It was my 1st time at this location and only my 2nd time trying El Pollo Loco and both times I had a good experience. I stopped by this location prior to closing and they were so nice (Alex and the ladies working on 07/17/24) They even told me about the app and advised me to download it. I had to do a review to highlight the positive experience I had. Thank you guys for the awesome customer service!

The lady that handed me my food was kinda rude, I know they are busy and hurried and I sympathize I would have been on with it but they got my order wrong and didn't give me an extra side I paid for. I also asked for corn and mashed potatoes but got rice and Mac cheese.

We eat fast food very rarely and were craving for some El Pollo Loco chicken over the weekend. Got their new Mango Habanero chicken that was being advertised a lot. Sadly didn’t like the flavors at all. Also got the street corn chicken pollo bowl and didn’t like that either. The sides, Mac and cheese and mashed potato were good. Also the avocado salsa was great as always and they should have the option of a bigger container. The chips and queso hit the spot. All in all, will go back to regular chicken next time. That one does not disappoint.

I order in the drive-thru they took my order and everything was fine until they told me to go to the front an wait because they were waiting for my quesadilla an I did after 5 to 8 minutes this lady brings me the quesadilla but forgot the rest of the order she didn't say sorry for the inconvenience they didn't Even offer me something complementary like a drink or desert that's the least they could do but no they didn't do anything I'm so disappointed because this is the location I like to go every time I want to eat pollo loco the food is very good but this time the service was horrible.

Wheeeeeere's the Salsas 🍅🌶🌱🤔 Not a very good Deal for $ 23.** 😭, especially if you don't receive one of the "MAIN" ingredients of the Meal. Marcela, you did not double check the Order 🤔. In Japan you don't count your change out of respect for the Guy sellin you something👲🏻, and you certainly don't check your order cause they get it right ALWAYS...

Good customer service, but had a horrible experience today with my purchase. I went through their drive-thru, I ordered a double Avocado Salad. Oh what a terrible surprise I got when I got home and discovered that they had given me a piece of avocado that has gone bad, and it also supposed to be double avocado salad, but it was only a little piece. Really disappointed with my food today.

customer service is ok but the food for some reason is really salty lately I stopped coming then I decided to give it another shot but still same results and the salsa not as good as it use to be. I will definitely not be coming back. at least they got the customer service part right

I ordered the double chicken tostada bowl. I found A CLUMP of hair in my food. I did call to let the manager know they were apologetic but definitely never eating there again.
