They don't have everything listed on the menu. The dressings they offer are bland, and they don't even have mayonnaise, which is essential. The wait time for food delivery is very long. Some dishes are good, others aren't; for example, the steak and fillet were very salty and undercooked. I don't know if there are better options in Ciudad Valles.

The waitresses were inexperienced, the dishes weren't what was originally ordered and it took a long time, the only thing that was good was the soft drinks, it's not the same service as a few years ago...how sad, I recommended it to some friends and I was very disappointed.

👎🏼 I wouldn't go back to this restaurant: 1. The food took way too long to arrive, like an hour, and it wasn't even good. 2. They forgot to prepare two cocktails and it took a long time.

Terrible place. I ordered shrimp in garlic sauce, and the dish came with seven shrimp, which were the smallest I've ever had at any seafood restaurant. It cost 170 pesos, which is very expensive. The michelada is listed at 60 pesos on the menu, but they charge 80 when you pay. The waiter was awful and took forever to serve. The restaurant's interior looks like an elementary school cafeteria—very unpleasant.

The food is tasteless, it seems like overpriced, makeshift food. The aguachile here is just shrimp with Valentina hot sauce. There's no air conditioning, or at least they don't turn it on. It's sad to write this bad review because I grew up eating at this restaurant, but the huge drop in quality is undeniable. It's more like a cheap bar with overpriced seafood than a seafood restaurant. Please improve it; the 7 Mares brand used to be much better.

Very poor service. I placed three orders: two for dine-in and one for takeout. It took them over half an hour to serve me. The seafood wrap was far too salty. There was only one waitress, and even after we finished eating, about half an hour later, they still hadn't started on the takeout order.

They have very poor hygiene in the kitchen. They don't disinfect the vegetables. There are many flies that land on the seafood, and even the larvae leave behind. The flies serve it to the customers like that! I'm telling you because I worked there for a while and that place is disgusting! 😒

The worst seafood restaurant in the city (at any of its locations). The food is just as bad as the service... mediocre!! Weeks ago I ate there and they still haven't given me a receipt for the money I paid. Due to their poor management and inadequate training of their waiters, now it turns out they don't know where my receipt went.
