It's very nice, we hadn't heard of it before. Quick service, good atmosphere, and very affordable prices. The only thing I didn't like was my waffle. It tasted refrigerated, I guess because they're frozen and they only heat them up. I ordered it with Nutella, but it wasn't Nutella; it looked like liquid chocolate. Other than that, it's fine. They should raise their prices and improve the quality, in line with their business, since it's very nice.

Today we went to this coffee shop, which was undoubtedly one of my favorites in the area, but today we were deeply disappointed. We arrived and we were the only ones, we were served by the same waitress as always (a girl with glasses) and everything was normal, we ordered and when they brought the last drink I noticed they had made a mistake and I told the lady who brought it to us that they had made a mistake, to which she only said "allow me" and left... a minute later the girl with glasses arrived telling me in a very arrogant way that that milkshake was the one I had ordered, I mentioned to her that it hadn't been like that and she insisted that she even repeated the order when it wasn't like that, I clarified again that I hadn't asked for the milkshake of that flavor and she very rudely only answered "yes, yes you asked for it in this flavor" to which, again, my partner and I told her it wasn't true, she made a horrible face at us and just turned around and left, and after that, she never served us again, we finished eating, she saw that we had dead people and continued on her way, I had to ask the other lady for the bill and she The waitress who was already checking on us when she wasn't our waitress was very kind. She charged us, and we left. I think they should do something about this since it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to. Nice place, but starting with the waitress, her service isn't bad, but she's lacking in enthusiasm, doesn't speak loudly, and doesn't pay attention to what you're asking. Nothing we ordered was good. The Oreo frappe tasted like diluted chocolate because there wasn't even a single piece of cookie. The Philadelphia crepe didn't taste good, the batter was bland and raw. The caramel cappuccino was super sweet and tasteless. I only ordered the French toast with peaches, and they covered it in sugar and honey (we couldn't finish anything because of the sweetness and the bad taste).
