it will tell you a regular patty goes in a regular burger. Can you see the difference in size? Their cook really can't or just really dgaf. Fries were dead cold too. Only thing good about this place was the elder hispanic woman who was such a sweetheart. Oh ya & the soda was perfect....this time. Last time my bf got a soda from the dining area, a piece of plastic was dispensed in his cup!!! Manager offered him a burger- how professional! This place will, if not already, be pending in lawsuits.
