The food was awesome. The drive-thru was fast. I did accidentally break the AI because I was trying to get it to skip the upsell and then it just stopped working. But the human came on and took care of everything just fine and I definitely would go back again.

I hadn't had Rallys in quite a while and craved it. Ive recently had the rally burger and loaded tots. Daughter the chicken strips and spicy chicken and of course regular yummy rally fries. First vist the burger was phenomenal and was surprised a bit since it had been a some years that I had eaten from here. Second time around the meat was barely there, but was still tasty. Daughter preferred her spicy chicken over the strips. The garlic parm tots had too much parm, but were ok. My mom liked them more than I did. 2 burgers, 1 spicy chicken meal, order of tots, 20 bucks! Great deals. Just updating - ordered an XL fries and they didn't even fill it. They normally do, and there wasn't anyone in line besides me, so no rush to get it out.

Worst Rallys ever! Worker was rude. Asked for bbq sauce and she said she put both bbq for my fry box and ketchup in the bag… she only put ketchup! Then our burgers were the small ones not the 8$ burgers we paid for! No crunchy stuff, onion rings, or bbq sauce on the bacon bbq burger either. What a rip off!

I was genuinely excited to try this place after watching an episode of Undercover Boss, which honestly makes this experience even more disappointing. It’s incredibly sad to think there’s an executive board somewhere overseeing this operation while food like this is being sent out the door. I’m a food and beverage manager and a connoisseur—I don’t say that lightly. This food should’ve been served in a trash bag. The fries were barely warm, only mildly crispy, and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in days. I live eight minutes away, and I still tried to make the best of them on the drive home. When I got home, I decided to temp the burger out of concern, not curiosity. It didn’t even crack 90°F. At that point, I was genuinely scared to eat it. To make matters worse, the bun was stale—even though I understand all their sandwiches are supposed to come with grilled buns. Not today. ☹️ This isn’t nitpicking—this is basic food quality and food safety. Do better.

Well I definitely will not be going to this one. Service crap. Acted like our order was an issue. I order the fully loaded phil fries and got this crap. Nothing but burnt fries and old grease balls.

Went on my birthday and got the BBQ brisket melt and they just missed up I called the manager in morning she said bring it back n as I work n catch bus it took 30 mins we'll the guy refused to give my money back , said manager left was waiting for me I explained they write your name down n I got a receipt still wouldn't do it even though he somehow was talking to manager on phone all I got was 2 small burgers which I gave to homeless it's pretty bad when they advertised something and I get something else and all I get is I'm sorry I don't want your I'm sorry I want what I ordered or my money back here's the pictures the bad thing is they was all laughing n talking like I'm in the wrong....does this look like what they advertised? Check your food

I could not rate the food because staff was either fed up or tired never came to take my order! They saw me waiting at walk-up window but ignored me completely. I waited 15 minutes to place my order and they never came to window so I left very annoyed. Employees at this location obviously don't care about customers so they ignore them completely. I really wanted the funnel cake fries but I won't go back to that location gotta find another one!

I will summarize the review as such, I was uncomfortable being at this location. This is important, because if customers are not comfortable visiting your business, they will never come back. First off, atmosphere. The pictures on Google Maps look NOTHING like the actual location. It looks much worse in person, you can see in the photos I attached. There were a couple homeless people just hanging around the place. The food was ok. The staff inside was odd. They had face wraps covering their face below the eyes. I'm not sure if it was because of sanitation standards or covid standards? It was a very strange vibe. I won't be coming back since pictures on Google Maps falsely advertise the atmosphere, and the staff is sketchy inside. The food was only good enough to not complain about. There was a lot of angry patrons outside the service window. I could hear them complaining about something as I drove by after exiting the drive thru. I decided not to stay and find out. EDIT: To Rally's, thank you for the generic corporate response that does not address any of the issues. You don't answer any concerns and by doing so, make the business look even more questionable than it did. A serious turn around is needed.

I had to repeat my orde several times, I think the girl may have been new and no one was really helping her. We waited for a really long time and there was no one else even there. We didn't get our sauces for the chicken bites and she asked us to check again because they are strict about the sauce and the other lady was rude to her about it and we only got one bbq sauce. The food was also gross and from someone who has worked a fryer it seems like their oil is old or the food was old.

It was my first timer trying rally's we got a fish burger , chicken strips and fries. The costumer service it wasn't bad but the food was not tasty the bread I got it was all burn and looked as a sad burger and chicken strips
