Wonderful whimsical atmosphere with stay looks like a real tree. Like in Hogwarts. Drinks are themed as witches spells. There is a little nook upstairs with a Tarot Deco table, where you can sit as well.

Es de mis cafeterías favoritas, el menú ya es más amplio, solo cuidado con el gerente nobak a veces muerde pero amamos su compañía, las bebidas son ricas pero la malteada de menta con chocolate no me gustó nada

El lugar es pequeño pero es lindo, sin embargo la comida tarda un poco, pedí un café y un pastel, estaban muy ricos Además tienen un lindo gatito que de repente pasea por las mesas

The place is beautiful, every detail is incredible ✨ I loved the drinks and the dessert 🩷 sadly the burgers are very lacking since the meat is super dry to the point that halfway through the burger I was already tired of chewing.

A small place, but amazing for taking photos. The food was just okay and the drinks were undrinkable; they looked very nice, but there were four of us and no one could finish their drinks because they were so incredibly sugary. The only thing they liked were the boneless wings.

We arrived on a Monday around 5 pm, so it was empty. The place has a really magical atmosphere, and they have a huge variety of drinks, desserts, and food. We ordered two drinks and a dessert, though one of them was more whipped cream than chocolate, but oh well... The manager came to visit, ate some of our food, scratched me a couple of times, and then took a nap at our table xD hahaha. I also liked the 80s and 90s music. I'd love to go back and say hi to the manager, Novak 🤭

La comida es buena, las bebidas excesivas a mi parecer (75 pesos un americano nada extraordinario). Buen ambiente y servicio, solo les sugiero NO estar fumando en la entrada, es imposible degustar los alimentos con todo el humo y mal olor metiéndose al lugar. Muy desagradable.

The place is amazing, as is the music. The service could be improved; one guy served us really well, but one of the girls was inattentive. The butterbeer was delicious, the hot dogs and burgers were very good, but the onion rings and brownies left much to be desired, not to mention the salad that came with the boneless wings was very sour. It's a great place; it just needs a few small improvements to make it excellent.

The place is acceptable; the space is small but cozy. When we arrived, we were told there was no food, only drinks. We went elsewhere to eat, came back for something to eat, chose drinks, and asked for the milk to be changed to almond milk and lactose-free. They served us regular milk, which we realized because it made us sick later. I'm not sure I want to go back. There's no parking lot, and you can't park outside, so you have to find a spot a few blocks away. The manager didn't disappoint and showed up to supervise.

It may have been because it was Halloween when we went but both the food and service were terrible. We waited an hour for some wings and they were burned. Fries were ok. Drinks are fine so I'd say skip the food and just get drinks and enjoy the ambiance. The atmosphere is definitely worth the trip.

In my opinion, I think it's a small but very beautiful and well-decorated place, although the sofas need maintenance and cleaning. What bothered me was that the staff and the food are limited, and they take a long time to bring the drinks and food. In fact, they practically leave you unattended for a long time and don't clean the place or clear away what you consumed. Only one waiter is in charge of serving everyone and even preparing the food, which is terrible. It's always crowded, and they can't keep up. We had a bad experience with another waitress/owner (whoever she is) who completely ignored me and my group of friends dressed as witches. She had a terrible attitude, giving us dirty looks and rudely opening the bathroom door for me and my sister when we needed it, as if we were doing something wrong. It was awful, and she even gave us dirty looks. The drinks are good, but they need a cocktail menu. Aside from that, the theme is great, but the service is poor. Incidentally, their menus are on loose sheets of paper that are self-destructing, and the sheets are returned to each other.

The decor is well-suited to the theme, and the dishes and drinks have "original" names. However, the service isn't very efficient. The atmosphere always feels tense, perhaps due to the background music. Instead of feeling magical, it feels stifling. The food isn't anything special, yet the price is quite high considering the portions offered. As for drinks, we ordered a frappé and were given a milkshake with huge chunks of ice at the bottom; the taste was nothing special.

It was fine, the theme is beautiful but some of the things they sell are too expensive and the food is pretty meh, the food took way too long to arrive and even was asked if we still wanted it, tea kinda tasted like body lotion, tbh i wouldn't go back but it's a cute experience

Pésimo lugar. Solo tiene buena decoración. Sería conveniente evaluar la interacción del gato con los clientes, ya que un gato con conductas agresivas podría generar incomodidad o riesgos. Un ambiente cómodo y seguro para todos, incluyendo a las mascotas, es fundamental para una experiencia positiva en cualquier cafetería.
